This happens everytime I open the first Pro CC. I was not able to find info online about it. First Pro CC works very well on my desktop, but for some reason he hates my laptop.

Premiere Pro CS6 works fine on my laptop, I have never had a problem with it. Any help on that would be great. I tried to run the script CC cleaner and that did nothing. Thank you.

Hi all

Please try to reinstall the latest version of the driver for your GPU AMD or NVIDIA, and then restart the computer. This seems to have resolved most of the cases we have seen.

Thank you

Kevin

    Hi Thom,

We recorded a BUG regarding the same issue. If please try to disconnect the secondary screens connected and try again. This problem is related to the first Pro CC 2015 accident with multiple monitor configuration and Dual GPU (AMD/AMD or AMD/NVidia) and it would be awesome if you mention the tech specs and the accident here report.

  • Adobe Premiere Pro CC Crash at startup - no error Message

Hey all, new Adobe software user here. My Adobe Premiere crashes and I don't know why. I have included a video below with my system specs and the problem as it happens in real-time. One thing I forgot to mention in the video, it's on the creative control panel cloud, everything is updated. I hope you guys can help me once you see the video.

Just in case anyone else gets on this issue and can not solve, I finally got to work. It turns out that it was a problem with the activation of my products. I called adobe, they took control of my pc and sort the configuration files that had to be sorted and voila, it works.

J K L shuttle keys causing Premiere Pro to crash and stop. Someone having this same problem?

    Hi Abraham,.

    Sorry for this question.

Changing the audio channel seems to be the cause of my problems. I have change audio channels on the video for my project it to appear on my preview window use J K L to Polish thru and it hangs and stop.

This looks like a problem that we know. You can avoid collisions by turning off 2 Audio Preferences:

    • Maintain the pitch audio when the shuttle
    • Outputs multi-channel sum to Mono in the Source monitor

See if your situation improves after the deactivation of these preferences.

    Thank you

  • What can I do to stop Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 crashing when exporting?

Without worrying about whether I have a new project file or an existing one, changes or no retouching, whenever I click on export, Premiere Pro simply crashes.  Same for Media Encoder - cannot open this same one.  I have all the latest updates installed cs6, the computer is new for two weeks - OSX 10.9.1, NVIDIA GeForce GT 1024Mo of 650 M.  The only way I've been able to export is through a back door: I use the dynamic link in After Effects and then returned to my sequences it.  Help?

  • Adobe first Pro CC crashes on startup after upgrading to new computer screens

Hey everyone, I'm tech-savvy so go ahead and throw detailed responses to me. I've recently updated for Windows 8.1 because first Pro CC (version 7.2.1) crashed at startup of Windows 8. After the update to Win8.1, it worked fine with my old 19-inch full-screen VGA monitors. However, after I installed the new HD widescreen monitors yesterday, I opened the first Pro and it starts very well and is stable until he treats a video file. If I'm fast enough, it will correctly import a file from the media browser, but as soon as it 'deals' video in the browser media or video in the timeline, Windows gives me the error "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has encountered an error and must be shut down". I tried all the tricks in the book, especially to change the refresh rate of the monitor down from 144 Hz to 60 Hz, tried to use an HDMI instead of DVI - D cable and tried to reinstall Premiere Pro (restart the computer to the appropriate in the process places) and tried to adjust to return with no acceleration GPU (only the mercury software). Nothing seems to work. Here are the specs of my computer:
CPU: AMD FX-8120, GPU: 1 GB GDDR3 Dual AMD Radeon HD 6670 each in its own monitor output via DVI - D Dual Link, the monitors are ASUS VG248QE 24 "resolution 1920 x 1080 p @ 144 Hz, 7200 RPM Western Digital HARD drive running.

    TRY:

    Disable a video card driver.

Set up 2 monitors of the same card.

Its a starting point for troubleshooting I.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 hangs at startup

Hello! My name is Jon and I have a problem. I'm opening Premiere Pro, but the only thing that starts after that I started the program is the box that usually tells me what plugins, modules, etc. the program load upward, as the program starts slowly. When I do this with my other programs like Photoshop CS6, box shows me precisely what is loading and the program opens without complaint and I can create on my comfortable. However, when I start the first, the box does not load anything, there is no plugins specified etc and the program crashes before anyone still has a chance to start. I did a video on August 9, nine days before asking this question, so what I deduced that a change must have occurred between then and now than to keep the opening program.

I beg assistance from those who manage as soon as possible, because I really want to go back to create the content in the way of quality Adobe has allowed me to do for the past four years. Thank you!

