The only thing you need to do is open firefox and then wait it usually crashes in less than 30 years, sometimes it will not crash, but I do not know why.
I have try to disable all extensions and activate them one by one, but I find that firefox crashes even when I click on "activate"(Nothing activated but when I click on it)

I find what the problem is. If you enable sync extension in setting-> sync (which I activated recently in my PC and laptop, I believe that this is a new feature), then it would break. That's why my lab PC and laptop are broken everyday. I'm in China, so there may be some sort of internet block causing this bug. But the synchronization of other are fine.

I have 3 home pages on Firefox, and they have been loading fine for a few months. This morning when I opened Firefox, tabs started to load, but a then froze. I had to end the process, restarted my computer and tried again. I've had some success to operate: if I closed the tabs 2 as soon as I opened Firefox it does not freeze. But then I went to check my mail, and 2 minutes later, it froze. I was able to go to the Firefox support page and began to open new tabs with different solutions on them... and it froze again.

  • Why Firefox hang when I open the printing preferences to print Web pages on my Dell 720 inkjet, after that Windows XP gives me the warning on a protection fault 0 x 0000005?

I can copy text from websites and paste it into MS Word, where I can print fine in B & W or color. I can print from wordpad, too. And I had no problems printing in Internet Explorer. I'm just cannot open the printing preferences window when you use Firefox 7.0.1 and I don't have any add-ons like "Print Print Preview Update" (Acrobat, Silverlight, Office, and a few others). I use a Dell 720 inkjet connected to an IBM Thinkpad R51e with reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition 2002 SP3, processor Intel Pentium M 1.73 GHz 1.87 GB RAM (added). I installed the printer driver before connecting the printer, and I use Avira antiviral software. This laptop has had problems in the past, but I don't want to give up on this. Please ask if you need more information.

I completely removed Firefox 7.0.1 and replaced by 5.0.1 and now I can open the printing preferences. Follow these instructions:

Create a system first, restore point if you want.

Then, click on start, Control Panel, programs and features. Uninstall Mozilla Firefox.

    Reach...

    If 32 bits...
    C:\Program Files

    C:\Program Files (x 86)

And delete the Mozilla Firefox folder.

This should give you a fresh start. Then install the old version. Just bookmarks can be imported from Internet Explorer or registered before switching versions

  • Firefox hangs at random, even with all extensions disabled and new profile, but not in safe mode

From about 2 weeks ago, Firefox has been crashing. Accidents is seemingly random, but normally occurs when several pages/tabs are opened. In addition, all observed accidents occurred in the middle of some operations of the user. If I leave it just opened (and responsible), he would never crash even after a long period.

Also, accidents happen even once all extensions are disabled manually. However, it seems not to happen in Mode without failure.

After each accident, in the crash report dialog box, the 'Détails' report would not respond. However I can open reports using the command about: crashes.

Before the accident would happen, sometimes evil-following behaviors may be observed:

    • Firefox fails to render characters CJK, their view as a rather square boxes
    • Ideogram IME(Namely Google Pinyin, an IME for Simplified Chinese) is no longer can be enabled in Firefox, on a Web page element, or on the UI of Firefox itself (i.e. the address bar or the search bar)

The following has been tried but no luck:

    • Disable all extensions manually
    • Start a new profile
    • Reset Firefox
    • Uninstall/reinstall Firefox
    • Beta version of FX, 14 to 15, and then to 16

  • Is it possible to read the TCPIP data so that it does not hang when there is no current database?

    Hello

I have a loop in my code that uses a TCP read function. My problem is that the loop hangs if no data is available. What I would do is to check if the data is available, then make the move also read on to the rest of the code if no data is available, and then try again on the next pole.

    Thank you

    Ryan

I guess as you exit the terminal timeout unwired. A number of wire it in milliseconds. If it expires you will get an error 56. Check the error code and if it is 56 you received no data; If there is no error, you read data.

  • Lose the wireless internet connection when it is not active

    Hello
I have an annoying problem. IM losing my connection wireless internet access after a few minutes is not active... Well not according to the 'doctor' program - it shows no signs of a problem.

Looking at the 'LAN' icon, I see he's trying to connect when I ask, for example, an update on the current site, but simply not turn on the blue bar.

The only cure to get online is to update the connection.

    What I'm doing wrong here?

    Thanks in advance... Jens

    Hello Jens

Please check the option sign-out after x... on your router. The sign-out feature is used to disconnect the router from your ISP automatically when there is no activity for a certain period of time. For example, place a check mark next to this option and enter 5 in the minute field will cause the router to disconnect from the Internet after 5 minutes of no activity from the Internet. This option should be used if you pay for your Internet service by the minute.

    Good bye
