• I get no picture on the TV when using mini ipad with the Digital AV adapter.

  I get a white on my TV screen when I connect my mini ipad digital AV adapter except HDMI 1 showing in the upper left corner of the TV screen. My mini2 ipad works great with the same son and TV.  I tried two ipads with different TV but get the same result. The ipad mini works OK if not connected to the TV. Two minis are working on the same operating system setting.

  The Digital AV adapter can be finnicky.

  Have you tried simply unplug and plug the adapter with the HDMI cable connected with it?

  With the adapter always plugged into your iPad, have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by pressing the sleep/wake and Home buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to the dark and restarts with the Apple logo, then release them buttons?

  After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to know if the redeemed code is an iTunes movie Store and if it is safe.
  I recommend you read this article, it has additional information on the purchase of a code. If you redeem the code in iTunes than it is from the iTunes Store. It is available to be downloaded later as a purchase, so you don't lose your content.

• Digital certificates and runaway trustd

  Just improved El Capitan (10.11), Sierra (10.12). Updated the o/s, kept my applications and data on both a beginning 2011 MacBook Pro and an iMac end of 2013.

  First question mentioned was that Outlook for Mac 2016 hung on the iMac, if I tried to open a digitally signed message (DoD PKI-signed). Had to force quit.

  Next issue noted was that Keychain Access hung when I tried to start it. No window of Keychain Access, never not published, if the icon showed in the dock. Open Activity Monitor to investigate and found that the process trustd seems to have run away. The memory of the process was beyond 1 GB. Forced quit Keychain Access, then sent a HUP signal to my trustd process via the terminal. Once he showed up, process trustd memory reached 11.9 MB.

  Trying to reopen the Keychain Access, but it hung again. I let it go for a while, and Sierra informed me that he had become insensitive (thanks!). Killed, then looked at the allocation of memory of trustd. It was close to 2 GB.

  I upgraded the Macbook Pro at the same time (won't do again). Soon after the connection, I noticed that the fan spun. When he didn't slow down after a bit, I open Activity Monitor and saw that trustd process memory beyond 8 GB. (The total physical memory on the Macbook is 8 GB).

  Welcome to the communities of Apple Support!   Looks like you and your husband are exploring new effects of iMessage with iOS 10.   If the animation occurs on your husband's iPhone, him having check its settings reduce Motion in settings > general > accessibility.   If the Motion to reduce is enabled (green button), turn this setting off.

  When reducing Motion is enabled, certain effects screen change or are disabled on your device, including:

  I updated my iPhone 6 more (64 GB) at ios10.0.1. My question is related to iMessage how to turn off the digital automatic saveing to the touch icons?

  All the friend of my friends have an option under each button to explicitly save a digital key, otherwise it will be deleted after 2 minutes. Unfortunately I do not have this option, but it is always saved automatically.

  Please help me find the option to disable AutoSave.

  My partner and I have the iPhone 6 Plus and we have updated to iOS 10 today. My phone seems to work fine with Digital Touch but its not.

  When I get a touch digital message, the words "expires in 2 min" appears below the message on the right side. Shortly after, this sentence disappears to be replaced by "Dungeon." If I press 'keep', the message will not disappear in 2 minutes. Similarly, if I send a touch digital message, the word "keep" appears behind the message (on the right side), and if I do not press 'keep', the message will disappear.

  If you need to split a recording into separate songs which will be sent to the iTunes audio, you can use the cycle area in GarageBand to mark individual songs.

  Drag the yellow bar to cycle through the record, which must be registered as a separate song, then use the command "share > song to iTunes" to add this song as a separate to the album track.
