I moved my user account from my laptop older on a new and now my creative section reports Cloud APPS download error contact Customer Support. I update the last creative cloud App.
First of all provide full permissions to the ~/library/Application Support.Adobe.
Mac has 2and ~/library libraries/library
Then rename the folders OOBE and AAMUpdater and check it out.

Downloaded the AAM website creative cloud, it installs and when it is running it shows this error message "error, contact Support to download. I then downloaded MAO as a package of Adobe support. Before installing it, I removed the previous installation of my computer. The program is installed again, but I got the same message. I can't download apps from the creative cloud because of this.
I tried the support pages and you can't find anyone having an error like this.
I downloaded Adobe Download Assistant and signed. This has caused Adobe Application Manager to work allowing me to connect and download creative cloud applications. I'm downloading the apps I need. Thank you for your help Jeff.

Why my creative cloud keep saying download error contact customer?
When I downloaded my creative cloud, I run the program and wait, and then it opens, and when I click on the app section, it says download error! I need help; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it told me the same thing.

I get an error when I test install the creative cloud. Despite my internet research, solutions of I can't find and saw that others had the same problem as me:

Ironically, it fixed itself. I have just come back on today and have downloaded as it was supposed to. Sometimes I wonder if my computer just to hate me! Thanks for the help!

Manager application download error
I downloaded and installed the Adobe Application Manager and it worked fine the first time, but during the subsequent tests, it opens correctly. I contacted support and they have worked through the problem, having me change a few names on some program on my hard drive files and download again. This has allowed to operate correctly but only the first time that I opened it. It is still giving me the 'download error - Contact Support'. There must be a way to solve this problem without having to rename the files and re-download every time.
Any help is greatly appreciated. It's on Windows 7.

How can I solve the "download error".
Here's what I found in the folder 'apps' of the adobe creative cloud (mac version) widget.
It says "download error - contact the technical support.
I already reinstalled the app, and it has not worked yet.

Open creative cloud Application
- Log out of the desktop creative cloud application,
- Restart your computer
- Connect again to creative cloud and try download

When you try to view or update my apps on creative cloud, I get the following error message: "download error. Press Retry to try again, or contact customer support. "Even if I try to download anything through a round route point, I'm inclined to the same error screen. Any ideas?

I try to install my apps via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and all I get is "download error: Please try again or contact support". I don't have any number of support, or something like that. If I try to reload, it does nothing.
Is there anyway I can fix it? I even tried to reinstall the software always with no luck.
