To connect the printer to the web, I use lan. I wanted to turn on web services, so I enabled. Networking and Web services problems like that can be very fickle. I can't think of any other measure to try other than what I suggested.

    He there had some problems of coding in the HP ePrint Center site, however the problem was solved earlier.

    I believe that the error of coding can still affect your experience as the site loaded from the browser cache, which basically still remember these errors.

    I have a P1102W which worked very well up to what it wasn't wireless.  I use an AT & T Uverse 2Wire router and Windows Vista.  I have not changed anything, and one day the network would not recognize the wireless printer.  I've turned off (unplugged) everything and turned on the back without success. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the printer and have just received a message that the network could not connect to the printer.  The printer works when it is connected with a cable, but the blue wireless light just blinks and then turns off - indicating that there are no wireless signal.  All other devices and wireless printers on this network work very well.  HP support was no help, because the warranty had expired 2 DAYS ago!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Follow the steps below.

    1 uninstall the printer to the computer using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.

    First of all, you have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or is a surge protector or power bar? Even if you have used a surge protector/power bar this whole time and you feel that this is not the case, please connect to a wall outlet so that we can eliminate the source of energy as the primary cause.     I understand that you are unable to claim your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw in your account ePrint Center due to a connection problem.  I would like to help.

    I don't see this particular error with password resets from time to time.  I have a workaround that can clear up this place for you:

    • Click here.  This will bring you to <www.snapfish.com >.  As the Snapfish site is linked directly with ePrint Center and HP connected, you can try to reset your password as follows - click the connection icon and then "forgot your password":

    • Enter the e-mail address that you use to connect to the ePrint Center and click on submit.
    • You should receive a message of automatic reset of password by email - the reset as expected before and then try to use this new password to Snapfish to connect downtown ePrint.
    • If this does not solve your problem of access ePrint Center, please call our Cloud Services to 855-785-2777. If you do not live in the United States / Canada region, please click the link below to get help from your region number.
