Hello
I pay a monthly fee for "Plan of creative photography of Cloud (one year).
I received a bill for it, but when I enter my account is still no active product in my account
I have a warning "expired", but the plan is to 2018...
no idea how to fix? How can I contact Adobe support directly please?

1. you can install and activate products CC included in plan photography on 2 computers with 1 Adobe ID (email), but it can use only 1 computer at some point of time (not both at the same time).
2. If you want to enable computers more then, you will need to purchase another photography under another plan identifier (Email) Adobe and not on the Adobe ID (Email) on which the photography is already purchased.

My creative photography of plan Cloud (one year) the situation happened to expire?
A few days ago my CC noticed me that my plan is about to expired in 1 day. Then I double-checked all my payment by credit card and contact Adobe by talking.
This morning, the system noticed me once again that my one year plan are expired. And develop my Lightroom module is disabled.
Please fix as soon as possible. I really need to use it.

Please close all applications and then log out of the desktop application CC and then reconnect.
Launch the Lightroom application.
