Eurotherm 2404% manual power set point

I'm using the LabView ET24xx driver. It works fine if I want to set and control in automated mode. I'm looking for the ability to create a vi that allows me to switch to manual mode (able to do that) and adjust the set value (can't do it). The set point in Manual Mode is generally the percentage of power. I would like to be able to establish to anything other than 0% or 100%, however when I use the driver it does not appear as a method of manipulation of this. I know I'm missing something, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Tennessee Paul

Thank you, Robert. After a lot of research I found the solution:

Use the VI: ET24XX configure OP key parameters 2. VI

key point in the use of this VI. The power (or control) setting labeled power output target is in tenths. A value of 5 = 50%. A value of 0.5 = 5%. With this VI no value greater than 10 will work. The VI will timeout on the "Write" command, if the value is greater than 10. I don't know why this VI was established in this way. Remove the output target x 10 serving power and wiring of the power output target control directly in the table of generation within the VI allows a more intuitive entry of power, until we realize the value of the power output target is %.

    Hello

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Run the scan tool (SFC) System File Checker and check if it helps.

This problem may occur if a system file is missing or damaged.

You can refer to the method-the System File Checker tool in the following article:

  • Profile of PID Set point

    Hello guys

im working on the project to control the position of the hydraulic cylinder using labview connected with the NI USB 6251 housing. IM using the sensor LVDT (1V = 20 milimeters) as a measuring device.

I have a problem when using profile.vi PID setpoint. I need to define the profile of set point (in milimeters) and then divide by 20 (to be converted to voltage) before entering the profile.vi of PID setpoint. I don't know how to divide that cluster of data types (composed of 2 elements (time and setpoint)) with a constant '20', I want only to divide the element of set point, not to divide the time element. Please see my attached VI... Thank you very much for your help guys...

    (1) go here: http://www.ni.com/example/29756/en/

    (2) download NI MODBUS 1.2.1 and follow the installation instructions carefully

    (3) make sure that the MB initialize Vi with the following parameters is first called in your main VI:

    mode-RTU

    (Default) 19200 baud

    parity - no

    flow control - no

    Timeout-10000

  • Put the data of the set point in a waveform graph

    Hello

In a graph of measure, which is the result of a waveform, I would add data of the set point as well. How can I add this data to set for the chart value?

In a control loop system, the output is controlled by a labview program. I would like to see the point of this system as well as in the graph, these thresholds are changed at random times, so I don't know how to create a waveform of these data. Should I create a waveform of the setpoint, or y at - it another option to show the set value in the chart?

    See you soon,.

    Rolf

That can make it much more difficult.

At one point an array of 1000 points need to be assembled (obviously). How do depends greatly on your structure. Synchronize the time of the two signals can be very difficult. It would be easy if the set value only changed once a cycle of 1000 point.

You may want to read the SP as an analog input, so you get 2 samples of the material here. In this way the two will always be synchronized. But I'm done alleady assumption, like this, the signal is an analog input (and the target value of one analogue output). What equipment do you use?

I think always need you a loop to get data and a loop to set the SP. The two loops will be more parallel execution GLSL and synchroniseent. The trick is to synchronize, or for the deterministic timestamps in two loops. If you can make that happen, you 80% there. You could do loops timed loops (using the same clock). Then you get the timestamps in two loops. The MS loop has the queue changes, pushing the value and time. Then the loop of data can use values and hours to create examples of sp 1000.

  • Having bad to write the set Point to clip MFC

I've already written a Subvi for reading and parsing the output of a scientific MFC of clamp (16 series), which works very well, however, I have some difficulty in sending a set-point in the MFC. I have attached a Subvi test as I write. All of the com parameters are matched to the CMF as well (19200 baud, 8 bits of data, no parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control). After setting the appropriate resources channel, I enter the following in the field of the buffer:

    \r\r\r\r\r\r\r32000\r

which I believe must send the deposit to the MFC, but I am seeing no response. When I entered the same string in the VISA test panel in MAX, it works however. Anyone has an idea on what I'm doing wrong? Please also let me know if there is any additional information I could provide that would be useful. Thank you.

You send the characters '-' and 'r', not a carriage return.

Place the command string buffer writing '-' display of Codes in order to send '-' Codes correctly. It's a simple right click.

