Get below error while upgrading the form user Sysadmin console after creating a UDF.

This problem can be caused by one of the following reasons.

  1. Disk space is full
  2. If autoextend is not defined at the datafile and data being full files 'ON '.

Run the following command to check whether autoextend 'ON' or not

select file_name,autoextensible from dba_data_files where TABLESPACE_NAME='DEV_MDS'

Run the following command to check the free space available in the data files.

select bytes,file_id, block_id from dba_free_space where tablespace_name='DEV_MDS'

Put 'ON' CANGROW at the level of the data file

If there is more than one data file for the tablespace, run the following command for each data file.

alter database datafile '/oracle/oradata/oimdb/DEV_MDS.dbf' autoextend on maxsize unlimited ;

If there isn't that one for the tablespace data file run the following

ALTER TABLESPACE 'DEV_MDS' AUTOEXTEND ON;

Being reluctant to try to re-enter an address book with more than 1,000 entries, I saved the book and replaced by a backup copy of a computer when I heard the e-mail function worked as desired. I had the same problem.
    I tried to export the book to save what I could at least and ran into problems, I discovered since came from trying to export "all address books.
    Then, I opened a copy of AB. File MAB in Quattro Pro, where I noted PS split the description section of the list of mail problem in separate cells, from commas in this description. I went back to the address book, removed commas from the description, and my group e-mail went out as gently as might be desired.
    I would note that commas have been this likely description for 15 years or more and only now has caused a problem. I guess that's due to some changes in Thunderbird was last updated. Would be nice if we got warnings about this kind of change.
    Answer to my problem: remove the commas from the description in the properties of the list.

    I'm glad to hear that your problem has been resolved. I noticed that you have chosen your own answer as the solution, you can select the answer that solved the problem. This will help other users with similar problems more easily find the solution.

    It looks like this bug. If you have a Bugzilla account, it would be useful to vote for this issue.

    It seems that lists with a description that includes several words have this problem. The bug report suggests to replace whites "" between the words in the descriptions of these lists with an underscore "_".

    If you don't want to change your descriptions, the other workaround provided still works.

  • Error in name of user/password incorrect when you copy files or from folders

    Our company uses a Mac Mini (with OS X Yosemite) and application server to share our internal files. We've had this set-up for year now with everything works well. As of late, however, we are more able to copy files or folders which are in all shared folders. Basically, when we try to copy any file or folder that is located in one of our share points, we get the error "Unable to connect to the server because the name or password is incorrect". This error occurs for each user account, including my own, that has been specified as an administrator account. We are able to add files and folders (e.g.: copy from our local computers to folders) as well as rename the files and folders that are located in shared folders. We can also create files without any errors, so I'm fairly certain it's not a permissions issue. In addition, I tried deleting completely all files and recreate their but not always the same error. I also tried to create new user accounts (accounts directory Local as the Local network directory) and the problem persists when you are connected to the server using these new accounts. I just don't know what else to do as this seems to be a software problem. Any ideas?

    OK, a little update. We have a mac (iMac) client computer that still works under OS X Yosemite. The user on this computer is able to copy files and folders without receiving this error. This same user has also a Macbook that runs El Capitan. Using the same network login for access to the server of their Macbook results in the same error message. All users who receive this error also run El Capitan on their Macs. With this latest development, I'm pretty much able to conclude that this error is the result of El Captain customers access to a shared folder on a server of Yosemite. What is curious is that I did not always have this error since the upgrade to El Capitan. I am sure that this problem came only in the last month or so leading me to conclude that either update to El Capitan (on the computers of our customers) or an update to Yosemite or the Server app) on the computer server has created this error. The issue is upgrading of the computer server to El Capitan solve this problem or am I in for a whole new can or worms?

