  We have solved this problem.  It turns out that the installation and configuration process failed set TNS_ADMIN, which is referenced by HFM system environment variable.  Once the variable has been set and HFM has restarted the problem has been resolved.

  I have some users that a workspace is unable to display applications created. However, they can select with the arrow keys and assumes that the sequence of the application. For example, Live and Test application is created. User must press the arrow down 2 x key for access to the test application to select. However, some users are able to view applications. all users use IE7 and use HFM9.3.1

  Check the following Internet Explorer settings:

  Go to Internet Options: security, custom level and enable script put on windows without size or position constraints allow it.

  Restart the services.

  Try to connect in twelve... Problem should be solved.

As far as I know that all the apps are installed somewhere in the file of the application inside the home folder. But I noticed that whenever I open this app a folder named sony is created in one of my personal folders in the home folder. This issue of mine is called documents and I use it to store my personal and work documents. I do not understand why this sony folder is created in the documents folder, and it irritates me a lot.

  It is on the same computer.  The PC has the standard COMPUTER stuff.  VIper and they handle most of the firewall settings (windows).  I have turned them all off before installing.  I think it was a matter of execution engine.  I have no time to fight with LabView, so I uninstalled all LabView!  Then I made a new installation of the DVD.  This works.  I never install a patch of NOR without a week of free time!  In others, ever!  Whenever I do it, it takes me at least a day to get my operating environment!  Thanks for your time.  It is appreciated.

  I have a third-party application code created with labwindows CVI (attachment: scissor lift CVI code.rar) which is used for our control of movement of CT scans. I want to serve the Labview 8.6 my main software for data acquisition and software interface for my development. My idea is to create a dll from this CVI code and called the dll with Labview library import function is shared.

  My problem is that I am no expert in CVI programming if anyone can help me how to create a dll from this code? or any other suggestions to implement this conversion?
