First Pro CC will not appear after startup start

So I got problems with Premiere Pro CS6 wouldn't show after the start screen was finished loading, so I decided that I wanted to move to Premiere Pro CC and try out the course.

I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 and run the cleanup tool and downloaded creative cloud and started to install the first Pro CC. Now when I click on it in CC, nothing happens, and if I start from its location it will work only the splash screen, but after that he finished to load "ExporterAVI.prm", it will close the splash starts and disappear. If I open the Task Manager, I can see first Pro CC running, but there is nothing on the taskbar. Since Media encode CC is installed with it I tried to run that too. He instead of 'Finish' the splash will stop responding to 'ExporterAVI.prm '. My main suspect is ExporterAVI.prm, but I've been able to find anything about the codecs. I reinstalled the K-Lite Codec Pack (Mega) and always the same questions. I can't find any "ExporterAVI.prm" on my computer, no and I don't know if its supposed to be there.

I'm out of ideas... I tried Googling everything and no solution so far...

HOT - FIX, NO SOLUTION:

Okay, so I finished by contact Support Adobe technique and after a few hours trying to move the error and what we have tried to remove the pluging ExporterAVI.PRM Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. Both programs will now run - however I have not tested a .avi file export and I suspect that it cannot be properly. It is a solution for me because I export all the video files in AVI format in any case.

I've had trouble finding exporterAVI.prm by conducting a search on my computer and the records but Anand (partisan) found.

My exporterAVI.rpm file was found in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2015\Plug-ins\Common CC
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media encode CC 2015\Plug-ins\Common

Thanks for the help and suggestions of everyone and thanks to Anand for his patience and several hours of help through my day.

My machine came with a standard 1 TB hard drive. I recently bought a PNY 960 GB SSD CS1000. and a USB to SATA adapter from Ebay.

First of all, I cloned with the CCC. Then tried to use disk utility to see if that was the problem. Both have the same results.

The cloning process was successful in both cases. It displays not only at boot time. I start my imac. Press the Option key and the new drive does not appear as a boot option. To make sure that its not only meet its time but never watch? After the starting of the machine. I go into the Preferences system-startup disk and performances as an option. I unlock a tell the machine to reboot using this disc. And it will restart, but still does not use the SSD.

I did score as GUI and logged and followed all the relevant instructions. It seems fitting that at startup it find until after the start.

Any ideas on what is happening. I want to be sure that it will boot from USB until I open my machine and install it as a replacement. Thank you

Strange indeed. Looks like you've done everything right, but something does not play well. My first suspect is the USB-SATA Adapter, I do not trust any of the cheap knockoff sold on eBay. What happens if you clear and just install a new copy of El Capitan on the SSD instead of a clone? It will then start?

  • First Pro CC will not import ANY audio file, be it a mp3 or a part of a mp4 video (or other formats)

Any audio or video file that I drop at first will appear almost immediately with the window

    Movie compilation error.

    Unknown error.

When I check the log error/events (little red X in the lower corner) this window says:

    \\ipsse01\home$\myusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media cache Files\filename.mp3 44100.cfa ".

(The file is on my desk)

This happens at all, even that current audio files windows comes with in the folder 'Sample Music', I tried those too to nothing does not.

I am at a total loss. I'm new to first pro, but these are generic file formats, so I don't think that the problem is with the file. I have not tried to reinstall because I have to go to our one network administrator / computer specialist (who is also the accountant of the company) so that it can enter the username admin/pass in the pop-up box and she's often so busy. I try to avoid listening to it, if I do not need to (which unfortunately I tend to always have to do a lot)

    For reference, I'm under Win7 Professional 64-bit, 8 GB of RAM and a processor i7 - 4610M @ 3 .00GHz.

    Hey Kevin,

I had earlier tried to do, but it still doesn't work. Then the company we use for large it projects, suggested pointing where media cache files are saved to a new location, excluding my sync account (which is always saved on my hard drive) and a folder on the hard disk that has not been synchronized with the network. That seemed to fix finally!

Thanks for all the help and answers, if I really appreciate it!

  • First Pro CC does not appear in the application of CC desktop

Hello, I have recently joined the creative cloud and managed to download all the available applications which show on the Creative Cloud Desktop manager.  There was some problems with facilities to stall out, but they were router (fixed) partner.

My question is: how to install apps that are not pre-populated on the creative cloud desktop application?  I use my web browser and the Adobe Download Center and click on the big button 'Download' blue - but the application does not appear in the desktop creative cloud Manager.  However, the Office of creative cloud 'pop' up towards the top of my open window.  Happens just nothing else.

The thing I want to download first Pro CC.  It is not pre-existing in the creative cloud application.  I can't figure how to get it in there

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium

    AMD Phenom II x 4 3.0 GHz

    32 bit

    I have tried these things:

-Uninstalling the app creative cloud and re - install

-The button 'Download' big blue 3 different browsers: IE, FF and Chrome

-Restarting my computer.  Disconnect, then again.

