  It seems that some users have the certificate root in their 'approved identities' and others not. You have not specified which version of Acrobat you use but in Acrobat XI right - click signature, select "Show Signature Properties" and click on "Of the see the signatory certificate" button (in versions prior to Acrobat, it's the same thing, just the button is called a bit different, but with the same meaning).   Regarding documents scanning with the same printer, I now get the error code 5156.69 to come, but I don't seem to be able to solve this problem either.

  I read a lot of links (a relative majority of 11 GR 1 material) but I'm still not able to do this due to the field of the organization being approver only

  I tried to use an adapter to prepopulate (as I do with success with the 'role' attribute) and a search query. None of this has worked.

  I found out that someone did the same steps as me, but the debate is closed without response: Re: configuration of automatic approval for automatic recording - fail because the organization.

  Any advice to achieve this in GR 2 11?

  Using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, I regularly create PDF documents from MS Word documents with AutoCAD DWG files embedded.  If I print to PDF it is well with integrated designs but if I use the plugin Acrobat text in the drawings would then become too light to see in the created PDF file.  I need to be able to convert to PDF format rather than print them in PDF format in order to have the bookmarks and links created automatically.  What parameters control the darkness of drawings ACAD contained in MS Word files when they are converted to PDF files?

  This problem was caused by the use of dynamic blocks with several line colors and thicknesses in the original DWG files.  They were used to allow the quick creation of drawings in AutoCAD for several different components that share similar attributes.  Unfortunately when these drawings are incorporated in MS Word or PDF files is created directly from these drawings, items in the drawing would randomly disappear when a PDF file created from them.  The solution is to open each offending in AutoCAD DWG file, move everything to layer zero and set the thickness of the text elements.

  A solution!

  It turns out that the problem in my case was in fact the case. Previously, I tried to turn it off, but it does not solve the problem, so this time, I uninstalled it completely and the problem disappeared. Then I started to add new (installed 15.0.1, updated, etc) and the problem has resurfaced with the addition of the specific Photoshop plugin. Removal of this plugin solves the problem. So, it seems that "disabling" suitcase by stopping the TypeCore don't seem to actually deactivate all the tentacles that he sticks in your system.