    So here's my story... Today I decided to do a factory restore my world since I had seen some lag and thought that because I download as much just applications test and then uninstall them some 'basket' must have slept on my phone, causing my system to lag... I have provided zero factory, and everything was going well until the moment where I had to connect my motoblur account. When I logged on facebook, I noticed that instead of the Nice welcome message were characteristic of fb motoblur it just went to a cache of page that explains just read success!, I went and clicked done and then the same thing happened to twitter, but I thought everything was fine... I went and installed a few applications on the market, the top of the screens and other things and when I added my Social status widget I noticed it says to add a SOCIAL NETWORK (as if I had not added a network already)... I clicked on accounts and went on the facebook account, I had already logged in and noticed that the username is blank and the password used *... I clicked on save and got a message saying: ERROR ADD ACCOUNT. USER name SHOULD NOT BE EMPTY... same with my Twitter... and I can't sign in to any service motoblur...

    need help here since I use motoblur much... should I factory reset again?

    Go to Safe Mode with networking

    Here's how to get safe mode:

    Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly tab key F8 until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Mode safe mode with networking

    You can log into your own account in safe mode?
    If so, you remember the date when you did NOT have this problem?
    If so, this date no more than 10 to 15 days ago?
    If so, again, please do a restore of the system in safe mode.

    How to restore the system:
    Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
    To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

    Once completed, restart your machine and see if you can log in to your account in NORMAL mode.

    After creating the profile, you can copy the files from the existing profile. You must have at least three user accounts on the computer to perform these operations, including the new account that you created.

  • Error login as new user - no entry in the registry key "ProfileList.

    I have Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1. I have several user accounts and have never had any problem creating new accounts before.

    However, I just created a new account, and when I try to log in using this new account I get the error:

    "The service user profile Service has no logon.

    A google search showed that he is a well-known and well-documented problem, so I started following the steps of KB947215. But I discovered that there is, in fact, no entry in the ProfileList registry key for this user. There are entries for all users, but not for new users I create. I can't find any other reference to this particular problem - everything I found online assumes that there is a faulty registry key that can be fixed and does not address the possibility that there is no registry key at all.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Even if your suggestions do not solve the problem, they provided me with the key to solve it myself - so thank you.

    Once I realized that it wasn't only the ProfileList registry key that was missing, but the profile itself, I could find that thread. Following the advice in this thread, I realized the following actions, which have solved the problem:

    • Log on as an administrator
    • C:\Users\Default right-click, then select Properties
    • On the Security tab, click Advanced
    • On the owner tab, click on edit, select the Admin user, select 'Replace the owner of subcontainers and objects' and apply
    • On the permissions tab, change permissions, select all the permissions of the current user, select 'Replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable this object', then apply

    (I did it in safe mode, because it was suggested on the other thread that might help... Although I don't think that it really made a difference in the end.)

    After these steps, everything seems to work fine once more. So it seems that something has updated some of the permissions in C:\Users\Default, and this is the cause of the problem.

    While the connectivity of sqlplus had tested OK from a client, PeopleSoft Signon pside.exe two levels on the same client Windows resulted in Invalid User ID and password for the access code.

    The psaccessprfl table had been updated with the connection of data validated by using a platform application server dms shell script.

    The area has been configured using the application server platform psadmin.  UserId, UserPswd, ConnectID and ConnectPswd had been entered and verified.  Passwords have been encrypted by the suite.

    The psoprdefn table showed correct SYMBOLICID uppercase and ACCTLOCK is zero on behalf of PXXXXX.

    The psaccessprfl table showed too correct SYMBOLICID.

    The psdbowner table showed the DBNAME and OWNERID both uppercase.

    The values encrypted in the database matched other environments on the same server platform.

    Why app server not sign to the Oracle database?

    Using the pscfg.exe, Manager of the Windows client configuration utility, I selected the 5 first checkboxes dialog SQL Trace on the left side of the tab of the Trace, I entered the name and location of the trace people tools to create and store the output of client sessions on the same tab.  Then tried another connection to the database, using the pside.exe utility.  The text resulting in the newly created text file showed the last executed statement was a select on the table psdbowner.  I removed my trace entries using pscfg.exe to stop tracing.

    Using the information provided by the last executed statement, I ran a request and discovered that the length (dbname) for the value of the column in the psdbowner table was one character longer than the expected value.

    After update the column value by removing the end interval, the utility psadmin on the server worked without error.
