G Tech support on trojan Virus call

I got a call from a company called G Tech support claiming I have some virus Trojan affecting computers on the West Coast. He took me in mt computer an mre have shown a screen that showed a few errors. They want $115 to correct this breach of security. I tink it's a scam, but my computer has had problems lately. Can you tell me if this is a scam or not? Their site says key partner for Microsoft.
