error code 2147221164 ("unregistered class")
And maybe go out on my branch here, but are you sure that you have all of the ActiveX components that are used in your LabVIEW program that is installed as a 64-bit ActiveX controls, and they use the same name to register as their 32-bit counterparts?
Usually when you switch to 64-bit please make sure that all components are 64-bit too. Mixing and matching of 32-bit and 64-bit are not really an option in most cases.

You can try to run the System File Checker, it will analyze the system-protected files and replace the incorrect versions with correct versions of the files Microsoft.
Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click all programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

Satellite Pro A210 DVD Drive not working no-error code 39
Hi all
My Satellite Pro A210 dvd player does not load.
When I looked inside, he showed an error code 39.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn't work.Any ideas?
Hello
To my knowledge, the 39 error message appears if the CD/DVD drive is not visible in my computer.
You can try this workaround:
Go to Device Manager and remove the drive CD/DVD from the list of devices.
Then go to the registry (regedit) and remove upper and lower key filters:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\ Control\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Then restart the device and test again
I think this should help! -

This code indicates the drivers are missing or damaged.Tried the drivers on Matsu * a Panasonic site - that refer you to the OEM Toshiba.
Cannot find drivers anywhere on the Toshiba site or the forum search.
Grateful for any help.
This;
Remove the drive from the Device Manager CD/DVD and restart the laptop.
Then access the registry and delete the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters completely from the following registry key values:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}Restart again

Satellite L855, disk Blu - ray "error Code-19".
Hello world
I have a Toshiba Satellite L855 - 14 p PSKFWE-00U00MTE with Windows 8.1 6.3.966.
After updating my Windows OS 8.1 the blu - ray disc drive has stopped working (error Code-19).All windows and Toshiba Service Station 6.4.4 are up-to-date (except the file 'The Toshiba Video Player' won't not very far, I installed several times).
kindly waiting for support.
p.s.: I surfed online and came across the "upper filter registry values" (here's the link). With the help of regeditor.exe I just erased the "upper filter value" (from Hkeylocal machine\systems\currentcontrolset\class). Has nothing else.
(http://blogs.msdn.com/b/usbcoreblog/...r-code-19.aspx)Error code 19 means that the configuration in the registry information is incomplete or damaged
Check if this work around fix it:-Go to Device Manager, where you can see ODD list. Click on uninstall and click Scan for hardware changes to load a usable driver.
-Then follow the procedure laid down in Article ID 929461 on the Microsoft Web site - http://smallbusiness.support.microso...n-us/kb/314060But I wonder why this problem appeared after the 8.1 Win update... I hope you followed the instructions step by step upgrade Win Toshiba 8.1:

Hi all
I'm using labview 13.0 and I am trying to save my project in a different location using the "Save as-> double .lvproj file and content" with all the dependencies. I select a location on my computer and it starts to run. Once he traveled a few files, I get the following error:
LabVIEW: File generic i/o Error
Unable to save the class "setMaximumHeaterPowerMessage.lvclass".
LabVIEW save 44 error code: cannot move temporary files to destination.
I press OK and it asks me to choose a "backup of"setMaximumHeaterPowerMessage.lvclass"emergency Destination, I do that and then get:
LabVIEW: File generic i/o Error
Unable to save the class "setMaximumHeaterPowerMessage.lvclass".
I press OK and stop the saving process.
Googling the problem only led to a few articles talking about virtualbox, which I am not using. I have enough space on my hard drive.
Anyone know what is causing this problem and how can I solve this problem?
Thanks in advance
Believe it or not, but it was because the path of some files names are too long

