ePrint connection probems

I have a B110a I can use on my home network ok

But I now have an account of Webservices on HPCONNECTED.COM with other printers, but I can't add my B110a without a "CLAIM CODE" - is it possible? or is the printer now too old...?

Hi nick5648,

Do I have the correct printer? A wireless HP Photosmart eAiO (B110a)? If so, then you should be able to access Web Services from the printer control panel. Press the wireless button, select Web Services and follow the on-screen instructions to activate Web Services.

Print a page of information.

Let me know if it works.

To connect the printer to the web, I use lan. I wanted to turn on web services, so I enabled. Hi @ADBraun,

Networking and Web services problems like that can be very fickle. I can't think of any other measure to try other than what I suggested.

  • HP LaserJet 500 color M551: ePrint Connect not print

So, it worked on our machines.  We set up the printer to work with the site connected, HP has been able to send our kiosk computers print jobs.  Suddenly, I get a call that it no longer works.  On the printer > HP Web Services, I can click on the button refresh and it tells me it is connected to the connected HP Web site.

Try to print something from the software and the following error:

    Validation of printer is not

Unable to communicate with the printer ([email protected]) make sure that the printer is plugged in and turned on.  If you continue to see this error, you may need to add the printer again.

I have deleted the printer and tried to readd, did not work.  I tried to go under the service and withdrawal / re-registration of the email account associated with the printer, no dice.  I tried to uninstall the software, got a version more recent on the site of HP and reinstalled, still does not work.  I always get, 'unable to communicate with HP ePrint service.  Ensure that you have an internet connection valid and try again. »

I have connected the HP Connect site and several other sites of these computers no problem.

Don't know what steps to take before because I'm out of ideas.

  • EPrint connection problems - AGAIN!

    HP:

Just like many people on this forum, I'm completely frustrated by the inability to connect and use the center of ePrint. Half the reason I bought a HP was for this feature. Now, it will not work. I tried to connect to the center of ePrint for over a month and have had no result. It seems that many other users have the same problems. There is NO responses that I found on the Web site that explains the connection problems, and there has been NO updates or acceptance of HP that there actually is a problem. What kind of technology company can't even fix a connection problem, and even less allows it to remain low for more than a month?

Come on HP. Get your stuff together!

Hi, I'm sorry for your frustration.

He there had some problems of coding in the HP ePrint Center site, however the problem was solved earlier.

I believe that the error of coding can still affect your experience as the site loaded from the browser cache, which basically still remember these errors.

From my experience, I believe that cleaning the cache and cookies of your browser should solve the problem.

Please let me know what browser you use, and I'll do my best to provide you with the exact measurements.

    Kind regards

  • ePrint-> connected HP migration does not work

The printer I use is the HP Officejet 6500 has more.

Given that my router does not support Hello and I was able to print using ePrint with my Iphone, I was a little freaked out to see that it no longer works.

When I logged in the center successfully ePrint (I saw my printer in a Flash details) from the link in my server Web integrated, I was automatically instantly redirected to HPconnected.com

VERY unfortunately, the redirect page http://hpconnected.com/nl/nl and http://hpconnected.com give a blank page with the other "not found" on it.

I am not able to enter the centre of ePrint more, it keeps redirecting me to this site not wonderful.

    What should do?

  • ePrinting connection

Every time I tyy to sign in Sign In ePrintCenterI get a 403 error, why? How to fix?

    Hello

I recommend trying the following steps:

    1. try to view the site in a different web browser to see if that is the question. Normally, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and all display them correctly the Web site. Try one or two persons (other than the one you used), and it should do the trick.

    2. If this does not work, try to reset the settings default to Internet Explorer by clicking on 'Tools' (in the top menu bar), 'Internet Options' (usually at the bottom of the list), "Advanced" (extreme-right tab) and "Reset" (down to the right of this box). After resetting the default settings, try to view the ePrint again parameter box.

  • LaserJet Pro M201nw: M201nw LaserJet Pro no longer meets the ePrint requests, a few minutes after connecting to the network

I've just implemented a new M201nw of the LaserJet Pro and it works fine, except for a problem with the printer with ePrint.

I could implement Web Services on the printer and add it to as an ePrint, connected HP printer. Thanks to ePrint and Google Cloud Print printing for a few minutes after you have turned on the printer.

But after a while, that can last from 3 to 10 minutes, the printer appears as "offline" in connected HP. If I check the settings ePrint to the printer through the front LCD or the web interface, for "ePrint Server Status", one of two things happening: sometimes there's just busy, or after a few seconds, I see "connection error. Check the Internet connection. »

When I see the error message, I ask 'Tour ePrint temporarily turned off.' The printer will reconnect ePrint and work for a few minutes again.

Local networking features of the printer such as network printing and web interface do not seem to have any problems.

I don't think that the problem is related to my internet connection, which is reliable. I can monitor the traffic on my network and see communication between servers, XMPP from HP ePrint and the printer when the printer is working normally. When the printer has this problem, I still see the traffic coming in from HP but no traffic coming out of the printer. It's very strange and suggests part of the firmware of the printer does not work properly.

