error 1119 VideoEvent - flash cs5.5

I have error 1119 when I try to add a listener (all video events)

code:

Fl.video import. *;

display.autoPlay = false;

Display.source = "video/olivia_intro.f4v";

function readyHandler(event:VideoEvent):void

{

Pause until the video can play until the end

Display.pause ();

display.playWhenEnoughDownloaded ();

}

display.addEventListener (VideoEvent.READY, readyHandler);

Stop();

The video works if

display.addEventListener (VideoEvent.READY, readyHandler);

is commented and display.play (); is added.

the display is an instance of FLVplayback or FLVplayback 2.5

any help?

I had trouble with it and then relaied you must be implied with the event. E.G.:

Import fl.video.FLVPlayback;

Import fl.video.VideoEvent;

player.autoRewind = true;

player.autoPlay = true;

loop function (event:fl.video. ) VideoEvent): void

{

Player.Play ();

}

player.addEventListener (fl.video. VideoEvent.AUTO_REWOUND, loop);

-----------------------------------------

You see, I've added fl.video before VideoEvent and this corrected the problem. I hope this helps.

  • Error 1119 MediaEvent.SELECT CameraRoll in Flash CS5.5

    Hi, I have been struggling with this during a few days and have looked everywhere for a solution but have not been able to fix it. If someone can give me ideas or suggestions to help solve this problem I'll be eternaly grateful.

    I made a simple application in Flash CS5.5 and he published with AIR for iOS. I'm trying to get a picture of the iPhone cameraRoll to load to a scrollPane on the stage by using this code (I don't need to save the image anywhere, just post it on the deer). ScrollPane is called 'imageArea' and the button to launch the cameraRoll.browseForImage (); is called select_btn.

    I tried that as well in the main scenario on frame 1 and also as a class of his own, anyway, I get the same error:

    1119: access possibly undefined property to SELECT a reference of type static Class

    that points to this line:

    mediaSource.addEventListener (MediaEvent.SELECT, imageSelected);

    and

    1119: access to data of property may not set via a reference static type media event

    that points to this line:

    var imagePromise:MediaPromise = event.data;

    Here is the code that is placed on the timeline, I found online here http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/891997?decorator=print & displayFullThread = true

    [AS]

    import flash.media.CameraRoll;

    import flash.media.MediaPromise;

    import flash.media.MediaType;

    import flash.events.MediaEvent;

    import flash.events.Event;

    import flash.display.Loader;

    import flash.display.Sprite;

    import flash.events.IOErrorEvent;

    import flash.display.StageAlign;

    import flash.display.StageScaleMode;

    var mediaSource:CameraRoll = new CameraRoll();

    select_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, CameraStart);

    function CameraStart(event:MouseEvent): void

    {

    CameraRollTest();

    }

    function CameraRollTest()

    mediaSource.addEventListener (MediaEvent.SELECT, imageSelected);

    mediaSource.addEventListener (Event.CANCEL, browseCanceled);

    mediaSource.browseForImage ();

    imageLoader.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener (Event.COMPLETE, imageLoaded);

    imageLoader.contentLoaderInfo.addEventListener (IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, imageLoadFailed);

    imageLoader.loadFilePromise (imagePromise);

    } else {}

    Log (' media synchronous promise. ");

    imageLoader.loadFilePromise (imagePromise);

    imageArea.addChild (chargeurImage);

    }

    }

    function browseCanceled (event: Event): void

    {

    Log ("Image Browse cancelled.");

    }

    function imageLoaded (event: Event): void

    {

    Log ('loaded asynchronously Image.");

    imageArea.addChild (chargeurImage);

    }

    {

    Log ("Load Image failed.");

    }

    The function log (text: String): void

    {

    trace (text);

    }

    [/ ACE]

    My only idea is that I need to import the mediaEvent class, but I'm already. I'm completely stuck on this and any help would be really appreciated.

    Move the .fla file to a new folder removed this problem.

  • UIScrollBar.scrollTarget = TLFTextField Gets the compiler error in Flash CS5

    Hello

    I would like to add a scroll bar to a TLFTextField, I know that this should be possible because in documentation official scrollTarget is DisplayObject.

    When I try to Flash CS5 gets compiler error telling me that scrollTarget accepts standard TextField.

    Code:

    var txt:TLFTextField = new TLFTextField();

    var scrollBar:UIScrollBar = new UIScrollBar();

    scrollBar.scrollTarget = txt; error

    Thank you very much

    F.

    I'm sorry but when I do what you suggest, I'm in this line of code... more if I notice that the compilation line goes well.

    I know it's really weird for me too.

    In any case, I'll check... Thank you very much for your support.

    EDIT: SOLVED

    the flash file was done using Flash CS4 and the UIScrollBar referenced from the library was probably a UiScrollBar CS4 because if I replace it with a new window / components / UIScrollBar all works fine!

