First Pro CC crash at startup

Hey guys,.

ADobe Premiere Pro starts after the splash screen, as soon as it breaks down right!

I have windows 8.1

16 GB of Ram

I7

680M 4GB NVIDIA

I reinstalled my graphics driver, who has not fixed anything.

Also I tried reinstallng Adobe Premiere Pro, but that no longer works.

Here is the error log says:

Name of the failing application: Adobe first Pro.exe, version: 7.2.1.4, time stamp: 0x52aed7f3

The failed module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Offset: 0x00000000002ade82

ID of the process failed: 0 x 3468

Start time of application vulnerabilities: 0x01cf156264fae44b

Just for grins, try to press and hold the command key before (and that) you run the application. If still it crashes, try down option and do the same thing. There are keyboard options that can be used to rub and reset preferences and other settings that can make your app on launch accident. The other keys (ctrl, shift) have also reset functions at the launch. See if that helps.

  • Adobe first Pro CC crashes on startup after upgrading to new computer screens

Hey everyone, I'm tech-savvy so go ahead and throw detailed responses to me. I've recently updated for Windows 8.1 because first Pro CC (version 7.2.1) crashed at startup of Windows 8. After the update to Win8.1, it worked fine with my old 19-inch full-screen VGA monitors. However, after I installed the new HD widescreen monitors yesterday, I opened the first Pro and it starts very well and is stable until he treats a video file. If I'm fast enough, it will correctly import a file from the media browser, but as soon as it 'deals' video in the browser media or video in the timeline, Windows gives me the error "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has encountered an error and must be shut down". I tried all the tricks in the book, especially to change the refresh rate of the monitor down from 144 Hz to 60 Hz, tried to use an HDMI instead of DVI - D cable and tried to reinstall Premiere Pro (restart the computer to the appropriate in the process places) and tried to adjust to return with no acceleration GPU (only the mercury software). Nothing seems to work. Here are the specs of my computer:
CPU: AMD FX-8120, GPU: 1 GB GDDR3 Dual AMD Radeon HD 6670 each in its own monitor output via DVI - D Dual Link, the monitors are ASUS VG248QE 24 "resolution 1920 x 1080 p @ 144 Hz, 7200 RPM Western Digital HARD drive running.

    TRY:

    Disable a video card driver.

Set up 2 monitors of the same card.

Its a starting point for troubleshooting I.

  • Adobe first Pro CC hangs at startup

Last week, Adobe Premiere Pro CC worked fine. Without use or update the app since that time, the application will crash right after launch every time. I tried to remove the app and reinstall without a bit of luck. I tried a few other remedies, but were not able to correct the problem. Is someone else has this problem? Turns out I have to not need to reinstall Windows. I don't know what is actually worked in the end. As I began to prepare to reinstall the OS, I ran a disk cleanup, deleted unnecessary files and a few other things. After all that, I did a reboot, which triggered an update of the system. I decided to try Premiere Pro one last time, and it worked! I'm guessing that disk cleanup got rid of a problematic file - who knows.

I'm working on my project again. Thanks for the help.

  • Premiere Pro 2015 Crash at startup

When I start to first pro 2015 and create a new project, it crashes instantly.

It sounds like a lot of others is thereby breaking issues but sounds like they can at least do a project. Any ideas? Or simply wait until they update it?

    Hi Thom,

We recorded a BUG regarding the same issue. If please try to disconnect the secondary screens connected and try again. This problem is related to the first Pro CC 2015 accident with multiple monitor configuration and Dual GPU (AMD/AMD or AMD/NVidia) and it would be awesome if you mention the tech specs and the accident here report.

  • First Pro CC crash when you drag the project window media

I had so many problems with the CC (2014) since the 8.1 update. The last problem is interacting with the media in the project window. In any version of PP (7, 8.0.1, 8.1), when I try to drag the media from the project to the timeline window, I get the crash 'first Pro CC met a serious error... ". ». I use a Macbook Pro i7, 16 GB of ram, Nvidia GT graphic map of 750 m, on OSX Yosemite. I tried to clear the cache of media and the parameters of compensation at the start with alt + shift. • First Pro CC crashing after the importation of the media

I just built my first PC a few weeks ago for the sole purpose of editing with first Pro CC, but every time I have import any media and try to use the view, the program crashes. As long as I do not import, the program does not crash. Thanks in advance for the help of everyone in this discussion.

I have now created a project that doesn't crash!  HOORAY!

    How do I...?

I have all my original Quicktime (originally Pro-Res 1920 x 1080) items dragged in AE and rendered uncompressed 8-bit versions of all.

Then I carefully replaced all subrenders in my project now use the uncompressed... and so far (touch my wooden desk)... it is not breaking.

Note: I kept my clips that had alpha as Lossless with Alpha channels (the good old reliable Animation million + codec, God bless you!)

Seems to me that first Pro CC has problems with clips of previously used Pro-Res, that were once quite happily in FCP 7.

My advice to all those affected by the same mistakes is crashing, is to re-encode your source clips. Uncompressed 8-bit was maybe a bit drastic, but I wanted to make sure I had "wild" media to start with.

So, Adobe - please take note. This must be fixed.  This is my reccomendation for the next update!
