Error 3241 when viewing online video streaming

Hello

I've been watching content catchup TV MTV3 Katsomo, in Finland. I think they use Silverlight. Recently I get the error 3241, but I have no idea what that means or how to fix it. I've recently updated for IE9, but the problem also exists with Firefox and Chrome.

I hope you can help,

BR
David Graham

  • Error message when I play videos?

When I go to play a video I get an Adobe Flash Player error message (Error # 2044 unmanaged by the IO error and the Error #2032 = text: stream error).  I don't know what's the problem with him.  It does on each video.  It still gives me the ability to click "dismiss all" or "continue".  So the video will still play, it's just embarrassing that this error message keeps popping up all the time.  Is anyway to fix this?

I've updated to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player and that did not help.  My browser is Internet Explorer 8, and my OS is Windows XP.

    Thank you

OK, that's the problem.  You have the debug version of Flash Player installed for Internet Explorer and you should use the "release" version

Go to the control panel to uninstall Windows and uninstall the version of Flash Player 11 Active X.  Once uninstalled, download and install this version instead:

    Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry passport when viewing a video on Facebook or Youtube, speakers stops playing suddenly

    Hello

Hope someone can help me with this... Just got a new Blackberry passport a week ago, coming from an iphone 4 s. I have play videos on Facebook and Youtube and after a few seconds/minutes a VERY STRONG high pitch sound (more like a whistling noise) suddenly burst speakers, then slowly his is dimishing and after a few seconds, no more sounds of Blackberry coming out of speakers. The music plays, but no sound, even for the videos and key tone. I need to reboot my bb for my speakers to work again. What happens here?

Thanks for you help in advance!

    Frank

@frankviolette506 you play the in the browser? or in the apps?

It shouldn't make a difference, but it might help to determine where the problem is.

My Passport works perfectly for videos on OS 10.3.1.1581.

    Some things you can try:

    (1) I wish to usse BBVE, which comes with your device. Launch the tool, select the Center button, which will give you a list of tests and run the audio tests. He will perform a few tests that allow you to test the speakers, etc.

If one of them fails, I would first reload the OS using the software Link. Then rerun the tests. If they still fail I guess a hardware problem, I hope still under warranty.

Tried to update, but it says no new updates available.

Any help you can give is appreciated.

    Hey,.

Try setting Windows Media Player as the default player for playback of streaming online videos.

    a. Click Start and then type inetcpl.cpl in the search option starting then press ENTER to open the Internet Options window.

    b. click on programs, then on setting programs.

    c. click on change the AutoPlay settings in the window that opens. You will be presented with a list of programs to select when you open media in Internet Explorer. To change your Media Player for videos, for example, click the select bar to the right of the video files and you will be able to select which player you want to play all the videos that you open in Internet Explorer. You can do the same thing for audio files, images, etc.

    d. click on save when you are finished. Close Internet Explorer and start it again. Your new media player settings should now be implemented.

Note: You can choose any other program media player that is installed to make sure that the changes are applied.

  • 2 bugs in Viewer?  1. cover is missing 2. online video let iOS visible beam

Just noticed 2 bugs while you look at my last folio via the content viewer.  First of all:

    Using the Viewer 2.9.0

    Folio Builder Viewer Version: 23

When I was on the last page of my folio, I typed the title twice to reset all pages to the top of each article, then typed again to return to the cover.  Arriving on the cover there was nothing... just a gray and white page.  I couldn't get it back no matter what I tried.  Finally, I had to archive and download the folio.

Then I noticed in this last Viewer, when you develop an online video when the video is done and you return to the page, the news top iOS bar (signal strength, time, battery life) remains on the screen - blocking of the upper part of the folio!

I did read on one of these issues yet so thought I would post.

The DPS team is aware of the issue of online video you mentioned. There should be a difficulty to v25 (tentatively scheduled for early February).

There is a page that shows the bug fixes and ongoing critical bugs that require a fix, but it does not provide a complete list of bugs.

    > Obviously the only advice that could give me the world pc tech guys would find the computer, but I m wondering if it was a common fault on these laptops.

Common fault? You can't be serious.
I have the 10Y A210. It s preinstalled with Vista and XP. I watch movies (DVD and internet streaming) also I play videos of youtube, and to be honest I didn t notice any similar behavior cell phone like yours.

I think that the technician is right; It seems that your OS is confused who knows why?  :| In most cases, the file system and the registry might be corrupted.
Therefore, in my opinion, you should try to reinstall the OS using the Toshiba Recovery DVD to check if the laptop would go without problem after reinstalling the operating system.

In most cases, it's a good solution!

    Please check this!
