Drive does not work due to the expiry of the trial CS6 uh... wth
I have been using Adobe Reader for 10 + years, regularly updated with each new version.
I downloaded and installed the trial version 30 days CS6.
The day 30 trial for CS6 is now sold out.
When I try to open a .pdf file, the expiry 'CS6 Design and Web Premium Trial' window appears and
requests that I buy CS6 before continuing.
Why these two are linked?
Am I missing something?
OS: Windows XP - 3 Pack
Any comment is appreciated.
CS6 includes Adobe Acrobat. This will be the opening of PDF program. (Looks like reader, but with more buttons etc.)
Now, CS6 has expired. Double click on a PDF file will still try to run Acrobat, and it has therefore expired...
Start the player and use the file > open to check the drive is still ok.

Of defrag does not work due to the custom configuration created by another program
When I try to do a defrag, I get a message saying "disturbance disk currently uses custom settings created by another program"
Before changing the annex, you need to remove the custom settings. Here's this message 2 boxes, 1 said 'delete settings' and the other says "Cancel". When I click on 'delete settings', I am back on the desktop. This repeated its self everytime I have try to defragment, it does not open as administrator or in 'safe MODE '.Dell Inspiron 1545Windows 7. 64-bit with more than 70% of available space.I am somewhat tech savvy if things are fairly well explained. Can someone helpThank you very muchYou have a few options. I finally got my work to the rigging.
1. all reformat
2 * at microsoft
3. take out the computer in a microsoft store, and it will fix it for free (why? because w10 and they know it causes problems)
W10 return to w7 installed incorrectly. Your computer is still acting as w10 is always there, even when it is not.
So what I did, i wouldn't recommend, receiving a Filipina Lady a (microsoft) call center to work on and fix my computer. They have done MUCH worse. (I already insured at this point that microsoft is fixing my computer for free because of the w10) So after the fried Lady basically my computer, I brought my rig to the nearest store from microsoft and they fix everything, for free.
NOW, after I brought my home computer, I downloaded a program 3rd party called GWX Control Panel. What it does, is removes all the updates from the W10, removes the POS auto upgrade feature and block updates future w10.
http://ultimateoutsider.com/downloads/---> click for GWX
If you do not use this program, w10 automatically updates AGAIN! Even though microsoft said it is a rare event DONT BELIEVE IT! It is a widespread problem, and microsoft is FORCED to happen.
Needless to say, I lost faith in microsoft because of faulty software programming. (even my xbox one...) So I not buy more than several microsoft products, because of these bad blantly business practices.
I'm sorry this happened to you, and I understand the frustration. Especially if younever wanted to w10 in the first place.

Satellite 5100: Driver CD does not work to recover the operating system
My laptop Satellite 5100 did not work today. The whole system broke down, and I can not open any program. I want to recover my system but my CD driver does not work, I can not use the recovery CD to run the system.
What should I do? Can I replace a new CD by myself? Is there another way to recover the system without the CD driver?
Thank you very much and I look forward to hear from you.
Hello Bingping :D (Lazy nickname)
Well, first of all you are sure that the drive is dead or it of just not possible to boot from the recovery CD?
Press the C key immediately after booting laptop (by pressing the power button) to boot from the CD drive. If it doesn t work so try to boot from the original Windows CD. Perhaps the Toshiba Recovery CD is damage. But if it is not possible to boot from a CD so I would say that the reader has a malfunction.
Of course you can replace the car yourself. It of not very difficult, but you must be careful. Not every drive is compatible. The caught player support, you can order the Toshiba ASP in your country.

Update of Vista 32 bit does not work after replacing the hard drive
A month ago the hard drive of my computer (ACER Aspire 6920) had to be replaced. The disk image hard precedent (which includes the c: with Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, SP 2 build 6002) has been mirrored to the new hard drive. Everything seemed to work fine until I noticed that I don't have more updates from Microsoft. I tried a manual update and got the message that the update service was not working and I have to restart the computer. However, the Task Manager showed that the update service has been executed. Of course, I rebooted the computer, but nothing has changed.
I found a whole bunch of recommendations for this issue in this forum, but nothing seems to work:
- The Microsoft FixIT tool indicates a problem with the update of components, and then said that the problem had been solved successfully. However, the problem is still there and rerun the FixIt tool Gets the same message on a problem (yet) found and fixed.
- I also stopped the update service, delete all content in Windows/C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and restarted the service. without success.
- I've temporarily disabled my security suite (Eset Smart Security 6) and tried the update. I also have fittings the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution to the scope of the antivirus, without success. On the old hard drive, I used a different security suite so I thought that maybe the ESET (that I installed everything recently) could be the cause of the problem, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
- I also followed the instructions provided by Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058, but again, no change at all. However, it should be noted that registering some DLLs that Microsoft listed does not work (message that the DLL is not found or some server entry point (my translation, I'm using the German UI and don't know English good term; sorry) could not be found.)
Http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821 , I found another tool that supposedly can solve some problems of updating; I downloaded the version for Vista 32-bit, but it cannot install it on my computer (error code = 0xc8000247 during installation).
So I'm really lost now what else to do. I would appreciate any suggestions. Please note that I am not technically very warned :)
ARG, apologies.
Was not aware that they had dropped support for Vista... (I myself have 'graduated' Vista earlier)
The fact that you have not already installed TSRI is exactly your problem.
Recent hard drives using 'Sectors 4 K', also known as 'Advanced Format Technology'.
If the installed hard disk driver currently is not compatible with this specification,
It will result in oddities like the status of the service Windows Update is not recognized correctly.
Installation TSRI will fix this in most cases.
Alternatively, if you are using Vista SP1 or later version (or 7 SP1), you can use the real driver.
Since you are already updated to SP2, we will see if it is a viable solution.
Go to: start-> Control Panel-> programs-> programs and features
In the list of installed programs, locate and remove if found.
-Intel Matrix Storage Manager
-Intel Turbo Memory
This should force your computer to go back to the real driver provided by Vista.

