  • Remove the data (% appdata%\thunderbird) and tuberculosis
  • Install of TB (download of support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird do not create all the accounts.
  • Mozbackup allows you to import your settings.

  From the Mail menu bar, you select

  ▹ Connection Doctor window

  Find the account SMTP (outgoing mail) abandoned in the window that opens. Double-click it. Another window opens, displaying the list of all outgoing mail accounts. We'll pick one unwanted. Make a note of the settings in case you change your mind. Click the sign to remove, and then click OK.

  If there is more than one account, unwanted, repeat.

  I see that you have found some problems with email on your iPad. You said you tried a fresh install of 9.2.1 this means that you tried to open a mail without any of your information on the iPad after a restore? If so, you may have to contact support for your question:

  In the meantime here is a work-around to edit your accounts:

  From your browser, go to mobile.blackberry.com.

  Select the country of your choice, then click Communicate > Email.  Scroll to other personal e-mails and click on join now, then start the configuration of e-mail.

  You will be able to integrate/modify your e-mail accounts in this way until the RIM has solved the problem.
