When I restart the computer laptop and put in place the first boot to the USB device and save the changes with restarting computer F10 and I expect to read first of all of the USB, but it's, it's like it's completely skip the USB and Windows 10 to start as usual. Do you have advice on this? I tried all the different ports and 3 flash drives, I tried Windows 7 and 8, they work, but it does not work for XP.

  You may not be able to start the XP Installer since the machine is new. Go around it and achieve your plan running XP, you can run it by using a virtual machine like VirtualBox. See this video on how to do in this regard.