  • Sustaining the values of point unchanged after a "set-point and redirect.

I use the instance online on apex.oracle.com

    Property1: < select list >

When Type is changed, a "set-point and redirect" are performed.

The source of Property1 is determined by the value of Type. This means that whenever the Type is changed, the Property1 value could change.

'Name' is not affected. The problem is when I change the 'name' and then change 'Type', the action "Set the value and redirect" returns 'Name' to the value it had when the first load of the page.

The question is: is it possible to ensure that the 'name' retains some value it had just before "the set value and redirect" was carried out?

    Thank you.

  • 3.6 spot healing Lightroom crashes, not showing do not set points

I waited months to update to 3.6 because I finally got Lightroom works fine on my machine. Earlier versions would hang on the spot on the sharp heal tool I have to close it using the Task Manager. The problem comes when I edited a file in an external editor and I'm working on the tif file that was imported into Lightroom. The just spot Healing Brush tool will not work. This continues to happen even when I close Lightroom and return to the file later. This me really bums as it overwrites just my workflow!

I also have a new problem. It could be that I touched something somewhere to cause the following behavior. When I work on an image with the adjustment brush, the set point disappears. It appears so if I want to change the brush settings the point are there not to click on an active brand, so I can adjust the settings again. It started just because I upgraded to 3.6. I think I was using 3.4 before and I've never had this problem.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

There is a bug in Windows that will cause LR to hang when you move the circle 'source' (at least some) JPEG files. It can so happen with TIFF. Lightroom will lock tight for a period of time in seconds to several minutes.

To work around the problem, you can set the processor affinity for Lightroom to use only a single core. Under windows, bring up the Windows Task Manager, go to the process tab, right-click on the process of Lightroom and choose Set Affinity... Disable everything except a processor.

This bug will be fixed in LR 4, of course.

  • Need help with manual XP restore point files to copy

    Hello

I have a Sony VAIO VGC-RB40 with XP SP3 Desktop installed.  I had a module of RAM go bad and it crashed my system.  I pulled the bad RAM and am able to boot into Windows, but there are some things corrupt as I can not drag and drop, IE does not work, some functions of the system are tangled Windows, etc..   More important still, System Restore does not in my current state, so I can't go back to a previous good restore point.  I backed up my important data, but I'm trying to restore my system back again without wiping everything and start again.  Have followed instructions to manually copy the files to restore to a previous good point point to work around this problem, I'm stuck.  An example of instructions I'm following are here: http://www.aitechsolutions.net/winxpnoboot.html

At this point, I have all of the necessary registry hive files from a copied previous good restore point in a temp directory ready to crush the current (bad) registry files, but ran into several problems:

    (1) no XP Recovery Console - I need to start a prompt to copy the files to restore onto they're blocked if you're on Windows, but I do not have RC installed since my XP Sony came pre-installed.  All I have is a recovery disc I made which does not let me do anything except wipe my drive and re - install or fix some applications only.  So I downloaded an iso file from XP RC online and made a boot disk that works very well.  Problem is that it doesn't let me recognize my SATA Western Digital C drive:-I see only H:\Minint available through RC, which does not help me.  My understanding is that I need to have the SATA driver files available to use F6 to load these at startup RC so that it recognizes the C: drive.

    (2) so I tried to find the drivers to copy on a diskette to use F6 to install the necessary files, I need to recognize the drive within the RC, but I had no chance.  My Sony has the driver chipset Intel 915 G/P/GV v. 6.0.0.0.1014 and I went on the Sony website but the download is for an installer automatically installs the original drivers that I don't want to do.  I want just the files so I can copy them to a floppy disk.  I also looked on my hard drive and found a directory of the Intel driver then I copied all the files on a diskette in the hope that he would.  But when I tried F6, it says to a file "txtsetup.oem" that isn't there.  He may miss some INF files as well, I'm not sure.  So basically, I still can't boot from the drive RC and recognize my C: to copy the restore point files.

    (3) I also watched my BIOS to see if I can change a setting to enable the SATA drive being recognized as IDE, by some suggestions, I found online.  Problem is my BIOS settings do not seem to have any compatibility option, at least, I don't see one.  When I choose my WD200JD-98HBC0 drive in the BIOS, the 5 options are: LBA/large Mode, block Mode and PIO Mode, Mode DMA S.M.A.R.T.  The first 2 have only choices Auto / disabled.  PIO mode is Auto/0/1/2/3/4 options that I don't understand.  DMA mode has a lot of options, I do not understand.  So unless there is a setting here allows me to have my C: recognized on startup through the RC disk, I don't know?