    Hi All-

    I have a few applications that I created using Flash CS5 and adobe Air 2.5. Applications work fine in flash, but when I try to run on the Simulator I get an icon of 'thinking '... (5 points that scroll on the screen as if the PlayBook (Simulator) is stuck thinking)

    Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

    nothing not (no pun intended hah) strikes me as being wrong. The magic.bar is in tiny vs the rest, but I don't think it would affect anything. also all the xml code under the original XML code you posted im assuming that was a copy and paste error? You seem to have all of the required fields you need for file descriptor.

    Hello. I have a big problem. I have Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator CS4 and Flash CS5 programs. I bought the programs a few years ago and used on my Mac with version 10.6.8. Now, I have a MacBook with the latest version 10.11. I wanted to copy the programs on my MacBook to work also on this computer. I copied the folder with the programs 'Programs' and the folder of the "Library / Application Support / Adobe" on my USB key and pulled on the MacBook in the program folder and the folder of Adobe. Then I restarted the computer. When I wanted to start a program, I got with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash, the error 6 error message. For Indesign: "Adobe ID missing required files please reinstall missing file / Library / Application Support / Adobe / support /... / ROMAN." Can someone help me please? Thank you very much.

    Avoid copying files from one computer to the other. It won't work. You run out of hidden files scattered around the hard drive and interrupt the licensing mechanism.

    Uninstall, run the cleanup tool.

    Adobe - Adobe CS5 clean tool

    Reinstall from scratch and enter your serial number.

  • Unable to select audio to import in Flash CS5

    Hello

    I work the Flash CS5 app on my Mac OS x 10.6.8. I worked on a cartoon recently and trying to import some audio to my library, but I can't even choose a file (of any type; .wathever .mp3 .wav). I already reinstalled Flash, quicktime was updated and searched all over the web for a possible answer. Help, please.

    Thanks in advance,

    Gene

    You can't see any audio file when you try to import into your library?

    If so, when you click file > import > import in the library, check near the lower right of the import in the library panel to see that "all files" in the drop-down list.

    or if you see an error after selecting audio files?

  • Receive error 1119/1120, new CS4 professional CC versions

    Hi all, I made a flash site for a friend so at the College using CS4, now she wants some updates, so I opened the original file in flash professional CC. AND NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK MORE.

    I get errors 1119 and 1120. I don't know how to fix because I know not much at the time and never catch up with the program.

    Here is my code:

    btshoemovie.onRelease = function () {}

    gotoAndPlay ("shoes")

    }

    Flash tells me error through simplebutton 1119 and mentioned that I have no idea with.

    I also have a preload bar by using code like the following:

    this.onEnterFrame = function() {}

    size of the file = mcnun.getBytesTotal ();

    load = mcnun.getBytesLoaded ();

    PreLoad._visible = true;

    If (load! = filesize) {}

    PreLoad._xscale = 100 * load/size of the file.

    } else {}

    PreLoad._visible = false;

    If (mcnun._alpha < 100) {}

    mcnun._alpha += 10;

    }

    }

    };

    And now it's 1120 errors saying responsible property undefied and file size.

    I know very little of Flash and I just want to help a friend in the photo to load its galleries on its site. Please explain as simple as possible. Thank you all very very close!

    you are using as2 with as3 compiler code.

    to remedy this, click file > publishing settings > script > selection actionscript 2.0 > ok to change the compiler to as3 to as2.

  • Help: flash CS5 to crash and corrupt .fla

    I'm having a hell of a problem and could use really help someone who has a good idea.

    I work in flash CS5 on windows 7 64.

    Also, I am currently running on the crash to save the trouble.  The latest version of my .fla damaged about four days, which is something that I got into the habit of (had the wonderful error "unexpected file format").  So I went to my backup file - same question.  I had to go back 12 backup versions to find one that would work (even my backups on external when drives copied the disk local or open from the outside would give this error.  They did NOT give this error a week ago).  But this version of the backup hangs now on save, save money, or if I try to create a new .fla, while safeguarding .fla is open, it crashes.  If I try to open any other .fla, while the .fla of backup is open, flash crashes.  Sometimes is is inadmissible and must be closed. Sometimes it of simply there, does nothing, SAID he will run, but will not respond to clicks, minimizing the window, or nothing at all and I have to force quit.  Sometimes, it will break just by clicking on a library item.

    I tried the following recommended hotfixes:

    Save the file in a new directory - on the rare chance that flash don't crash on save (about 1 to 10) and is not corrupt and do a new .fla which is 2 k in size (about 1 to 4), the new .fla has all the same problems of the original.

    change using variable - no JAVA environment

    Increase the value for xmx jvm.ini - 124 tried. 256, 512, no help

    Open the zip and xml active library directly, removing them until you find a file corrupted access.  three times.  to three different versions of the FLA in the backup files.  Flash still crashes.