    Jon

I'm not sure what would HAVE fixed the problem but what I ended up doing was to uninstall and reinstall my suite CS6 and everything works fine now. Still not sure what it is or how to fix this problem initially, but oh well.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 Crash when clicking on the tab "file".

Hello, recently I ran on an issue that is extremely frustrating and I can't seem to solve.

Basically, whenever I try to click on the 'file' tab or any reason, i.e. save or export. I'm greeted by the line of serious misconduct and one unexpected on me.
The main problem is that I am more able to back up or export project and if I try to use the keyboard to save or export shortcut that causes the crash as well.

This also happens with any project that I opened.

    Any help please?

    Ryba,

Your video, it seems that you are working with OS X 10.10 and 10.11. It only are not supported OS' in our system requirements for CS6. You must be on 10.9 or an earlier version.

If you are not working with a certified operating system, you will experience that we can simply not to support unexpected behavior. My advice is to reinstall an earlier version of Mac OS X, which is certified for use with CS6. Otherwise, I would advise updating to a newer version of Premiere Pro.

    Thank you
    Kevin

    Help, please!

    OK... to be clear

You have a version 6.0 of the PProCS6

Is there a reason any you have not installed the CS6 bug fixes?

    Updates

Everything has worked with Win8.1 and stopped working with Win10

Did you clean your drive and do a fresh install of Win8.1?

Msvcr100.dll is the problem that is listed

Have you checked Microsoft for more information about C run-time library?

    http://helpx.Adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-c-runtime-errors-products.html

Also http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632 for a download from Microsoft

I don't think you have a hardware problem... I think you have a failed upgrade of Win10, and then you did not erase your drive and start over

  • Premiere Pro CS6 crashes when you drag

Trying to change in PP CS6 and get this error whenever I drag the files.

«I'm sorry, that a serious error has occurred which requires Adobe Premiere Pro stop.» We will try to save your current project".

This happens everytime I try to drag images. Apart from files or sites.

I'm working (at least trying) on a Mac Pro (mid-2012) running OS X Yosemite 10.10.1.

Processor- 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

    Memory- 16 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphics- ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB

Says Adobe Application Manager everything is up-to-date and I've tried everything I can think of.

    Restart the computer.

Tests of various video files in the project (which happens with all)

Moving the files to another drive

Create a new project on another drive

Old project with images that have worked before.

No luck with anything.  Any help is greatly appreciated! I have deadlines to meet and no backup computer!

    UPDATE!

I also lived down in Illustrator. I found my way to this subject and discovered that my problem is a Chrome extension called Pushbullet. After the suppression of Pushbullet of Chrome and restarted my computer, I was able to drag clips into my script again. If you use Pushbullet or perhaps another ill run Chrome extension, chances are, that could very well be the source of your problem!

  • First Pro CC crash at startup c:\sirreel64\releases\

    I'm working on a Quad 4 GB RAM 64 bit Win8 IntelCore.

    Driver GPU are updated.

I uninstalled third party plugins, try to open the application with the SHIFT key, but the question still.

If I try to open an automatic record of the project, the only older work, but when I save it and open it again, it crash again.

  • First Pro CC crash at startup

    Hey guys,.

ADobe Premiere Pro starts after the splash screen, as soon as it breaks down right!

    I have windows 8.1

    16 GB of Ram

    I7

    680M 4GB NVIDIA

I reinstalled my graphics driver, who has not fixed anything.

Also I tried reinstallng Adobe Premiere Pro, but that no longer works.

Here is the error log says:

Name of the failing application: Adobe first Pro.exe, version: 7.2.1.4, time stamp: 0x52aed7f3

Just for grins, try to press and hold the command key before (and that) you run the application. If still it crashes, try down option and do the same thing. There are keyboard options that can be used to rub and reset preferences and other settings that can make your app on launch accident. The other keys (ctrl, shift) have also reset functions at the launch. See if that helps.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 crashes when you export H264 files

I shot a video with the Canon 5 d Mark III (1080 p) and edited a 4 minute video that I am trying to export in an H264 file. I used the preset for Vimeo 29.97, 1080. But whenever export stops half way and first accidents. I tired 5.6 times and each time she stood for 2-3 hours before crashing. He really did once but the audio has had some problems. After that I could not export again! The information?

I use a Mac book Pro 15-inch, mid 2009, 8 GB of ram, running Mountain Lion and have the latest updates for first.

    Thank you

Try to remove all the bodies earlier and partially exported versions of the file.  Then open a different project in Premiere Pro (any; even a new project will do).  Go to Edition > Preferenes > Media and click the Clean button.  Close Pr, open your project of problem and try to export again.