    (4) my last idea unless someone can help me understand how to recognize my C: is if I remove the disc from my office and put in a USB enclosure and connect it to my laptop.  Then from there, peux I just manually copy these files over to the windows/system32 folder?  Which is equivalent to boot the system through RC and to do or is there something I'm missing here?  It seems the same to me, as long as I can access those bad registry files and overwrite them with 'good', isn't that do the same thing?

Suggestions of other ways that I can restore my system would be appreciated!  If I can just do an XP repair which would also work, but still I am not sure that my Sony recovery disk allows me to do this?

    Thank you
    Shawn

As I read, what you're asking for basically is a way to start your machine so that you can move the files on it to try to repair.  Instead of using a Recovery Console, try to create a free "Hirens Boot CD"
    Hirens Boot CD: <> http://www.hirensbootcd.org/ >
You can start your machine of this and should be able to move the files.  I am not absolutely certain that it handles the SATA drives, but I could not find a machine yet it wouldn't start and access hard drive.  Choose "Mini Windows XP" on the first screen.  It focuses on the windows in order to run a Chkdsk on your hard disk (recommended) in addition to move the files.

Another alternative is to boot your machine from a free Linux Live CD like Knoppix or Ubuntu.
    Knoppix <> http://www.knoppix.net/ >
    Ubuntu <> http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download >
If you choose Ubuntu, don't forget that it is an installation disc and you * not * to install.  Choose the option "Try Me" instead.  One of these you will start to Linux and to recognize certainly your SATA drive.  This will allow to move the files, but will not perform a repair disk.  Be careful about editing text files as Linux uses an end of line character different than Windows.

  • The power setting when you use HDMI

    Hello.

I use a Y730 with Vista 32 bit.  I play a mpg4 using Quicktime.  My output is my High Def TV on the HDMI output.  I have the audio and video on the TV without any problems.  Computer power settings are updated never stop.

While watching, the screen turns off after 10 or 15 minutes, I love (like 5 minutes or less), then after 2 minutes the computer stops playing the movie as if it is entered in mode 'sleep'.  If I move the mouse between the screen off and the 'sleep', he continues to play.  It's very annoying to do every 10 to 15 minutes.

How can I pay for orders of power/energy to have the monitor off, but the file still to play.

    Thank you

@yigit if you click on the System tab, you can change other settings. These parameters, it must change and set it to NEVER. I suggest to change the plan of 'high performance '.

  • Power setting change the connection speed

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but when I change my setting of symmetric power high performance on my laptop and when I start a stack and not connected to the adapter, I noticed a connection speed much more to my wireless router when I connect to the desktop computer. I'm curious because sometimes it wouldn't connect and join the star thingy and I have to reconnect but when I go to the balance or start on battery, the connection speed is almost instantaneous. I tried to uninstall my wireless driver and let the computer to reinstall the driver itself and it fixed a bit, I could connect automatically, more fast, but still not as fast as the balanced mode. Someone please tell me what to do because the problem is back.

    Hello Charles,

Thanks for posting your question on the forum of the Microsoft community.

I would like to know some information about the problem so that we can help you better.

Have you made any changes to your computer hardware or software?

I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:
Run the network troubleshooting and check.
    Refer to this article:
Using the troubleshooter from network in Windows 7
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-the-network-troubleshooter-in-Windows-7

If this does not help, then use method 2.

    Method 2:
Please use the suggestions provided in this Microsoft support article and check.
    Reference:
Why is my Internet connection so slow?
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/why-Internet-connection-slow#why-Internet-connection-slow=Windows-7

    Important notes:
Reset the Internet Explorer settings can reset security settings or privacy settings that you have added to the list of Trusted Sites. Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings. Reset Internet Explorer is not reversible, and all the previous settings are lost after reset.

The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    I hope this information helps.

Please let us know if you need more help.

    -Book Setup.

    -Tray 1.

    -Type of paper.

-Choose the type of paper you use, for example labels
