  I checked with the people of our product and I can confirm the DTEK50 does not support the password photo, sorry!

  Suddenly my 9300 does not accept my BlackBerry ID password even though I know it's good. I tried to reset it with the forgotten password link, but that didn't work, so reset it on the Blackberry site via my iPad. Can log on successfully on the iPad and managed to check the ID in BlackBerry protect just once and it is back to the top. My phone is now locked and I have exhausted my 10 tries to unlock 9 but the phone will not accept this new password, and I am in danger of all my data be deleted. What can I please. If I try again and that data is deleted will I then go into my device and be able to perform a reinstallation of data from the Web site.

  Then suffices to you very explicitly to say exactly what the screen displays when it's asking to specify this password. What you have described so far, I deduced that it is the device lock password - that only the user can create. If you did not (you are sure that someone else did not do this for you?), so maybe I'm wrong my deduction. A clear description of your part could help me understand.   I have a frustrating problem with a pair or Torches, we test some software that develops for us. The problem I have is that I get the following message is displayed.

  Hi, I put a password to unlock my bb device. Three days ago a friend had the bb and tried to discover the password, he has tried 8 times. After that I tried to unlock the device by inserting the correct password but it doesn't recognize it. Now, I'm worried so lost all my data, casue I have not recently made a backup. I hope someone could help me I have a lot of data in it and I can't lose them. Whoever tried to unlock the device, said that after the 5th attempt, asked him to write a blackberry and now instead of asteriks appear as normal characters.

  This right.  You must use the word blackberry to continue.  When you put the password again, it will appear as letters regular to avoid typos, etc.  Oonly you get 10 chances and the password is case-sensitive.  If the password has a number, remember to use the ALT key first.  I don't know if the number of password retries reset to 10 if do you a battery pull, but you can try.

  You must enter

  For example, while on the BlackBerry keyboard, you think you type deb25426 , you actually type deb2dsef . So take your time and enter the password.
