Functions of burning Bluray is possible in Windows 7 Home Premium

Error message: "There was a problem burning this disc - the disc was not burned successfully. Make sure you have the latest firmware for your CD/DVD burner installed and then try again"

I'm using (2) readers of DVD bluray LG BH14NS40 in the Windows 7 Home Premium environment.

1.) my bluray LG BH14NS40 Will perform ANY engraving using Windows Explorer? Yes or no? Please explain.

2.) while using my BH14NS40 LG bluray DVD drives in Windows 7 Home Premium environment, do I need to buy a bluray of third-party software to perform ALL my burning burning?

It's too bad Microsoft couldn't this beast on the nail head & give us this feature bluray/burning within Windows itself.

Well, that's great - it works, it works! I set AutoPlay to say 9 Power2Go of Cyberlink to start when a blank CD or DVD disc is in the tray & it works like a charm. In fact, I burned my first session successfully using my bluray on a blank CD - R disc player. Burned in a series of songs on the CD with no other problems. Spread the word. Laughing out loud! Be well & thank you for all your help.

Visit this link to get your free copy of the bluray burning software. I said that it was free, right? Free is good. ;-)

    Hello

There is no free upgrade to Windows 7.

There was a special offer to do years back. but this offer has expired for a long time.

And Microsoft sells more than Windows 7.

    Try Amazon.com.

Before purchasing Windows 7, follow these steps:

Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.

If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.

  • Is there a possibility of upgrade version OEM of Windows Vista Home Premium 32 - bit for Windows 7 for free?

I learned from a few sources online that I can get a 'upgrade' for the version OEM of Windows Vista Home Premium 32 - bit for Windows 7 free. Is this true? Should I participate in forums feedback for Windows, etc. in order to acquire such a valuable product?

If not, is there another 'economic' way to get a copy of windows 7?

Really appreciate your time in answering my question.

Despite what you may have "competent" wrong, there is no "free" upgrade to Windows 7.  You can buy Windows 7 from the Microsoft Store. Carey Frisch

  • Accidentally, I installed my product key for Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional. Is there a possible way to activate Windows with this key?

Activate Windows 7: Home Premium on professional product key - please help!

    Hello world

I hope you can help me!
I have a product key for Windows 7 Home Premium. I downloaded it online when I bought it so that I never received a disc to reformat. Someone at work gave me their CD to reformat.
After you reformat and reinstall ALL my programs, I went to activate Windows 7 again. Guess what? Turns out that I used Windows 7 Professional to reformat.
Really, I don't want to go through reformatting and reinstalling everything and don't even know if I'll be able to get my hands on a CD to reformat Windows 7 Home Premium.
Is there anyway can I still activate my product key for Windows 7 Home Premium Windows 7 Professional? In any case I can exchange my Home Premium product key to a professional one? I love how my computer is currently configured and won't do anything else that just activate my legitimate version of Windows 7!
Thank you all in advance for your time.
    Ramon

The only way to do it would be to buy a license for Pro-

Since you have already apparently a licnese to Home Premium, you could buy an upgrade, and then create a repair install with the new key.

If you bought a full Pro license, you will be able simply to insert your new key and activate that.

  • I have a retail version of Windows 7 (home premium). I buy a new motherboard, processor and RAM. Will be my install of Windows 7 function properly?

As mentioned, I have a full commercial copy of Windows 7 Home Premium and I'm on the point to replace my motherboard, processor and RAM.  Windows 7 will work properly?  If this is not the case, what should I do to make this happen?  Thank you!

    Hello

With a license for the retail of Windows 7, you can change any material you want.

You will probably have to reinstall windows 7 as the 'old' motherboard drivers will be always installed on this drive hard (if you use the same drive where Windows 7 is already installed), so that he will probably not start correctly.

You can even move a license to retail to another computer if that never fails

The rule is: a license for a single installation.

    (A) if the automatic activation service informs you that she has failed and cannot help with activation, then STAY ON THE LINE and your call will be transferred to an operator of activation which will help you to activate your copy of Windows 7. If you get suspended under all pending, then phone back, but this time DO NOT respond when the ansafone asks what service you need (twice). This puts in the queue to speak to an engine and does not appear to expire so fast. The operator will give you a confirmation ID number if they accept that your copy of Windows 7 is legitimate.
NOTE: The operator just explain your situation and what you did to require activation. (EX: hardware upgrade, installed Windows 7 on a new computer after uninstalling it from the old one, etc...)

  • Is there anyway that I can download the Windows 7 Home Premium for my boyfriend to use on his computer on a new drive? His crashed the other night. Help, please.

