  I thought about it, I suspect me that 1 of my desktop gadgets was perhaps to blame, I had 3 gadgets. Notepad, weather, and a cpu monitor. so I took the time and CPU monitor and now the jumping has stopped for now.   I know this problem, it s just a bug with media player and the graphics drivers (mainly the media player causes the error it s). Please, if you want to watch something on TV and then playback must be STOPPED BEFORE you from the screen. Once you have changed the screen, enable playback and it should work.
