  The filter is actually a property of the table, not the collection of panels - just so set the property filterVisible to the table to rely on an EL that returns true or false.

  Everything first, go to Dell and look for any driver or other updates matching your system (use the serial number, but do not forget to change the operating system if you changed it when he sold to the current).  Update for those who are not topical - particularly that relating to the graphics cards and monitors - but really compare them all what you have now in Manager devices, and update that can be updated and are applicable.  See what follows to learn more about this, but here, let's assume that you are looking for not only those with problems, but who are not the latest available:
