Failure of blackBerry Smartphones Spotify

A few moments ago, I bought a new Blackberry, the model 9900. It also runs smooth than anything, and I have only a small problem; the Spotify app, I downloaded won´t work. I tried to remove and re - download several times, and it still doesn't work. I have a Premium account, and when I access it from my computer, it works perfectly well. The problem appears when access from the phone. I type in the username and password and press login. The animation that is supposed to display progress appears, but then nothing happens. The internet connection in the upper right corner marker appears and disappears again, but the progress animation won´t disappear. It is terribly boring, and I was hoping that there is a simple solution to this problem. I have not yet tried to reset all of the software, but I did pretty much everything in my power to solve this problem. Thank you!

I think I found your question. The description on the site Web of Spotify and BB App World say it is compatible with devices - the 9900 is not one of them! I don't know how you managed to download on your 9900?

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    I have a Blackberry Curve 9360 and it is frozen all by doing an update of the software (progress overall backup 13%).  It has been like that for the last two hours.  I tried to take out the battery, but it just goes back to the same screen when it restarts.

    I started the download of MP3 music on my Blackberry Curve 9310, OS 7.1.

    It has been loading for 2 days and my phone will not work.

    I did and A:LTt RST, but it did not work.

    I pulled the battery several times and plugged the charger, but that did not help either.

  • 9320 constant restart blackBerry smartphones after trying to activate the Bluetooth

    My BB Curve 9320 is constant restarting.

    I got the phone about 9 months.  I went to activate Bluetooth for the first time today.  As soon as I opened the menu bar and "verified" bluetooth, the phone turns off.  It began to restart... He went through the entire cycle of loading and reach the screen normal, but after 3 seconds stops and restarts again.  Permanently.

    I have:

    -taking the battery (several times): continues

    -a followed the advice to start in safe mode, it will start in safe mode, but stops after 3 seconds and restarts

    -connected to the laptop via USB, but the computer will not come to get the camera to access

    I actually got on the screen and in the second 3 window was able to click on the set of networks to see that Bluetooth is more "verified"-any, yet what have the 3 seconds before the reboot cycle.

    Advice?  Suggestions?

    I've been playing with my new torch 9810 and now the battery seems to be draining like crazy (up to 10% after having just three hours hanging out, not a single call done) - and some programs play AND I get a message indicating that the camera photo and video camera are in use although I'm not using the.

    Is there a virus on this thingy? -How do I know? has someone hijacked my camera to spy on me?

    I am a Sri Lanakan. Last week, I bought a Blackberry Storm2 9550 used, eBay (from a seller of e. u.). All the functions work fine except the touch screen. Can press on the touchscreen. (edges and around the screen) But he get caught suddenly, and also when am pressing an icon, phone highlights another icon. (as axample, when am pressing contacts in the home screen, phone highlights two contacts and sms). As I suppose, at this time there the phone detects it as multi touch and so I can't support what either. When am reset (battery pull) the phone, it solves the issue for a few minutes or hours, subsequently faced the same question.

    I tried to fix it by putting a piece of paper to the battery cavity, but nothing has changed.

    My storm is an unlocked phone (Comes to Verizon, but later unblocked), which is running version 5 software. ...... . 713 fact in Mexico 5.

    I want also to the last update available for my phone and how to update.

    The other appears only if your carrier has eliminated an update wireless for you. You say that it is the "best way" for you... I would add that this is the MOST DANGEROUS way. You see, via this method update, on the device of data backup is taken, that is rendered after the update (the update effectively wipe everything). This backup is a file use 1... If something is wrong in the upgrade process, all your data is lost forever.
