Drivers HP Envy 15 J112tx need urgently.

Salvation because of my work environment I had to install win7 (pro) on my new laptop Envy 15 (F6C78PA).

the problem that I am facing now is that I don't have a wireless and Bluetooth No..

in Device Manager, I have 4 numbers under "other devices".

1 / BCM20702A0

2 / network controller

3 / PCI device

4 / unknown device.

I downloaded many drivers on the hp site, see the section called this model for win7 but can no longer enter the above.

http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?OS=4063 & LC = on & CC = in the & DLC = in & sw_lang = & Product = 6622...

I uninstalled these restarted ETC ETC but all in vain.

in desperation I have "tried" other drivers but stiil no joy.

When I run HP Connection Manager, I see that the Wi - Fi or bluetooth are "disabled by Device Manager", and if I click on the power button it turns, clicking again, displays only briefly as 'ON' but then returns to disabled by the Device Manager.

"Wi - Fi" (F12) button is also constantly in Orange and does not function (?)

I downloaded SP63564 wireless button Driver, but get an error "operating system is not enough...". (I also tried mode compatibility without result)

It is so frustrating... I've had this laptop for a week and can't use it

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Considers that Wayne.

Hi, Wayne:

These drivers should work...

Network controller...

Download and unzip in a folder the ASUS PCE-AC66 W7 x 64 driver 6.30.95.26. from the link below.

http://www.ASUS.com/Networking/PCEAC66/HelpDesk_Download/

Then go into Device Manager.  Click the network controller needing drivers. Click on update driver driver.  Select travel it my computer for software driver and browse to your unzipped driver folder.

Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and the driver should install.

BCM20702A0:

Download drivers Lenovo here

http://support.Lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?docid=DS029104

The installation can fall, but if you use the Manager devices and update drivers and point to which the extracted software it will install fine.

Dev PCI:

Probably the unknown device...
