  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. It is a little uncertain, the exact behavior you describe, but it can be normal or expected. When you use the camera of the lock screen application, you will only be able to see your photos just taken and only as long as you stay in the camera app. If you return to the screen lock and then in the camera application, even if you don't release it, you will see more photo already taken.   I have an iPhone 6, it's a refurb of the Apple Store in Sheffield (Meadowhall) that my previous had a software problem. I had about 9 months.

  I dropped a few months ago and cracked the screen slightly however I used it without a problem since, earlier I was selecting a photo to upload to Facebook on the app and my screen went black, I thought that the app crashed so I did a hard reset (button home + lock) and the phone does not seem to come back. The phone came back and the screen was completely responsive but not on.

  I took outside and noticed that in the light of the Sun, the screen was visible, it's also appears if you shine a torch top. I took it to a phone store to have the screen replaced, they tried 3 screens and none of them solved the problem. Anyone know what this could be?

  Drop the phone must have damaged some other pieces of hardware inside the phone.

  But, if the 'phone shop' was not approved by Apple for service phone, Apple or an Apple authorized Service provider won't do much either.

  In this case, you will have to hope that a 3rd party repair shop can find the problem.

  I upgraded my iPhone 6 iOS 9.2.1 a few days ago. «Since then, a message of "storage" almost full keeps popping up on my screen all the minutes and whatsapp becomes unusable ("your iPhone is running low on storage.» So Whatsapp can continue to work correctly, up to 100 MB of space free by: 1 removing applications longer you use, 2 large delete videos from your camera roll, 3 manage your storage in the middle space > general > use > Storage manage). I did all the three things mentioned above. However, no matter how many applications or videos I remove, storage space remains the same: use - GB 11.6, available - 0 bytes. I can't possibly delete data on my phone without losing the essential information.

  Close out of the messaging application, tap twice on the "home" button and close completely out of it.

  Then do a reset, none taken from data loss on the home/sleep set button until you see the logo apple and then exit, then wait for the phone to start backup.  Check email.

  If you still experience the issue then remove and reinstall the e-mail account.

  If you still have questions then contact Hotmail.