Anyone else had problems with this printer model?

Finally, I have determined the cause of the problem. While doing a follow-up, I discovered a router not authorized on the network itself advertising via the Protocol RIP (Routing Information) emissions. It seems that his presence finally confused the printer to know where to send the traffic. After turning off the emissions from the router, the ePrint feature, now works well.

  • Problem with alert printer after you set up eprint

I've just set up my HP eprint/connected to my printer HP Officejet 6700 account. I went through all the instructions and generated a code for me to record my printer. My printer came but I noticed that I have 2 alerts next to the printer which has been recorded. The alerts are:

    • Online
    • Problem with printer

When I click on the message of the latter I get the following message

    • An unspecified problem was reported. Please check your printer.

See the front panel of the printer for more information on the resolution of this condition

I checked the printer, but it is not showing problems. I have however deleted the re-recorded new printer and web service. This time he seems to have solved the problem, but when I went back to the account later in the day the alert reappears.

Could anyone help in this case.

    Hi BillyBoy59,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you are getting a message "Problem with the printer" in connected HP.

Connected HP sometimes gives a false report that there is a problem not specified with the printer. HP has been able to reproduce the error.  If there was a genuine mistake, the message would point to the problem (low on ink, paper, etc). Unspecified error message does not prevent you to use ePrint.

  • Reinstall the eprint printer

I had to reinstall my printer.  All right, except that my eprint printer is currently off line and I don't see a way to change its IP address.  Is there a way to restore the eprint connection, or do I have to remove the device and then add a printer 'new '?

I like to keep the printer access rules and the name, but the fear that would also be a manual effort.

    Thank you

    Barry

After going through the process of installing three times starting with the printer to reset to the factory settings, it properly connected to the network and to the internet!  The connected HP screen now displays the printer online, but problem with printer, but I can't find any error message.  I guess I'll leave just well enough alone.

  • I bought a photosmart 5510 and I'm unable to connect to the internet.

Hi, I am looking to connect my newly purchased Photosmart 5510 to the internet. I can see that it is connected to the homenetwork, but not the Internet, so I can't use the e-Print. I have a router D - Link DIR-635 B3 without the WPS button (maybe built in). I can't locate any relevant support.

Logically, I can see that I can't proceed until the Internet recognizes the connection.

All good ideas what the problem could be,

    '

    Jesper, Copenhagen

Looks like some of the parameters of the network to the printer is maybe not correct or the ISP DNS servers may have been a problem for ePrint servers.

Try to set an IP static, as shown in step 6 of this document from HP.  The only change I recommend is what DNS servers are used.  Use auxiliary favorite for DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for DNS.  These are Google's public DNS servers, but they tend to work very well with ePrint connection problems.

Also, make sure that the proxy settings are blank and not controlled.  This is possible access SAP, as indicated in the document, and then go to network > Networking > Proxy Server.  If you receive a certificate warning, select the option that allows you to continue anyway.

Once the static IP address with Google's DNS servers are defined and the proxy is disabled, try to re-enable web services.

    Let me know what happens.

    Hi Catjoy36,

I've reconfigured my printer to my router.  Any suggestions?

    Hey @LoreeW,

Welcome to the Forum from HP Support. I hope you enjoy your experience here.

I understand that you have a few problems with ePrint using your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer.  I want to help you with this.

I recommend that you first check your printer to verify its intact ePrint connection:

    • Touch the icon (webservices)
    • If you see an address @hpeprint.com, I recommend that you try to send a test ePrint from a different email domain than what you use on your work computer.  If it prints correctly, we can rule out your printer as being a factor in this particular issue.  If your printer's Web services is enabled is more, re - enable.  Any problem would occur with this, click here to access another relevant post I created.  Scroll to my suggestion re: setting a manual DNS as this tends to help by allowing the webservices where fail the normal steps.

If you were able to send your printer work ePrint of any e-mail domain other than the one you use at work, read on.  Click here to see an HP ePrint article that focuses on the various factors that can contribute jobs ePrint not printing not.  Note that some areas of corporate email may become incompatible with ePrint due to the presence of a digital signature in the outgoing message template.  EPrint jobs you send work meet these criteria?

Please let me know the result of your troubleshooting by responding to this post.  Thanks again for reaching out in the Forums - we are always happy to help you.  If I helped you to solve the problem and that you liked this post, feel free to give me virtual accessories by clicking on the 'Thumbs Up' icon below.

My printer HP Officejet 6100 has recently lost its eprint connection and would not reconnect.  I asked for help and told

try to use an IP address manually.  I tried this according to the instructions provided to me for the manual IP address, subnet mask and so on.  I selected apply.

The restarted printer and now the printer cannot be found or will not connect to my

I tried to power on the printer, the modem and the router so that it would reset but the printer would not still find or connect to the wireless network.  The little blue light on the printer for wireless connection just continues to blink.

Because it connects to the wireless network I can not go back in the server web part to cancel the IP address manually and other changes.
