Fees for membership + cancellation costs?
Hi, I am a student at the University of Mississippi and I cancelled my subscription due to a tax of $53 (I don't have that kind of money) and then I was charged of cancellation fees $133? What gives Adobe? Is the Bull.
Student, I should not have been charged that much anyway, much less surprise cancellation fees that I had no warning on. Please fix this.

I thought that it might help to clarify the difference in price for creatively Cloud and payment plans.
The annual plan is reduced because you perform a validation for an entire year, even if you make monthly payments. Because you get a cheaper than the monthly plan price, there is a penalty of cancellation at the beginning. (It works similar to many cell phone plans where you can have any commit and a monthly fee higher or longer validation and a lower rate)

The monthly plan costs a little more, but can be canceled at any month. Subscriptions renew each month/year depending on the plan until they are cancelled.

There is no option to change the plan of one Adobe ID on the other.
You will need to get this current plan cancelled according to the link: cancel your creative cloud membership
Then you can plan on the same subscription using the other Adobe ID.

fees for publication on app store
I want to publish a magazine at App store for free download. There are 12 issues per year for the magazine. My questions are:
1. which should I choose, DPS single edition? or CC membership?
2. factory DPS single edition as a CC member, I can incorporate or establish an advertisement in the magazine? or I have to buy the professional edition to enable us to integrate advertising?
3. are there fees for the published application to download?
4. are there other hidden charges, we pay to launch the application? costs of liscences? or platform? or any other. If so please tell us how the fees requested.
5. should I publish the magazine as a pravate? I saw that the DPS single edition is for personal or small business.

1. because you have decided to publish a magazine several question, you cannot use simple edition or creative cloud DPS. You must have the DPS Professional Edition.
2. you can put advertising pages in any of our versions. It is simply contained inside your publication.
3. no charge download for the app, but there are no fresh download by number.
4. you will need to pay for an Apple Developer license, as well as our professional edition.
5. I'm not sure what you mean.

I have a BB Curve and will take a trip to Europe (I am the United States). I have TMobile, and I continue to receive responses from TMobile about the question to know if I charged for the use of BB Messenger while in Europe. Are there fees for using BB Messenger or is it a free service offered to all BB phones regardless of the telephone operator?

This issue has been several responses depending on how YOU will use the data.
BlackBerry Messenger uses your unlimited dataplan, while you are in the United States. While you're in your home country, you can use BBM to send and receive messages from all worldwide - free - as long as you have the unlimited data plan.
If you travel abroad, you will need an international data plan and the BBMessenger would then become a part of this plan, IF you get this plan. Otherwise, (a) you not have data in Europe, or (b) you will be charged for the use of international data without an international data plan, and which will cost a lot of money.
Thus, the follow-up question is... will you have a data Plan International to TMobile on a trip, or what are you plans?

I tried to register for membership in the CC for $19.95 and it did its litle thing and said I do not qualify. The only indication is that you need a product key for CS6 which I got. What the problem was or how can I say.

Adobe CC auto-renewal, cancellation fees and membership increase?
I have subscribed to the accession of edition student creative cloud in July and was annoyed to find looking at my accounts for the last two months, I had to pay £ 21,91 for software that I have not used since July this year. When I took the subscription I was under the impression that membership was only for a year and that I would need to pay a £15.49 monthly fee. No where have I learned that the contract will be automatically renewed at the end of the year and that taxes would rise. I was disgusted therefore find the amount that fate of my account, let alone do not receive an email before the end of the annual membership fee to let me know that membership would automatically be renewed and that my fees would increase, but also the fact that when I cancelled my contract today that I should commit a penalty charge of £109.00 which is a scandalous 50% of the annual fee for apparently leaving a contract that I wasn't even not aware that I had!
I had at the beginning of the contract for my final year at the University of Birmingham City and it was great, but after graduating in June, I was expecting just the contract ends in July, or at least receive a talking e-mail auto-renewal.
I contacted a member of the customer service team today and they did not help the least of all, they did however try and offer me another membership! I looked around and finally found a lot of people who have had the same problem when it comes to penalty of cancellation fees and how it is difficult to leave their membership.
I am so disappointed and angry about this, that I intend to let my University and social media know the TRUE nature of accessions from Adobe and what I discovered on the difficulty, is to cancel your membership, your membership renew automatically and never be contacted on charges increase and renewal and automatic stop membership penalty. It could just open peoples eyes like lock of the Adobe people in contracts and do not have the intention to treat your respect by keeping informed you, but rather of you surprised by the increase of taxes and fees in your bank statement!
It would be good to know if anyone else has had these problems.

I've had cloud creative adobe for 12 months. Later, I wanted to cancel before he missed, around February of this year, but I couldn't t know how. It is only until that recently I realized that you need to communicate with someone and find someone else to cancel it, as if I can not click a button cancel myself.
BUT! Here's the biggest catch, THERE IS a CANCELLATION FEE! AND THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS RENEWED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Therefore, I must now pay ME for 15 months, WHICH FLUCTUATES up to £21 tax WITHOUT SAYING! AND I have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE OF £101! This is equivalent to nearly 300 pounds ($465) only 15 months on a plan for student!
An absolute and criminal shame! I will do everything in my power to warn others of this type of scam before they buy it.