-Stop all downloads on hold and just clicking 1

-Disable firewall and anti-virus, both at the same time (ouch)

    Thanks for the help!

If your machine does not meet the specification tecniques for an application, the application will be not listed/offered in the Manager.  In this case, first Pro CC is a 64-bit application and your machine is 32-bit.

  • First Pro CC will not recognize the second monitor

    Greetings:

I'm having a problem with the help of my second monitor to the output in CC PP.  I did the following based on another post:

Try these two steps to check the transmission is enabled:

    1. go in the program monitor Panel menu > check "Allow to pass" is checked.

    2. go to Preferences > reading > check your 2nd monitor is present and active.

What I get when I do it is a black screen that covers the top left of my screen at 1920 x 1080, the size of my other monitor.  When I save a project and use my second monitor for a sign, say under my belt, I'm able to drag the Panel above and use it, but when I save and reboot, the Panel is always on my primary monitor:

I tried different confgurations in Preferences-> reading, but get the same result every time.  I have to force quit when I get the black box, I'm unable to access other options of PP.  Anyone encountered this, and if so, is there a solution?  I saw that there was a problem of "transmit", but that does not solve this problem.  Thank you!

I don't hate replying to my own post, but I thought I'd post here how I solved my problem in case someone else ends up here with a similar one.

To be clear, I have 2 monitors and when I activated transmit full playback screen would be superimposed on my workspace creation on monitor 1 even though I had specified to monitor 2 in my video device in the preferences > reading.

It seems that during the last few months (I have a vague memory of it), I decided to check the "improvements" in the way Mavericks managed multiple monitors. I created two spaces in Mission Control, this is how Applications in the dock wins a menu extended options in the menu contextual (the one that appears when your right click the application icon in the dock). I knew that this extended menu was there because the site of Apple told me.

From the OPTIONS menu on my 2 monitor setup are then ASSIGN to > all workstations; OFFICE ON DISPLAY 1; OFFICE ON DISPLAY 2; NONE.

After trying the various options to see if the operation was consistent with the explanation of Apple and if I wanted to work with spaces, I decided that I don't have not so I removed the spaces that I created in Mission Control.

Remove the deleted spaces these additional options ASSIGN to THE menu even though I wasn't aware of this at the time.

A few days later, I went to allow the TRANSMISSION when editing in Premiere Pro (that I had used successfully before) than having the problem described in this thread. I stupidly credited this problem for a recent update of CC and in the release of 2014 CC does not correct it, I started to look elsewhere.

Cut to the end and the way - after proving that a new Mac user account test does not show the problem, I have returned to my user account, active areas in control from Misson, changed the menu ATTRIBUTE to None for Premiere Pro (default), then the TRANSMISSION function worked correctly, showing a full picture has been assigned to the correct window.

OK, the last paragraph may suggest I knew what to do but I have not, I had spent a lot to research in the library of the user to search for differences, until I came across this.

  • First Pro CC will not open or import .flv files

I just upgraded to windows 7 to 8.1.   Clean install.  Downloaded first Pro CC, AE CC, and a few others.   I can't import or use .flv files in first pro.  It says file type is not supported.  Even if I export flv EI first pro will not open it.  All of my past with flv files projects show that as offline media.   Help, please.   FLV is always worked before.

  • My adobe first pro CS6 will not install

    Hello

I am trying to install adobe trial version first pro cs6, when I say through the implementation, it is Adobe CS6 Encore and Adobe Premier pro CS6 do not meet the requirments, 64-bit operating system os recommended.

I don't really have any idea what that means or if there is a way around this etc y at - it another version of the trial that does not require 64-bit? My computer is running a 32-bit system.

    Thank you

    Bex

    Unfortunately not.

Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64-bit only. They will not work on your machine.

You could have a peek to Premiere Elements extending on 32-bit and 64-bit.

  • First CS5 GUI will not appear

I use first on this machine for the past 6 months with no problems. When I went to start the program today, I had the splash screen, but the GUI never showed up. If I open the Task Manager, first does not appear on the applications tab, but PremierePro.exe is currently running in the process and using memory. How can I get the interface appears back? I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still got the same results. All my other adobe programs are open, it's just what does not work today.

You did something to the system, or there is a hardware problem TAPI. Hard to say without more details, but #1 is more likely.

  • CC and first Pro CS6 will not open

I downloaded and installed the application twice.

I go to creative cloud and I can see Premiere Pro CS6 is an application installed, but I can't click on it to run it.

At this stage is spent an hour trying to run an application.

I get no error there simply nothing...

I want to just try it... So far, it is not looking good...

As for the location of the program files? If you do not see here, use the CC cleaning tool to uninstall the application and then reinstall it again. Use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6
