forgotten password ePrint center

I tried to sign with the name of user and password that I set up for the Eprint centre and he does not like the password.  When I click on the forgotten password link and put my email address in, and then click OK nothing happens.  I tried several times on a single computer and I tried on another computer with the same end result.

Then I tried the option to sign with my AOL account and my GMAIL account.  No joy.

Perhaps it is that you have a SnapFish.com account. A large number of long-term HP customers have SnapFish.com accounts and don't realize it. One of the printer software frees customers signed up automatically, and most people did not know, or forgot, because they never used it. Try to go to SnapFish.com and using the forgotten password screen link it connection. Once you have reset the password, go to ePrintCenter.com and use the SnapFish.com log in information to connect. If this does not help, you may need to contact SnapFish.com directly to delete the account, or use a different email to record with. Another difficulty that I have met is actually recreate a SnapFish.com account, if SnapFish says no accounts exist, or no email comes, when you try to reset your password.

    Maybe it's that your eprint account was associated with Snapfish when registering, therefoer recover the password through fails ePrint Center.

    Try to go on Snapfish and reset the password from there by clicking on Log In > you have forgotten your password, then try to use the same details to access the ePrint centre.

    Please, try the following steps:

    1. Go to Snapfish.com and click on 'Log In' in the upper right.
    2. Please click on the ' forgotten password?' link.
    3. Please enter the email address you use for your connected HP account and click 'submit '.
    4. Please check your Inbox and open the email from Snapfish to reset your password and follow the instructions to reset your password.
    5. Please try connecting HP connected with your credentials of Snapfish.

    I tried several times to log in my Center ePrinter, but he recalled that my login ID is an incorrect email address.  Then when I try to register a new name to logon user with this email address, it was reported as error that this username already exists.

    I don't see this particular error with password resets from time to time.  I have a workaround that can clear up this place for you:

    • Click here.  This will bring you to <www.snapfish.com >.  As the Snapfish site is linked directly with ePrint Center and HP connected, you can try to reset your password as follows - click the connection icon and then "forgot your password":

    • Enter the e-mail address that you use to connect to the ePrint Center and click on submit.
    • You should receive a message of automatic reset of password by email - the reset as expected before and then try to use this new password to Snapfish to connect downtown ePrint.
    • If this does not solve your problem of access ePrint Center, please call our Cloud Services to 855-785-2777. If you do not live in the United States / Canada region, please click the link below to get help from your region number.

  • Autologin fault after the forgotten password Action

    We have (11.1.2.2.4) IOM / OAM (11.1.2.2.5)/OUD(11.1.2.2.1) integrated. We have made the management of users and password management use case implementation.

    After the forgotten password action, the user should ideally be auto connected to the resource to which they want to access. But here, they're trying to autologin, we get no answer which records the time that we are witnessing a thread blocked in IOM. Please find the attached log. Its showing IOM tries to do automatic login and his breaks down.


    Now these blocked thread are at the origin of the problem to the server of the IOM. Can you please let us know how to fix the automatic connection failure. This error we get now on pre-production and prod env.


    We already checked Doc-ID 1554741.1 and it did not help.