I am running Vista Home Premium on a laptop Compaq Presario F700. It is listed in the list of computers of readers, it is listed in Device Manager. The lites drive that the computer boots so I know it is detected. When you run itunes or media player the player does not open. When I push the drive button it will not open. It opens with a paperclip in the exit hole. It cannot read a CD or a DVD. None of the media players even recognize there is a disc in the drive. I tried to run fixit, but it would not drive either. I tried restoring from a previous backup, without change.

FixIt center operating system is not compatible Windows and update does not work due to 8007066
I have an Asus Essentio with Windows 7 Professional. Although the computer was working ok, I installed the FIX It Professional [I bought it to install on my computer to girls] for the interview. Since then, I had several problems with slow MSN Mail and slow performance. I uninstalled the product and to restore the computer to the date of installation of the software. Here are some of the problems I have:
When you try to run Microsoft difficulty It Center I get a message "the operating system is not compatible and must be XP or newer" which it obviously. I've used this program in the past without any problems and actually have a user account, but it still does not work.
Trying to access Microsoft support told me that the software is not "enabled" even though it says it's under System properties, and the product number is not saved, even if it has been for more than 8 months.
Whenever I click on the MSN butterfly, a security message wonder if Explorer is allowed to make changes to my computer. Not a big deal, but remember why nobody liked Vista and I would like to get rid of him.
A Windows Update does not work due the 8007066f, who doesn't have a solution, but updated logo keeps interrupting my work.
Thanks for any help.
I suggest an Inplace upgrade to fix your computer.
The upgrade in place is a tool to fix the system. Thanks to the special upgrade process, we will be able to repair the system. The upgrade in place will not affect the settings like photos, movies, documents, etc. that are saved on the computer. Although this operation will not remove or modify the files and installed programs, I suggest always that you back up important files before you do. In addition, you may need to reinstall the device drivers after this operation.
The detailed steps are included as below:
On-site upgrade
====================
1 log on to the system first.
2. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in the DVD drive of the computer.
3. Click Start and select computer.
4. find the "setup.exe" file in the DVD-ROM and double-click it.
5. click on install now.6. When you are prompted to enter the product key, please click Next directly without entering any key. The installation wizard will prompt and ask if you confirm to install Windows 7 without the key and choose please confirm.
7. When you get to the screen ' which type of installation you want', click upgrade to upgrade the Windows 7 system files.
Note: When running the upgrade on the spot, the system will restart automatically (several times) to merge the files and programs, please leave the computer alone and does not configure it until the 'upgrade on the spot"finished. The system should start Windows 7, once it is upgraded. Once the computer is running "upgrade on the spot", you can go and leave the computer and it completes automatically.Let us know if that helps.

Satellite P200 accidents + message: graphic card driver does not work properly
Hello
hope that this issue has not been covered before, but I've owned a Satellite P200 for 3 years now, and this week, it crashes all the time.
When it started going down he gave me a few messages in the sense of "your graphics card/driver does not work properly and windows will be arrested to avoid damage.
It has progressed to the point where now when I turn it on, I have vertical lines running down the screen and the screen flashes on and outside. Within 20 seconds, it restores the BSOD - 'there was a problem and windows will be arrested. Error Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area"then stops.
I ran a system restore but the problem remains.
I have a feeling that my graphics card is toast. Is this good? Are there any other options to try? Thanks in advance for any answers.
Matt
Hello
Sounds like the GPU problem.
But try the graphics card driver update.
Use the most recent driver for your graphics card.In addition, clean the fans of portable computers.
Dust and debris could prevent the cooling fans to turn with the best speed and this could lead to a higher temperature which would lead to overheating.
Use a jet of compressed air. I also use it and it helps to get rid of dust and debris. If this is not enough, then a problem of graphics chip would be possible.
