Differences in video quality in a movie

I am new to all this and I was wondering if anyone has some wisdom to me. I've been shooting video for my first project in 1920x1080p. Then, I ordered a new SD card, which could not process the high-quality video and he didn't figure it out until I was in the middle of a shoot! So I had to hit it up 640x480p. Now, I try to do the video of these 2 qualities working in a video. Would you recommend the video clips of 1080 p at a lower resolution of sizing? I don't know how I'd do. They also do not match first, which looks awkward. Any ideas?

Thank you very much!

Sorry to hear that. Put the 1080 p into a sequence created from your images in 640 X 480 and scale way down. You are not happy about, but at least the resolution will match at all.

Or, you could create a version big screen with 854 X 480 and put something behind the images 640 X 480 rather have black bars on the sides. Perhaps a scale copy up and fuzzy of the same sequence.

Just accept the fact that you have now learned your lesson, and that nothing is going to work to keep the quality of the work of suffering. Your best bet now is to do everything you can to minimize the damage, not eliminate it.

  • How to get rid of video quality poor/pixelated in windows 7 Professional?

I recently installed windows 7 Professional and I'm having a good time with it, but a big problem I'm having is with video. I tried several videos (avi files mainly) through windows media, vlc, kmplayer player, but I'm getting pretty bad results of each player. I originally had windows xp, but when I installed 7, there was a noticeable difference in video quality. The difference is, when I maximize my videos, there is a minor pixelation in quality and I watch a movie in a smaller image size to get the same quality as if it was twice as big (twice as big would have better quality on windows xp/vista).

    I have a decent system
    -AMD 3500 2.2 ghz
    -2 GB of ram
    -32-bit, Windows 7 Professional
    -Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT

I also have the codec nvidia so that shouldn't be a problem.

Is it possible to fix this 'pixelation' or 'bad' video quality?

    Any help is appreciated.

We will try to watch a video after a clean boot to see if a 3rd party application or codec interferes with WMP.  Click HERE for the clean boot procedure, it is the same procedure, as it was in Vista, so do not be alarmed.  Once you have dΘmarrΘ clean, test it with WMP and let us know the result.

  • Video quality of the first transformer TF201 ASUS

I searched through the support network and can't seem to find a solution to the issue I'm having. So here:

I'm running a first processor ASUS TF201, updated to the most recent version of the ICS (4.0.3).

    Version of the camera is TF201 - 0 x 9900

    Kernel is 2.6.39.4 - 00003-g12de84f

    Build number is IML74K. US_epad - 9.4.2.21 - 20120323

I installed Skype for Android today (May 5, 2012) since the game of Google. It does not show an available update after installation.

I am able to use Skype, audio/video... video calls (front and rear cameras) and audio work (using the loose term). Latency is less than 1 sec, but audio and video are synchronized, is acceptable. The problem is that the video quality is EXTREMELY poor, but only when using Skype. There no visible difference in video quality when going from the front to the rear camera... which is strange given the large difference in the qualities of the two cameras, there should be at least SOME difference in quality.

I also Webcam installed on my first IP and webcam7 installed on my desktop, the video quality is remarkable when using of IP Webcam/webcam7 to test cameras.

Is there a fix for video quality on the first? I see that other people report a 'green' screen with ICS, but I don't have this problem.

In the images below, the first is the front camera, the second the camera back. In the two images, the magnified image is the premium, is the smallest of my office.

Good news! With the new update of Skype, the issue seems to be fixed. Thanks Skype! Now I can enjoy video skyping of good quality.

  • Why the version of Windows 7 to Windows DVD Maker product a blurry video of Windows Live Movie Maker?

When I do a DVD (using Windows DVD Maker) of a film produced by Windows Live Movie Maker photos are blurred and contained very low quality video.  The photos that I use in the project are very sharp, as is the video that I use in the project.

