disconnected the cable plug location unknown

I'm working on a HP Slimline S5113W, that does not illuminate. I deleted food and tested it and it seems OK. I put it all back together and I have a son that I don't know where to put. It's the front set of SD USB card, two blue and black wires ending with a small white connnector. I can't find any documentation as to where this could go. Anyone know?

Are you absolutely sure it's 2 blue and 1 black in a white connector?

If it is 1 blue and 1 black, it does not connect to what in my HP s5120y (even on board and installation). This is the connector is wire-bound into a beam and weighs disconnected.

    Hello

I'm not 100 sure that cables say exactly, but at both ends of the connector, you should see little "clips" or "parentheses". You have to put on the side. So normally it should be possible to pull the cables. But if you do, you should be carefully.
But if you have no experience of these things, you shouldn't do it. In this case, the best way is to ask the guy to service for assistance.

Get a reference to the thread and call the Delete method. If the wire is connected to multiple receivers, you can get references to the source and (other sinks), remove the wire, then reconnect to all receivers other than the one you want to disconnect.

  • XP is not start properly, important data files on the hard drive, location unknown such as e-mail addresses, individual emails and favorite links on Internet Explorer. The system is damaged irreparably, what is the solution?

I need ideas to solve this problem.

You can retrieve the data without being able to get into Windows. The methods described require a certain level of computer skills. You know yourself best, and if a better course of action would be to take the machine to a local professional with a good reputation instead. If you choose to do, do not use a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place.

1 remove the drive and put it in a box of USB drive or use a USB adapter. Attach it to a computer that is running a working XP/Vista/Windows7 installation. Use the work of Windows Explorer to copy the data to the hard drive of the system to the rescue and burn data on cd or dvd, or copy it to an external hard drive. I prefer not to do it if I know the drive is infected because he has a chance to infect your host system. In these cases, I use #2 below.

    2. you can start the computer target with a Bart PE (XP only) or Linux Livecd such as Knoppix or Ubuntu and retrieve the data in this way. This has the additional advantage to tell you if the problems you are experiencing are hardware or software related because if the computer behaves perfectly in Linux, you know that Windows (software) is the culprit. Conversely, if the computer behaves badly under Linux, you will know that there is a hardware problem. This is general information on the use of Knoppix for the recovery of data when you do not have Windows:

You will need a computer with two cd records, one of which is an engraver of CD/DVD OR a USB thumb drive with enough capacity to contain your data OR an external USB hard drive. Download Knoppix .iso image file and create your bootable CD *. If you do this in a previous (XP or Vista) operating system, you will need the third burning like Nero, Roxio or free ImgBurn software (Windows 7 can burn .isos natively). Burn as an image, not in the form of data. Then boot with the CD that you created, and Knoppix will be able to see the files in Windows. If you use the USB key or an external hard disk, right-click on its icon (on the desktop) to get its properties and uncheck "read only". Then click on it to open it. Note that the mouse action by default in the window manager used by Knoppix (KDE) is a simple click to open instead of double-click traditional MS Windows. If you want to burn CD/DVDs, use the K3b program.

    * If your computer has only an optical drive and you want to use this drive to burn data or need to test drive, you can create a USB bootable Linux instead of a bootable CD. This site will show you how to do it- http://www.pendrivelinux.com

    Hi Dawn Kelley,

Connect the laptop to the docking station.
Note: If you don't see the option 'Disconnect the computer', it is possible that your laptop is not configured correctly for mooring or you don't have the administrative permissions required to disconnect the laptop.

To detach the laptop computer, follow these steps:
    1. click on start, then click on "disconnect the computer. (Located next to the options for "Stop" and "Restart")
    2. wait for a message appears saying that you undock your laptop successfully.
Note: Some laptops will not give this message but rather will make a sound confirming that the cell phone has been disconnected.
    3. push the eject button on the docking station downwards until the cell is displayed.
    4. pull the laptop to the station, on the back first.

    Advice and WARNING:
Computers Dell laptops have the option "disconnect the computer. However, some laptops can have an option for "Eject the PC" in the start menu, instead of 'disconnect the computer.
It is extremely important to disconnect your laptop computer in the start menu before you eject from the docking station.
Ejection for a laptop computer to the station before being released on the start menu may cause data loss.
It can also cause damage to your laptop or other devices connected to the docking station.
Read the manual of the manufacturer for detailed instructions and equipment for your specific laptop.

NOTE: If the laptop is not connected to the docking station, and then the pc disconnect button is not available on the start menu.

    Hope this information is useful.
Let me know if it worked.
    All the best!

  • My laptop screen becomes empty whenever I disconnect the plasma

Recently, I connected my computer laptop to LG plasma to see a movie (using RGB output) and changed the accodringly to display definitions. However, when I disconnected the cable from the laptop, the laptop screen became blank. When I reconnect the cable - I see the laptop screen (even if the plasma is off). Now I'm stuck to work with a cable connected to nothing...

When you restart the computer, I see the screen, it disappears when windows comes on.

I've redefined (by using windows + P) the computer screen only - did not help. I've updated the display adapter and monitor in Device Manager - did not help. No virus detected; Nothing to do with the BIOS...

    Hello

Your router could be suspicious here, you have successfully updated its firmware as a possible solution? And I would like to
Update your WiFi drivers on computers. How you are positioned in the router? Are there
    obstacles in the path?

Actually try updating your driver and disabling the network logon.

Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

Download - SAVE - go where you put it - right click – RUN AS ADMIN.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.

After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version. (The
manufacturer of system become your backup policies).

Repeat for network (NIC) card and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as Vista like
    updated drivers.

I would also turn off auto update for the drivers. If the updates Windows suggests a just HIDE as they
are almost always old, and you can search drivers manually as needed.

When my iPhone 6 supported this morning, I noticed the plug that goes into the wall was pretty hot when I disconnected the unit from the wall.  I never noticed this before.  Is it a bad sign and is it safe to use?

On the phone under 80% charge when you unplugged? If Yes, the cube would be hot, because the phone draws more power for the first 80% of the load, it then tapers. If you have any doubts bring it to an Apple store for the assessment.
