error to load paper in the tray of the printer

Although I have a lot of paper in the tray of the printer, my hp c309g-m all-in-one printer screen tells me to load paper, that is, the clip from the sensor to the rear does not work (the one with the Green Strip of rubbery material about it, I guess.) I removed and put it back on a few times, thinking it was wrong set, but it didn't work.  I cleaned the rollers, etc., too.  I try to use the same types of paper, I used for a year without problem.

I have half of my book printed and don't want to change printers because the quality is not exactly the same thing. so, I would BE ESTATIC IF someone COULD HELP me to SOLVE THIS PRINTER.

Thank you very much

You need to contact HP about whether a repair is possible.  It is a hardware problem, not a software problem, and you can do that in Windows can ignore this error.

    Hey fanblade,.

Thanks for the detailed post describing the problem you are experiencing.  Looks like that paper inside the printer sensors have a problem with the detection of the paper in the tray.  This may be due to rollers be dirty and unable to take the book, settings problem or possibly an electrical problem in the unit.  I recommend the steps in the document below.

    Hello

It works perfectly on my husbands phone, but when I want to print the printer send just a piece of paper in the printer from my phone without any printing on it. Later it is said that the impression was successful...

    What should do? Help, please.

    Hi mhdickow,

Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I see that when you send a print job from your phone to your printer Deskjet 3520 it prints a blank page.

I've included the document ePrint job did you not print .  If that doesn't fix things, please let me know the following information in your next post.

    1. What operating system you use on your phone? Android or Apple and what version.  For Android devices please use document How to check you have Android Version of wikiHow and for Apple devices please use Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod: how to find the version of software paper.
    2. What operating system used by your husband's phone?
    3. Have you sent the print job by sending an e-mail to the printer, use the HP ePrint app, or the HP AiO Remote app?
    4. The printer is connected directly to a wall outlet?

    Thank you.

  • Error code Win32 returned by the print processor: 2147500037. Unspecified error

I see that this error code has been resolved.   I have a few questions on this topic tho.  Loop here, is where the fun begins.  If i see this exact problem in my hosted cloud envorioment.  The printers are installed locally and are drawn on the network when the user logs in the hosted environment. The user connecting to a full desktop, which is a Windows 2008 R2 server server.  They only receive this problem when printing via the cloud. that uses the same printer drivers installed on the local PC.  On-site printing has the success rate of 100%.

Here are the mistakes I see:

Https://rem.exactbid.com/ServiceRequest/SRFsmart/srprintable.as, belonged to craig_REM, document failed to print on printer HP LaserJet P2050 Series PCL6 (from CRAIG) in session 18. Try printing the document again, or restart the print spooler.

Where I am confused, is that I have no driver installed on the server.  they are all drawn in front of the user login local machine solange.  With printing works fine locally.  Uninstalling the drivers will make them any good?  or where should I be looking next?

  • Problem adding network printers; received this message error «Windows cannot connect to the printer or the name of the printer...» »

    Hello

I have a Windows XP pro (Lenovo) that I recently ran the recovery and returned to certain configurations of 1.5 years. Now I can't add a network printer and get always the message error «Windows cannot connect to the printer or the name of the printer...» ». I ping the printer and all on my network can add these printers, it's just that a machine that fails to add network printers.

I disabled the firewall, but were still unable to add the printer. Then I found some difficulties to register for a similar problem, but they were not useful... It really becomes a big headache, especially Windows restore does not work...

I strongly suspect that 1.5 years, someone has renamed the printer.  Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the print server through My Network Places and see what it's callednow .  Otherwise, you could ask your network/system administrator.  You should know... • HP 8600 slow load paper in the tray

    Hello

Last week, I installed a new printer HP Officejet Pro 8600 more in my office (network).  After 3 days of decent work, there was a jam during some heavy work of four-color printing. After you fix the jam, I noticed that loading new sheets of paper in the tray takes much more time it took before the problem of jam: now, it takes about two full minutes to start printing on computer/copy/printing received faxes. There are trial ot noice normal to 'catch a page in the status bar', but the process continues until a leaf is responsible for the plateau. After the loading of one, the page is normally printed (less than 10 seconds). Consecutive pages are charged at the normal rate. Any help?

    Thanks in advance,

    Amiram

Hmmm, Amiram, sounds like your may have a hardware problem. First, click on the link below to make sure you have removed all the debris from the original paper jam. Don't forget to check ink home area on the right side of the unit.

  • Photosmart D7560 do not print envelopes-> load paper into the main tray

My photosmart D7560 h will not print envelopes, after having moved the envelope position for printing, the message "loading the paper in the main tray is displayed.  It prints correctly the data of envelope on a sheet of paper 8.5 x 11.  The Setup is for a #10 envelope.  Envelopes are self-sealing.  I tried to crease the edge better but that did not help.  I tried a non-self seal (who had a top letterhead so I couldn't use it for this shipment) and he worked.  Is it possible to do self seal envelopes work in this printer?

You have the flap folded inside the envelope, so that it does not stick?

  • CP1515n printer says "Loading paper", but the paper already loaded

Printer ran out of paper and displays "Loading paper", so I loaded the paper in tray 2 as usual, but when the drawer is closed, the message has not disappeared. I rebooted, unplugged and rebooted, reloaded the paper, checked for jams, run the diagnostic utility that reported no errors, but I can't get rid of the message and the printer now will print from Tray 1 by feeding manually in individual sheets.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Minskintin

OK, I managed to fix myself luckily.

Just at the back of the paper tray 2 there is a little black tab that drops down when the tray is empty and interacts with a contact at the back of the printer to tell him, it's empty. This tab bit had folded and was not fall in the right place, not more. I carefully folded it back and it works perfectly now.

    Phew!