The movie makes WLMM project is strong on the computer but when it is published on the DVD in Windows DVD Maker it produces a result blur this film as seen on the computer and any DVD player.  It's nothing to do with transitions because the film WLMM is strong.  Other DVD manufacturers produce a sharp image of the film WLMM even, but I prefer the way Windows DVD Maker makes the DVD with scenes, etc...

The problem seems to lie with the WLMM. creating Windows DVD DVD movie conversion - are they incompatible?  This seems to happen with the version of Windows 7, everything worked fine with versions of Vista on my old computer.  I find it very frustrating to have this return back.  Please suggest a solution.  The version of WLMM is Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3502.0922); I can't find a version number for Windows DVD Maker.

    Update:

Thanks to Irfan for a potential solution.  I did another DVD with all the filters off but unfortunatey it made no difference.  Having had another close watch the DVD video, the problem is to double everything up like a photo on a slow speed where you have shaking of the camera.  In particular, a girl with wire rim glasses has a rim double wire and even a girl with hair each double strand.  When further looked at what gives the appearance of an image finery.  Again, I must say that the film from which the DVD-video has been done had this failure and from DVD of this film by any other manufacturer of DVD Windows DVD Maker does not exhibit this problem.  The operating system is Windows 7.

    Hello Charley Farley,

    1. What is the operating system installed on your computer?

You may experience this problem of there are incompatible filters installed on your computer. I suggest that you turn off the filters and check if you have the same problem.

  • Satellite P100 - 10 p: poor video quality with 3rd site nVidia Driver

I have a satellite P100 - 10 p (PSPAGE) with 7900 GS and when I install the new drivers from laptopvideo2go.com video quality (163.76) of all films is bad.

The image is rasterized with each media player (VLC, MPC...) and screen sometimes "POPs" for a second.

Everything goes very well with 84,00 Toshiba drivers but I can not play games like BIoshock and Stranglehold with this driver.

    Help, please.
    Thank you

    Hey Drago

It's a very bad situation. Toshiba with each laptop must product offering functional and because of who offer tested drivers. These drivers are suitable for each laptop model and also have the function of protection. This means that the graphics card will not forced to run at the highest level.

As you can see with the original driver you have problems, play games. For me this is nothing unusual for laptops. Problem is that all of the updated drivers the only are not supported and tested by the manufacturer of the laptop. I recommend you to use tested driver Toshiba. In the end maybe you must compromise between game and watch movies.

By the way: original DVD movies are also so bad while you use pre-installed WinDVD?

  • Live messenger activation causes poor video quality

Whenever I have activate Live messenger (Windows xp, version 2009, Build 14.0.8117.416) my monitor turns off completely. After a few seconds the video links and this is horrible. Right-click on a zone empty of my desktop and go to properties, a time I'm on the view tab, I see that my video quality went to 8-bit, low. I can use the drop-down list box and select 32 - bit and 'ok', and my video quality goes back to normal. However, whenever I click on a link in live messenger, or select an option Menu tab in live messenger that my video goes back to 8 bits.  What's worse, is that my Messenger friend sent me a video link 'you tube '. By clicking on the link caused my video problem to cycles in the horrible back 8-bit to 32-bit normal. Every few seconds, the screen goes white and back, it is the other video quality.  Previously, I was able to have video conversations with my friend, but now we have problems (she can see and hear me, I can't hear him). I also noticed that the 'video', and the point of 'Photo' of the bar menu is grayed out. Live messenger does not show even I have a webcam, although this option is selected.  Why do I have all this trouble with live messenger. It started a few months ago.   Oh, one last thing... When I close Live Messenger, my video quality returns to normal as if nothing happened.

I have a HP Pavillion G6, g6-22213sa computer laptop that I bought about 6 months ago, its functioning, Windows 8 and AMD Quad Core A8 - 4500M accelerated processor. 15.6 ", 1 TB harddrive, 8192 MB DDR SDRAM. the video quality on anything from youtube, personal videos etc. is terrible it's very pixelated, the sound is also slow, which means that it takes a few seconds before you can actually hear anything. Can anyone help please get everything back to normal. for necessary information, just ask you please, im not a big technical guy.

