  HI team,

  I am Yogesh Patil of industry limited recourse,

  We use the TMS 14.6 version, we want that information on the way in which we can generate the report in the TMS.

  Report means the code of video conference how were generated during the day, and at every conference, how many local was connected.

  I want that report in a single excel or in two excel, so for this which provisions are need it please guide me.

  There is no option where you can get statistical data and of endpoint of conference of the Conference in the same report, that you will need to generate two separate reports and compare.

  • To generate statistics for regular and special conferences for a specified time interval, go to conferences > statistics of the Conference.
  • To produce statistics for MSD of endpoints managed and TMSPE put into service to users for a specified time interval, go to conferences > conferences and endpoints > users.  Select endpoints and the users who generated the report, then click 'View' to see their detailed information.

  Once you have the statistics and point of termination/users of conference reports, you can export to Excel, and then compare the ID of each report Conference so that points of termination/users are related to which Conference.

  Create a workflow with the following information.

  Account record type -
  Active - Y
  Trigger event at new record check.

  Shares of WF
  Send an email*.
  Active - Y
  Of - current user
  Manager to - relative to the folder user - account owner
  Topic - include the object you want to display in the mail subject.
  Body - include your msg Email body.

  I'sdlike to use templates of reports, but TMS > Reporting > Reporting Templates no records exist under 'My models' or 'all '. I don't see a way to add a model, no such imports.

  Hi Paul:

  You create a template by going to one of the Reporting menus (e.g. detail record call--> end points, for example) and by searching based on criteria you choose.  If you want to save the search, you click 'Save as template' in the reports page on which you ran the research.  It will prompt you to enter a model name; Once registered, it will then appear under TMS--> Reporting--> report templates.

  Creating a report model can be done on most of the pages viewed in Cisco TMS:

  1. Click on Save as template button in the field of the request.
  2. Enter a unique name for your model.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The saved query will be available in models reports page.

  Try it using the page of detail records call for your end points - shouldn't it need to buy additional licenses for the above information are available.

  Notifications individual e-mail with activity reports weekly for each Member of the family on the family safety are automatically sent to the account parent once you activate your activity report.

  If you want to disable receipt of notifications by e-mail, but still want to view activity reports, please see the following steps:

  1. go to https://fss.live.com
  2. click Edit settings under the name of the parent account.

  3. in e-mail notifications , click frequency RAWeb. On the pop-up window, there are 2 radio buttons (weekly and off)

  4. If you want to disable the receiver activity report summarized by e-mail, Check/on/Off.

  5. click on OK to save.

  Please note that you can always view activity reports by logging on the Family Safety website by clicking on view report activity next to the child's account.
