Document stuck in queue - cannot remove

HP Office Jet Pro 8000 A809 series Wireless

Windows 7 64 bit

I tried all the usual suggestions.  I've known too many problems with this printer.  If you can save my printer to be sent to recycling heaven.  I would be very happy.

Thank you!

Hello

In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

Kind regards

The printer is an all-in-one Photosmart C7250 and used by the Windows Vista-based computer.

  • document in the queue will remove nit

have a desktop 305 has and can not delete an item in the queue, any thoughts on how do?  I tried everything...  Thanks in advance

    Hey,.
most Hp printers have a strange way to "keep in mind" all cannot print file. thing is that delete files in queue is not so difficult. Just to open the select the files in question which have not been printed queue, delete them, disconnect the printer from the computer, just unplug the usb/LPT cable and quite simply, you'll notice that files queued for deletion, by disappearing magic

    Hope this helps,

    All the best, Flavio

  • Printer cannot remove a document, and there is nothing to print

I have a printer wireless 5520. A few days ago, I sent three documents to the printer. For some reason, they would not print, so I cancelled them. The first document illustrates the "removal" as the status, but it did not change after days of trying, he recognizes the new documents sent to the printer in the print queue, but that a single document is still "delete". I reinstalled the printer driver, thinking maybe that was the problem, but I am at a loss to know what to do. I am ready to return to the printer in the retail store and buy another brand. I had the same problem with my old HP Photosmart J6240 printer and I recall it was a real trial make it print. If someone has had this problem and how did you solve it. I'm at my wits end with the season of taxes here and I need to print!

There are a few things you can try if you encounter a problem with documents stuck in the queue.

    (1) try to print HP and doctor Scan.  It is an automated tool provided by HP to help solve this type of problem.  The PSDR HP is able to erase, stuck in the queue and more.  The PSDR HP can be downloaded by clicking here.

    (2) in addition, we can try to turn off the printer and manually restart the print spooler service.

Open the run the command on the PC

    * Type "Net Stop Spooler" and press ENTER to stop the spooler service

    * Open again the run command on the PC

    * Type "Net Start Spooler" and press ENTER to restart the spooler service

    * Once the spooler was restarted, and then try to restart the PC to see if the jobs disappeared.

Let me know how it goes.

  • Unable to print on a HP printer, documents stuck in the queue

OK, so I have a HP Deskjet 1000 printer. And I am trying to print a Word from my other computer document, but it does not work. I checked the "see what's printing' for this printer on the computer on which I wanted to print from, and it shows a bunch of documents in the print queue. I tried to cancel or restart them, but nothing happens. I just get "error processing command." I already checked the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, but there nothing in it. I already deleted the printer and re-inserted and you download the drivers again. Unable to print all right, but I still have computers (I have two). On the computer where the printer is, if I try to print something, nothing happens, no documents in its queue. But the other computer, it just keeps adding more documents in the queue and I can't do anything. I use Windows 7 Home Premium on two of them.

Edit 1: I was able to successfully complete the queue from here: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/how-

But now the problem is when I go to MS Word and go to file > print, it says ' Paper Out: 1 document waiting '. I wonder if this is what is causing the problem. I use a HP Deskjet 1000. And then if I try to print something from the computer with the printer, the print job will appear and then disappear quickly.

Edit 2: Ok, I've solved this by removing the printer from devices and printers. When I added this return, he installed a driver that wasn't there and ended. Then I tried to print something and he actually got the print job. Now the question is when I push the power button and ensuring that it catches the paper, it is not actually print out what I wanted to print. Also, I am trying to install the drivers for the printer, and it says "plug the square end of the USB cable to the back of the printer and the flat end of the cable to a USB port available on this computer. Well, I connected physically, but it's not detect it. The drivers are for Deskjet 1000 J110.

  • Deleting printer with documents in the queue but cannot be connected to printer Win 7 64 bit

There is a printer that appears in the devices and printers with documents in the queue, but I'm no longer connected to the printer.

How do I remove the docs on hold so I can proceed to remove the printer?

    I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, completely up-to-date.

    Hi Linda,.

Have you tried the steps in my previous answer?

I suggest you to cancel all items in the print queue and check if the document is deleted.

To cancel all the elements in a print queue:

To cancel all the print jobs for a printer, you must have permission to manage documents on the printer.

    1. Go to Start , type Control Panel, select Control Panel, hardware and sound, and then click Printers.
    2. To open the print queue, double-click the printer you are using.
    3. Click the printer menu, and then click Cancel all Documents. Function of the printer, the printing element could finish, but the remaining items will be cancelled.

Please let us know the results to get help.

  • HP 6525 all in one will only print the first document in the queue

I use a HP 6520 all-in-one printer with my MAC OS x 10.6.8.  The problem is when I print a document the printer will work normally but if I try to print another document, that it won't work at all.  When I put them in queue printer it shows by the percentage that the printer is always finishing the first document (which has already been printed) and the second document is in the queue waiting for the first to be filled.  The only way to move forward with the next impression is to remove both documents in the queue. I have installed the latest driver and updates and unplugged & repluged the printer and restarted the computer.  Would appreciate any help

    1. you must identify which application you use to create your documents.

    2. in addition to the name of the application, you must specify its version.

    3. Please ask your question in the appropriate forum.  Assuming that you are dealing with a version of Microsoft Word, which would be the forum Microsoft Office Word.

    4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you use Word 2003, 2007 or 2010, see--> http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/msoffice/add-horizontal-lines-to-a-word-document/3886

  • Cannot remove the software Intel (r) PROSet/Wireless when trying to install Windows 8

I am trying to install Windows 8 on a Dell running Windows 7 laptop - all my drivers are up to date and I performed the upgrade wizard who told me that I had to uninstall the software three elements because they are incompatible with Windows 8.   I deleted two, but when I try to delete the third, Intel (r) PROSet/Wireless Software of Bluetooth, the system returns a message saying "there is a problem with this Windows Installer package.  A program required for this install to complete could not be run - please contact the support staff. "I'm stuck - Windows installation cannot continue until I can get rid of this element, and nothing to do, it seems able to remove apparently.  Any suggestions?

I found I had to activate the blue tooth wireless adapter. Also I had the same error until I turned it on. Then he allowed me to uninstall to the satisfying of the installer of Windows 8.
