First PRO CC subscription fails

Hey guys, I was using first PRO CC for almost 2 months now, and on 8 December, the payment does not pass by (have no money at that time) so I updated my payment options and they took the money now. BUT now I can not access my editing software. Also, I finished a project last night, it said my trial was over. I'm so confused. With whom can I contact because I can't find all the numbers to call. Help, please. Thank you very much

  • How can I get the first pro trial subscription to start

    I have subscribed to a trial subscription.  I think I downloaded successfully the first pro - there is at least one message on the initial screen of .saying what he is up to date.  However, there is no place here after the Premiere Pro icon where you can click to open, as shown in the tutorials.  What I am doing wrong?

    I had some difficulties first Pro CC update on computer x 64 Windows 8.1. I get the following error:

    I uninstalled three times now and tried to go through the help... updated and I continue to get this error.

    All my other apps (After Effects, hearing, speed Grade) installed and updated with no problems.

    It is a clean new instal of 8.1 of WIndows with all the windows updates applied.

    If you have a solution that you have found, please return to the thread and let us know. We can only assume that you have solved your problem. In general, you will get these types of errors when you exhaust the system resources such as VRAM, RAM memory, or both.

    The solution or workaround is to use software mode only for the Mercury playback engine. You can also buy additional equipment that can help the work.

    I have not received serial number after buying Adobe first pro (monthly subscription).

    Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.

    Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

    Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), apps download Adobe Creative Cloud | CC free trial Adobe

    Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

    the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc and cc 2014 apps.  and probably more in the future.

    If you already have the cc desktop application and you need to refresh your adobe id, sign in, and sign out | Creative office cloud app

    Whenever I try to load a specific project, I get this prompt message:

    I click on 'ok' it go locate the files, but it get to about 80% and hangs there for 2-3 hours. I can open the auto save files, but only up to a certain point in my workflow.     Licensing - in particular for fonts - is always a big pain - and even if you have a lawyer paid handsomely on the case, it is always a challenge to navigate in all licenses of the difference and the different situations.

    In reality, the chances of trouble to use a font Adobe provides as part of the suite Creative Cloud is little or none - even if it's TECHNICALLY in a kind of fine print.

    However if you are doing a project where you must provide tangible evidence that everything is legally more High Council (which you have to do a lot of time for projects that are funded for example the Government), then things can become difficult.

    In the case of Myriad Pro - even though the creative cloud agreement specifically lists the fonts in the list of the restricted fonts - you can always register Myriad Pro through Adobe's Typekit service (see: Myriad Pro |) Typekit) so that circumvents this problem.

    My advice - if you need evidence that the fonts of your use of any good - then I would contact Adobe directly, in order to have their response in writing. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    If you are just doing a personal project, and you put the work on YouTube (even if you get advertising revenue as part of the YouTube partner program), and then the case to get into any kind of trouble because of policies is VERY thin - but if you want to play it is really safe, it is best to do your research , and make sure you have something in writing say that everything is perfect.

    If in doubt - talk to a lawyer, because they will be able to do a risk assessment appropriate - even if it is somewhat a grey area.

    We had similar issues trying to license of Adobe Stock content - a few clauses in the agreement that is very unfortunate entertainment lawyers.