I was wondering if I could download the Windows 7 Home Premium on a dvd - r disc and use it to start my computer buddies back up? Its Windows XP crashed on him the other night. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

It is not possible to download Windows 7 on a DVD. If you want to install Windows 7 on the computer, you must purchase a Microsoft installation disc.

You would think that a Microsoft Support engineer would know what is available in the Microsoft store.  But maybe not.

If your b/f to upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7, you can buy Windows 7 directly from Microsoft and download.  You can download an ISO file which can be burned to a DVD if you have a software that can make this engraving.  Of course, with your b / f machine works do not, you will not be able to use Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to determine if your computer is capable of running Windows 7.

If I misread one of Microsoft stores information, you can also get a file ISO downloadable here (though of course, you need to purchase a license from Microsoft): http://techpp.com/2009/11/11/download-windows-7-iso-official-direct-download-links/

    THE FORMAT OF ISO DOWNLOAD

For different products, you can download your software as an ISO file, which is a single file that contains all the files Setup for your application. Download your software as an ISO file makes backup of your files on a DVD or a USB storage device that is easy.

NOTE: If you use Windows 7, we provide the Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool that lets you create a backup of your Windows 7 software using the ISO file.

  • Validation in Windows Vista Home Premium at the start: errors and complications.

I was directed to this forum as a last chance for my situation.  I'll copy what I wrote before:

First of all: I can't run Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool.

With that of the road, I'll try to explain my situation.  Earlier today, I ran in the hope to get rid of some unnecessary files in disk cleanup. Well, he eventually delete most everything out of my C: drive.  So I ran a restoration of the system to an earlier time.  After the restoration, I tried to connect but received a box saying that my Windows Vista Home Premium product key is not valid.  They gave me three options:

Reduced functionality mode (does not work; see below)

    Enter the product key

Contact HP - do you have this: they wanted $ 100.

Now before to get started by offering suggestions, you need to get more information.

I can't use the reduced functionality mode.  When I click on it, an error with file not found window appears.  The only way I can access my desktop is by going into safe mode, and I can't go in safe mode with network.  So based on this little bump in the road, I was not able to use the tips I found online, because none of those working in safe mode.

Now there is more.  Frustrated, I tried to follow guides anyway.  So I followed the following steps:

    Step #3 game

    (1) open Internet browser

    (2) Type%windir%\system32into the browser address bar.

    (3) find the CMD.exe file

    (4) make a right click on CMD.exe and selectrun as administrator

    (5) type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, click Yes)

    (6) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing

    (7) type: Rename tokens.dat tokens.bar

    (8) type: cd %windir%\system32

    (9) Typenet start slsvc

    (10) type: cscript slmgr.vbs - FLIR (it may take time for this will be complete, please be patient)

    (11) restart twice

Not only that not solve my problem (since I was in safe mode I was refused permission), but it has created a new problem.  Now when I start my computer normally, IM is more given three options (reduced functionality mode, enter a product key, contact HP).

Instead, when I log on, an error pops up saying: "Insert the Windows CD or installation DVD into your computer to begin the process of resettlement." Now, my computer was shipped with windows and everything installed by the factory with the sticker on the side of the tower.  I have no Dvd or Cd.

I've had this computer for almost 3 years and I can not lose what I have on my computer. I have a genuine copy of Windows.  I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now.

    I used these links:

  • HP dm4-3099se with Windows 7 Home Premium format and would like to re - install Home Premium

My laptop is HP Pavilion dm4-3099se and it came with Windows 7 Home Premium. The password was lost and I was advised to format the system. The system has been formatted (all disks have been removed except for drive C :) and an OS from Windows 8 pro installed. Shortly after the formatting, found the lost password. If possible, I'd like to go back to the operating system supplied with the system (i.e. window Home Premium) and also get all the drivers provided with the system.

    Please, help me.

    Hello

    There are two options available.

    1. you can order a set of replacement recovery disks using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office).  They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.

    Order HP recovery disks.

2 another option that you might consider is to create your own Windows 7 installation disc.

Also, if possible, back up the folder swsetup which lie at the root of the C drive.

You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a very respected source (Digital River).

    Windows 7 sp1-iso-official-32-bit-and-64-bit

Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.

    http://www.kodyaz.com/articles/how-to-activate-Windows-7-by-phone.aspx

Regarding the drivers etc, you must, if you were able to save the swsetup this will contain all the software installers and drivers for your laptop - if you were not able, drivers and software, you may need can be found here.

    Best regards

  • Need in Windows 7 Home Premium ISO

I have installation of 64-bit Windows 7 Home premium on a new PC. No Cd. I want to download an ISO bootable for this make a DVD to reinstall the operating system if my HD PC crashes. Can someone help me in this process? Thank you.

New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling.
