  Please try this sequence:

  (1) to remove from your BB AppWorld

I myself have retired to the fact that theres nothing I can do on the card memory and messages, etc., but is it possible to link the hotmail account so that he who has the phone has no access to my e-mail account? Please help because it can become a serious security problem for me.   Change your Hotmail password will work... DO IT NOW! Then worry about the rest.

  You can connect to your Web of BIS carrier site and remove the e-mail account configuration. Or you can call your operator and ask them to do-, you must call them anyway to report the loss.

  On your next BB, consider using a device lock password... that would protect your data against the one who picks up your BB where you lost.

  Hi, first of all, I am new to blackberry, then so not know much about them, I bought my 9800 on network o2 uk a few weeks ago, until this morning everything was fine, when I updated messenger blackberry to v.6.1.0.71, once rebooted I had lost my bbm icon, is showing as installed in the application manager , I've deleted and reinstalled several times without success, please could someone help me to recover my bbm?

  Thank you for your help, I tried to delete - reboot - reinstall nothing helped, I finished restoring the factory settings, and then software update operating system via the Desktop Manager before you attempt to upgrade from bbm, all now works well again...

  Hey there. Have a Bold 9650 running OS 6. Recently received a Blackberry message on the phone that he did not have a new version of the Blackberry App World and asked if I wanted to download and install it. I told him to go to a head and download. Download started then hooked. Will not complete the download and installation. In this way for several days now. Whenever I go to the BB App World currently installed and then go into 'my world' new version of the BB App World is still sitting there with a bar running and he said "start download".  It is stuck and I don't know how to stop it and he out of the loop, it's trying the load down (or not).   Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Hello, I'm sorry if this has already been covered, I search, but have not found anything too useful for my situation.  My 8330 on the network Sprint won't let me not use GPS on the phone.  I use the GPS a lot and always worked wonderful for me, but now suddenly it has stopped working, I checked my settings and the GPS is enabled, I tried to use Google maps, Blackberry Maps, Telenav and GPSed.  All of these programs to search for the signal, but the expiration time.  Can someone help me please here!  The phone is less than 1 month and my charger factory already died on me, now the GPS problem, I hope that is not an indication of more problems to come for me on this phone, I got the Samsung Instinct and that the phone sucked, so I bought this phone for the full price (gulp) because I need a phone that will do what I need it to do and then some. I love this phone and everything he does love, but this is getting frustrating!   Thanks for your help, Korey.

  I would like to start but pulling the battery while the device is on, wait for 30 and reinstall.  The restart delay 1-3 min wait.  Sometimes, this can solve some problems.  Make sure you have your GPS turned on.  As a matter of fact, turn it off, save it, and then on again.  Let us know what happens...

  If so, your best option is to call your service provider, they will have the possibility to reset for you.
