  Please provide more information for your issue to be diagnosed.

  Restart your computer and wait 20 minutes for the system to operate before you download information. When the review much, not Event Viewer log files all problems show in the period immediately after the computer has booted.

  I have problems trying to create an Image of my Surface Pro system.

  The program seems to work but then sends a message:

  The backup failed.

  It has been a failure in the preparation of the backup image of any of the volumes in the backup set. (0x807800C5)

  Additional information:

  The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. (0 x 80070021)

  The volume on which it backup fails is the first volume - the EFI system partition.

  The backup is set to save on my Dlink NAS, that works very well for my history file backups.

  I thought that somehow my anti-virus software may be to blame, but I'm not under any third-party anti-virus software.

  I also thought that if I started mode safe mode with networking that could avoid the problem, but the backup is not allowed to run in Mode without failure.

  Can someone point me in the right direction?

  P.S. I think that I misunderstood the problem: If again, trying to backup, but instead using my SIN I plug a drive in the USB, then my backup work normally (and I can then copy / move the backup on the NAS server).  Looks like this might be a D-link problem maybe: D-link box is a DNS-320 ShareCenter.

  P.P.S.  Although the DNS-320 was purchased from a major last week retailer, the firmware was version 1.0 and 2 years.  Updated to v 1.01 seems to have solved the problem: at least for a PC.

  It ran fine for about 3 hours and ended in failure, after all my 175 data files

  have been copied to the destination host, when you start to recover. The log shows:

  I've seen similar error reported when there is simultaneous backup running operation.

  Make sure to run twice at a time when there is no alternative transaction.

  I am trying to convert an image backup acronis tru to a windows 2003 server to a server esxi virtual computer, a system I had converted previously on 4.x and exsi 5.1 Converter and using the same image and same PC to convert, but now he is unable to 59% with the status:

  Seems like you need to repair the virtual machine somehow, probably you start it, or use a tool acronis to repair the image.

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

  Open "Disk Management" and check the amount of 'Free space' in the ' system, reserved (100 MB) "partition. If the free space is 40 MB or less her you need to increase the size of the system reserved partition of 100 MB to about 400 MB.  Disk management cannot do like frist you need to lower the front of the Windows Partition (C :) in order to expand the system reserved partition. However only a third-party utility called Partition Wizard (create a Bootable CD) that can do this.

  During an oracle security patch update we had taken the backup of all the files except the oradata folded folder with dbf files, control files, redolog files because it was huge and has started the procedure of fix.
  The patch has been patched successfully but the Pb does not boot correctly at the start command it turned an error something like force shut-off error message (bad error update later), so for now, we need restore the database to its previous state of original work.
  
  My question is since we are going to restore the former rear base only. Is it possible to do a refresh of the data base with the old executables and files current dbf that was not saved. Would the dbf files were altered by the patch. Or if it has been changed only if the patch has been correctly patch and also with a successful start-up of the database.

  Tablespace TEMP is not saved. They are not necessary for recovery. Since the 10g, temporary datafiles will be recreated by RMAN during recovery of the database, otherwise, you can re-create the temporary file yourself.
