  Open customer HP scanning software and select the PDF sortcut.

  Check the option Show Scan Prview is enabled and set scanning in 300 DPI or lower resolution.

  Click Scan, the "+" button is now available.

  I have an Officejet L7780 which is not driven by the document feeder. He finds himself with the first page and try to in the page but it gets stuck with it.  I wasn't able to get through, but I can enter a part of the page that is stuck and shoot OK.  It seems that the rollers do not work much more.  Is this something that can be corrected/fixed/replaced?

  Make sure you use media supported (weight/type).  If you frequently use your ADF, you can have an accumulation on the pick up rollers.  I have included a link below that describes how to clean them and how do I check to make sure that there is no piece of paper stuck under the hood of the ADF that would prevent to draw correctly.  Good luck!

  Did you pay for Office (including Excel) in a packaging separated when you bought your computer?

  Office is not included with your purchase of computer for free.

  Most new computers come with a trial version of Office that lets 'x' number of days usuage.

  After this test times out, you will have to buy Office.

  And the product key on the computer case or laptop for the operating system, not for the desktop Suite.

  Contact the manufacturer of your computer to confirm it can handle / 3 GB and what type of RAM you need and how it should be installed.  This isn't a Vista problem.  If the installation is correct and appropriate, Vista will automatically recognized the increase and add it to your system configuration.  The question here is whether or not your computer takes everything in charge and what is required and how to install it - questions to the manufacturer.