XP - error Code: 80040154 (cannot install updates)
All started with Windows Update. It has not been updated. Not automatically, or manually. He repeated:
The files required to use Microsoft Update are longer registered or installed on your computer. To continue:
Register or reinstall the files for me now(recommended)
Let me read it on other measures that may be required to solve the problemI chose the recommended option, it showed, it has been downloaded files, then save, then he returned to the foregoing. I left alone.
Next Windows Defender would not be updated and gave me the error code 80040154, I uninstalled it. Tried to scan the laptop using Windows Live One Care Web Site. From the beginning of the download, it stopped and gave error code 80040154, I installed Windows Security Essentials, when it finished installing he tried to update and gave error Code 80040154. Finally, I timed it trying to update Windows from the update site, check the update log and you guessed it. IT FAILED DUE TO THE ERROR 80040154.
Recently, I tried to reinstall Windows Live Messenger and I can't connect because of why? WHY? 80040154 ERROR CODE!
WHAT IS THIS ERROR? HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

error code 39 cannot load the device driver, cannot load microsoft kernel drm adio Descrambler
I have no sound, no audio output device installed is the message on the speaker icon.
Open the Device Manager, I get the error code as indicated in the title. My audio is Realtek ALC888 HD audioDear anyone, I had the same problem. One day, my sound card / audio just stopped. X red on the sound icon. My CD/DVD worked fine but no sound. I uninstalled the sound card, updated drivers... everything I could find... nothing worked. I run only Vista 32 bit with a Realtek AC 97 integrated sound. Looked on the forums and read and I tried for weeks hoping to not have to reformat. Finally, I got in the registry and lucky. Here's what I did: Device Manager: uninstalled all the sound stuff. I kept getting this: Microsoft Kernel DRM Audio Descramber Microsoft Streaming Clock Proxy Microsoft responsible for quality Proxy Microsoft Service Proxy Microsoft Tee/receiver-to-Sink Converter Realteck AC 97 I uninstalled all that sort of thing. Then to regedit and see below Regedit navigate to: HKeyLocalMachine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class {4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} ON RITE PANE... I deleted: for FILTERS LOW Dword value (Mine was something that read like LVUSB or some such), I restarted and did not leave Windows Installer automatically... don't leave... it will give you everything _ mentioned above. I reinstalled my sound of a pack of Realtek for Vista. Lo and behold... sound is back. Vista still hate the pilot but did before cuz Vista sucks... but it works like any other so... screw it! I am happy. Hope this works for you. chatilingus

0x800F0826 error code when you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1
I bought Adobe Creative Suite CS4, so the installer tells me that I am in need of Vista Service Pack 1 to continue to install the programs. So, naturally, I go online and try to find the Service Pack 1. Mind you, I was never even offered the service pack via Windows Update... I wasn't even aware that they came out with ALL the service packs for Windows Vista. I am running Home Premium, by the way.
So find a download of the Service Pack and it ends after about an hour and a half. I'm going to install the service pack, and everything seems to go well until a few hours later when I get back to my computer and I have a message waiting on my office saying that the installation has failed. I studied the error code I received online (0x800F0826), and I noticed that a lot of people said it had to do with the updates that had already failed to install on Windows Update. Well, a lot of commentators on the issue suggested looking in Windows Update history and are looking for any updates. Well, it turns out that I have TONS that had failed in the past. I read that the updates that had a different other than 0x800F0826 error code were probably the cause of the problem. Well, they ALL have a different other than 0x800F0826 error code.
What I noticed though, is that all have the error code: 80070057. I was eager to get a glimpse of this problem pretty quickly because I have a class to come within 10 days that requires the use of Adobe CS4 software and I can not install it until I get the service pack work! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you.
Hi notpaul,
If you have not yet resolved this so I will answer your questions regarding upgrade\restore. If you have a bunch of updates failed and are not offered SP1, the faster would be to do a factory restore. Then immediately, run Windows Update until you are offered are no longer updated. Then you can reinstall the programs and data.
If you want to upgrade to Windows 7, so make sure that you perform the custom installation. This option will do a clean install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall your programs and would need to make a backup of all your data before the installation. Here is a link to Windows 7 install information.