    Save the money. XFL in - on the rare chance that flash crashes on save, the. XFL to is corrupted (2 k file size, no library and for some reason, a black square for an icon) about 3 to 4 times.  The 4th time, the file does not work better than any other .fla

    to update flash player - no help.

    update of plugins for all browsers and versions - no help debug

    flash CS5 upgrade to the latest version - no help

    Download and install all the updates of windows - no help

    Remove preferences and config files - no help

    The ONLY way I can avoid Flash crashing is to return to a backup version of more than two months ago.  This version will open, save correctly and debug correctly without error.

    I tried and failed at every suggested difficulty, I found online or on these forums for this set of problems that I currently have.  I have three weeks of the end of the project, and there is no way I can go back two months into the production schedule.

    of course, I can't afford to lose two months of work.  If someone has an idea of what might be the case, I'd be exstatic - I'm really at the end of my rope here.  After four days of searching for help and corrections online and on these forums and talk with adobe to support on the phone ("we do not manage the coding issues" is the only answer I get.  Gee, thanks for the help), none of the fixes which have been recommended to have worked me.

    I think that the amount of time you have already invested in this subscription a reinstall full of the flash itself. If no other application (say, photoshop, etc.) only has problems with the opening of the files (if you don't have one, make one), then something has been corrupted Flash.

    You are working on a Creative Suite or you just Flash as a separate product? Anyway I honestly get rid of this copy of Flash (uninstall) and reinstall. Clearly, something is very corrupt in it. Flash CS5 would never behave like that and you have a LOT of enough RAM. You don't need to adjust all the variables in java or all all ini files.

    Consider reinstalling Flash and see if the problems just go away. I can tell you that rare are the people in your boat.

    The problem I have is that, in the bugList_changeHandler, I get the error:

  • Flash CS5 could not load stage in memory. Your document may be damaged.

    Hi all!

    Just bought the new Flash CS5 and was eager to start my first paper. I opened a new document registered on start and then configure my basic page with only an imported graphic. Click on save and received an error message: could not load stage in memory. Your document may be damaged. When I closed and reopened the document this same error appears twice in my menu "output".

    I noticed people with many of the simular issues and don't know where to start find an answer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Biddler1

    It's just import a graphic into your file and save the file? Since you have not done much with the file, I just would say about this one, delete it and start over. But, is - this happen every time? Try different things before you save the file, as instead of importing a graphic, draw shapes of basic with the drawing tools, and save the file.

    If the problem persists, rather strange, it's either a problem installing, or your computer may not be responding the minimum requirements to run Flash.

  • Prroblems export. Flash CS5 MOV files

    I can't export my animations created in Flash CS5 (Macromedia flash 5 or CS3) to MOV files. I'm having these issues on different platforms (mac and pc) and operating systems (XP and win 7)-I get that error and error messages memory, even on the computer the fastest I have with 4gig of RAM works on a Flash of 2 mg file.

    I want to just convert my Flash files into a format that can play on Youtube and standard DVD players. Also I tried several converters (flash video) - not all free (Moyea, Roxio, iWisoft, Winfx Video Converter, Amor, E.M. Magic, etc, etc)-nothing works. The main problems are either the sound is not synchronized, playback is choppy and the quality is terrible.

    I think my only hope to get a good video starts with a good. Exported from Flash MOV file. I know that the program is supposed to do.
    Any help much appreciated.

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/Flash/CS/using/WSBC0687D4-42A6-445D-B5FF-8032C7D3A8FF.html#WS6 A15AAE2-C176-4161-BAB6-FB082F63B65Ba

    SOLUTION to choppy/laggy video.  I'm tired of it and it works. some changes outside of Flash Pro is required.

    Play the animation in Flash Pro (in the main screen, press enter). During playback, watching the loacted framerate below the timeline.  You will see that there are not constant.  Slots with more scripts/symbols will slow the fps, and the animation appears restless.  These points will also be restless in the Mov (coincidence? hmm...).

    The export in Flash Pro transcribe * frameworks *, rather he plays the Flash movie and saves it as a camcorder.  These moments of slowdown stirred in the Mov are not the result of Quicktime video playback, they are integrated into the film itself (you can see in picture-jumping through the first video).

    SOLUTION TO THE RESTLESS MOV FORMAT:

    • Either:-understand the slower that cadence lights during playback from the timeline OR

    -play it safe and just choose a ridiculously low fps (I chose 5)

    • Export the movie at this pace (set both the chronology and the export of 5 dialog box)
    • You will find yourself with a video image with very slow, but the point is that it will be same.  Slow Flash gives enough time between the images to load symbols and deal with scripts, without making a specific frame slower than others.
    • Import it in Premiere/Final Cut and accelerate up to the correct speed.  It is now smooth and uniform.
    • Copy the original audio in the first
    • Export the Filmstrip

    Hello world

    I just buy Flash CS5 to clean computer. I have CS4 on the computer at work. Unfortunately, I get an error when I tried to open a CS5 project in the CS4 at work. My boss does not purchase of CS5. Is it really so that you cannot open a CS5 CS4 project or is it possible to adjust a project in the two systems.

    Greetings,

    Mila

    In CS5, you can save a file CS5 as a CS4 file.  This will be your only optin to put a file can be used on both machines.
