You can switch to 10.2.0.5 by mentioning:

the main problem is running oracle applications after the upgrade, what steps should I follow after database upgrade

For the side EBS, I suggest you watch the wizard of Maintenance EBS, which is Metalink Note 215527.1

I'm new to EBS and I have a doubt: what is the right way to keep statistics on the database of my EBS environment?.
I found that many tables have updated statistics on my EBS environment and also a reading I got can´t take the statistics with DBMS_STATS

Just use request competing to collect statistics of schema. Although it uses internally the fnd_stats, but its simple and standard way to gather statistics for all schemas.

Yes. You are right. import and export will be the best option.

What I set out in my previous post... are correct...?
1 install the software of 10 g (on the same server or another server B).
2. download the group under the 10 g ORACLE_HOME 10.2.0.4 patches and unzip this group of patches in some way as $ORACLE_HOME/patch/100.
3. apply this patch by using the opatch utility. To do this go in $ORACLE_HOME/patch/100/opatch apply.
or using YES... ?
This is to be YES because it's the Group of hotfixes, and cannot be applied with opatch.
Invoke runinstaller from the patch directory.
Also refer to the readme file for the complete procedure that comes with the patch.>
4. now, level database by usgin DBUA... In this way to give Oracle 10 g $ORACLE_HOME / and give the name of the database.
It is not necessary that you use export/import.

I have these processes I update my default database 9.2.0.6 EBS 11i to 9.2.0.8. now, I'll update my 9.2.0.8 to 11g 2 database using the metalink doc

Migrating to Oracle 10 g (conditional) PortalOracle Portal 3.0.9 is not certified for Oracle Database 11 g. If you intend to continue using Oracle Portal with Oracle E-Business Suite 11I, then the existing Oracle Portal features should be transferred to Oracle Portal 10 g for compatibility with Oracle Database 11 g. read and follow the instructions to install Server Applications Oracle 10 g with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i on My Oracle Support.
You can remove all dependencies for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Portal 3.0.9 by performing the steps described in to Remove Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11i 3.0.9 Portal on My Oracle Support. Oracle Portal 3.0.9 should be removed that after the upgrade to portal Oracle 10 g, ensure that personalized data portal are migrated successfully.

No, it is not required that you follow all the steps described in the note... As you have not set up a portal, you can skip this step and move to another. This is the reason why "CONDITIONAL" was used in the respective step.

During the execution of pre-upgrade too, utl112i.sql get a warning. Please help me can I follow for the warning of the step.

Finally, a ticket of MOS with the EBS administration team gave me this answer:

When you run the AutoConfig (which is part of the upgrade process), AutoConfig runs a script called txkcreateACL.sh, which will create the ACL for you:

Apply the patch on the ORACLE_HOME 11.2.0.3 after you install the software and before you begin the upgrade.

Run the script after the upgrade.

Is there a specific procedure as interoperability to upgrade a database of 10.2.0.3.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 R12.
Currently, I plan to upgrade database 10.2.0.3.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 then
upgrade 12.0.4 to 12.0.6 apps. Also, I need to install the Arabic language on the instance.
What would be the best sequence to do this?

Exactly, you will need to configure/install the 10.2.0.4.0 group of patches on top of your ORACLE_HOME 10.2.0.3.0. When you are finished with this, make sure that you have done with the following installation steps according to the patches README (patch_note.htm) group. That said, to mention ML Doc ID: 401436.1 'list included in 10.2.0.4 patches' and ML Doc ID: 555579.1 '' and known issues affecting 10.2.0.4 alerts before you start anything.

I'm upgrading ebs R12.1.3 database 11.2.0.4 11.2.0.3 on Sun (sparc) OS. The source DB contains the DST patch 14, do I have to apply the latest patch for the DST as part of the upgrade or I'm good with it?

Fact: The 9iR2 database is certified Linux 3 and 4.
Assuming that I migrate or upgrade 9iR2 to 11 GR 2, where install the GR 2 11? This is on linux 4 (current server) or Linux 6 or higher (different server).
GR 11, 2 is based on 4 Linux?

It is a server and this means you better install a server operating system.

I'm upgrading the 11.1.0.7 database at 11.2.0.3 and I ran the tool preupgrade utl112i.sql and its objects considered not VALID for most in the APPS schema
I need to fix before the upgrade.
How these compile because they contain errors and will not compile with utlrp.
If they are not necessary for EBS can I file them?