    Thank you..

    Hi Laurent,.

-What browser are you using to access Youtube?

-Remember to make changes on the computer before the show?

In order to improve the quality of Youtube video, you can try to change the settings for video quality on the Youtube page.

    https://support.Google.com/YouTube/answer/91449?hl=en

As you mentioned that the video quality is pixelated, I you should uninstall and reinstall the sound card drivers and graphics cards and check if it makes a difference.

-Press the Windows key and the X key, then select Device Manager.

-Browse graphics cards, right-click on the video driver and click on uninstall.

-Browse sound, video and game controllers, right click on the audio driver and select uninstall.

-Restart the computer. Windows will automatically try to detect the hardware and try to install the drivers.

If that fails, visit the computer manufacturer and download the latest video and audio drivers based on the computer model number.

Hope this information is useful. If you have any questions, let us know.

  • Every time I make a video, quality shows 50. How can I increase it to 100?

Every time I make a video, quality shows 50. How can I increase it to 100?

You can create a "preset export settings. To do this:

    1. Choose an export format (e.g. Quicktime)
    2. Choose a preset (for example HD 1080i 25, H.264, AAC 48 kHz)
    3. Change the settings for video quality at 100
    4. Your preset will change to "Custom". You can give this new export preset to a new name (for example HD 1080i 25, H.264, AAC 48 kHz, 100 Qality)
    5. Next time, when you export a movie choose your new preset in the drop-down list.
  • First loss of video quality of 13 items

    Hey guys,.

I have imported/exported my video files (MP4) 3 black heroes and when I proceed to make a movie and export the final production, the video quality is some what degrades and no way near clear as the video file of origin.

I want to know how I can stop this and get my video files as clear as they are originally?

If anyone can help me with this it would be great.

    I use that video file size 1920 x 1080.

    Bunch in advance thanks :-)

    If you have a 1080 p 60 and 1080 p 60 project settings source, then this is the suggested 1080 p 60 export settings...

    Publish + share

    Computer

    AVCHD

    with Presets = MP4 H.264 1920 x 1080 p 30

Then on the Advanced tab/video tab, you customize the preset to 1080 p 60.

When you start, if can see a string of link in the small box to the right of the width and height. Click on this link in the chain to remove it.

You can then type in 1920 for the width and the height 1080 if it is not already there.

Browse the list of options and set them to read as in the screenshot. For now, make adjustments yourself until we

know that we have a great finished product. Then, we discover other approaches to set the advanced settings of export.

Let's wait and see what that looks and sounds like your player. I have already suggested the

appropriate project settings. For any question or need more information, feel free to ask.

    Thank you.

  • Video quality has dropped and Audio Out of sync (EPA 12)

Edited a video of 30 minutes and took a few clips of him. After the project and saving it, I noticed a severe drop in video quality and despite to realign the tracks audio/video, audio installs always out of sync. Original video clip plays fine and I would just download those, but there are too many dead zones and some splicing that needs to be addressed. At first I cut sections of video caused the problem, but the video before editing it produced out of sync titles as well. on a 30 minute video, audio Animes before nearly 10 seconds.

    EPA 12 Windows 8.1.

Video camera: Replay 720XD (manual specifies EPA or Quicktime [Pro] Edition)

    Video information by gspot: 29.412 FPS; Resolution 1280 x 720; Audio codec: MP4a:Mpeg - 4 AAC LC video: avc1 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC

    QuickTime is also updated.

I was see several other discussions on this topic with different answers, which makes me think that every problem is something different. Also, there are not too many threads with solutions. Also concerned by the fact that this problem seems to go as far as 10 EPA.

    BadWolfRacing

I see no mention of rate constant or variable in the documents of the camera (only 30/60 NTSC or PAL 25/50).

The only clue that I don't have that cadence is variable, it is as 29.412 frames per second that you give to your video.

