Online chat seems to have disappeared from the Support assistant. I have 2 laptop computers HP and neither now gives a chat option. I found this forum a direct IP to chat but get only the "Server Error". So is he? I hope that not because I absolutely do not understand English, the Indians speak.

You are still in warranty? HP Chat is only available for machines within the warranty period. If you are unsure of the form at half-way down the page to find your technical support options.

You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).
Orange Firefox button or classic menu Tools > Options > advanced
In the mini ' General' tab, uncheck the box for "use hardware acceleration when available.

What is the banner that comes down from the top of good windows support for?
Whenever I scroll down to read a page on the Apple forums, a banner comes down from the top of the window. The banner has the question on what started the thread.
I don't see any use it serves unless you have a VERY short attention span. It's boring and covers a text (reduces the size of the window), so it's worse then 'not useful' - it is harmful.
Yes, I see the 'X' which I can click to close the banner - but is it possible that I can turn off this feature altogether?
Turn it off, no.. Guests sometimes read the posts here and see if all goes well your comment.

Classic BlackBerry sliding down from the top of the screen sometimes does not
I now use the classic BB for several weeks and used the front Q10. In addition, I use the Z30 for business.
Z30 and Q10 everthing works fine.
But on the classic when I try to slide down from the top of the screen, in:
-Calendar
-Contacts
-Clock (especially when trying to slide back down to finish the night mode)
- and mybe some other applications
the menu does not open. I have to make several attempts and sometimes it does that when I drag to the bottom of the upper left corner. Q10 and Z30 it does not matter where to place my finger to slide down.
It works instantly.
The tht to main menu, you can join the works of the homescreen with no problems.
Have you experienced the same thing? What is your recommendation? I'll trade the HW?

There is a solution for this. When you're in contacts, calendar or alarm clock, press in and hold the Menu button for a second or two, it will have the same effect as sliding down.
I try to avoid slipping to the extent possible, so I always use the Menu key to bring up the Menus and options.

Basically, that's all... I'll be listening to a song and when I start a new cat, WMP is paused. It is not that the volume is assigned to Omegle, the pause button is selected on the application. Weird!

This may have conflicting settings, then I would say allows you to check for room sound/alerts options in the Messenger and check to see if those who are arrested.
You can also run the troubleshooting Windows Media Player Settings Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

No list of "Drop Down" from the previous pages in v6.0
In v3. X... you could get the prerequisites page views on a site/tab by clicking an arrow that was part of the rear navigation arrows. By clicking on the arrow gave you a drop down menu previous pages that you had read (from this tab). This feature is missing from version 6.0. Is it possible to get this back?
Instead of clicking the arrow, you can do the same by clicking on the previous navigation buttons.