I had advanced for the camera users section and can't find anything that goes with this question. If your camera records with a constant speed then you will see 29.97 or 30 and not 29.412.

We support the idea of constant compared to variable rate for your video by running the video via the properties of MediaInfo program playback. If your video has a variable rate, reading on will give a minimum, 'general' and maximum playback for cadence.

    http://sourceforge.NET/projects/MediaInfo/

Just be careful for carryons unwanted in the download of this program.

You seem to have 1280 x 720 @ 29,412 progressive frames per second (variable frequency), presenting as AVCHD.mov. And apparently you transfer the recording to the camera as the video compression AVCHD (MPEG4 AVC/H.264).mov, not a "MPEG" such as MPEG2 video compression...

Variable rate in first Elements = always no problem. I have the iPod video and iPhone 5 (with variable rate) and any import problems (audio out of sync or other), edition, exported from Premiere Elements set the correct project presets and work with content timeline made. There are some who have problems. For them, the answer is borrow the video in software to change the variable in a constant rate.

Whether you use the original or the original converted to the hand brake

    The project preset

    NTSC

    AVCHD

    AVCHD LITE 720p30

    Export of QuickTime H.264.mov (720 p 30)

    Publish + share

    Computer

    QuickTIme

with Presets = NTSC DV 16:9

and, under the Advanced button/video settings tab, make sure that settings are as shown in the screenshot

The transmission speed is cut in the screenshot. Leave it disabled for now. We can talk about Bitrate and file size later.

    Export for AVCHD AVCHD.mp4 (720 p 30)

Please read the above and let us know if any information improved the situation.

Any questions or need clarification, please ask.

  • Terrible video quality after drag / drop my PrPro sequence in yet

    Hello

I loaded my sequence in still directly from PrPro dragging from PrPro and the applicant in yet.

Now that the sequence is loaded correctly on the timeline.

However, when I play back the video quality is incredibly jerky, with clumps of pixelation.

It looks like somehow my in PrPro default export settings may have been set to "Preview file" which is weird because I unchecked that box in my export Panel.

    Here is a screenshot.

    Screen shot 2011-04-17 at 1.05.12 AM.png

I'm puzzled.  My format being by default 'Preview' in the upper part of this relevant export settings window, even if I slipped and fell from the entire sequence of PrPro?

I tried to see if somehow my Viewer settings have been very low resolution, but can not verify that no way of checking.

My images as it is now may never be burned to a dvd, it's far too pixelated and herky jerky.

    Any thoughts?

I'm downconverting from 1920 x 1080 to def standard for video.  But this seems really horrible artifacts.

    Thank you!

    Matt Dubuque

Hey Matt.  Since then, it seems that still take account add pulldown for you, just put in the export of the real HD movie you and still let the downconvert & encoding.  Make your export out first in some codec and the size you were sharp in the sense.  It would be called export > current settings in FCP, so it of probably something like that, or choose the approriate one.

I always bring in my video and audio separately (already dvd or bluray compatible), but if you don't want to go that route, you might bring a file that contains the video and audio, and still be configured properly in a timeline.

Help me please if you can because I have a slow internet connection and I want to play video at 240, as it was before. Thanks in advance for your help.

Could check you whether YouTube is to serve its HTML5 player or the player based on Flash? If you right click on the drive, short a context menu should appear. If the full Firefox context menu is displayed, press and release the ALT key to erase that. The last line of the menu short usually indicates which player he is.

    I'll assume HTML5 because...

On Windows 7, Firefox should show a wide range of formats in the HTML5 player. However, if some of the features of media are disabled, preventing video MP4 decoding, then YouTube offers only 360 p (with WebM coding).

If you have intentionally disabled Media Foundation and/or DirectShow in topic: config, then perhaps you would prefer to use the YouTube Flash Player? There are a few Add-ons that can force YouTube to serve you a Flash drive. Either of them will do, you don't need both:
