  HPDM uses MAC of the server host as the ID gateway (which must be unique), is not possible you have two gateways installed on the same server host - Agent DM is not able to find out who will speak with.

  We are upgrading of HPDM 4.6 to 4.7 and the keystore file has been deleted in the process. So, we get this log message whenever we try to send a job to one of our machines:

  "Agent denied the task because the device management gateway could not pass authentication".

  I deleted the two files of C:\Windows\xpeagent key on one of the machines and that seems to have solved the problem - for this computer. Repeat this process for ALL our machines would be a daunting task.

  Is there another way to resynchronize the devices with the server, or are we out of luck?

  If we should not touch each machine individually, anyone has advice or scripts to speed up the process?

  I can't figure out how to import the database into the latest version of the client server postgre and I already spent a lot of time on this project. I don't have the password to the database to original then I would probably just be stuck again, in any case. We're going to rename the key on clients computers files for now.  Thanks for your help!

  The problems seems to be in the Microsoft Security Update KB2585542, that TLS and SSL fixes. Apparently some websites that use SSL do not work properly because of this.

  I had to disable the update of security KB2585542, then downgrade to FF 9.0.1.

  BUT I don't want to remain unpatched and with an older version of FF. A way around this problem without downgrading?

  EDIT: Just to be clear, even after I disabled the patch MS that I kept getting "the connection was reset" in FF10. Everything worked great until I upgraded to FF10 even with the patch on.

  Hello. Just bought a new printer HP 6968. Was configuring the static IP address and get an error the default gateway is not valid.

  The parameters I tried I actually used with my computer so I know they are very well; However, they do not work with the HP printer. The problem seems to be that the IP address and the gateway address differ in the last two digits. IE: printer IP 198:162:1:69 and the 198:162:2:1 of the default gateway. If I try to set the third maching printer numbers then the printer accepts the parameters but of course has no network connection. Our network of offices has many computers, printers and other devices configured in the same way that gateway with an IP address using different numbers in the two last digits. Other printers that we have in the Office have no trouble to take similar parameters. If at this point, I am at a loss to know how to get the printer on the network and the search to return.

  Reset the printer to the default network.   Now, set your static IP address in the printer, but not the same as the gateway 192.168.2.1.

  Make sure that your static IP address is outside the range of the DHCP of the router yhour.

  I have a new L10-202. It came with XP Home and I reformatted the drive and installed XP Pro and reinstalled Toshiba Utilities. I installed a Linksys wireless router and a linksys Pmica card. The wireless connection is good and if I connect the router directly to the wired LAN, it works very well, too. But when I connect the computer directly to the modem I get an error of default gateway server. Its like its waiting for the router online. I checked all my Windows settings on your desktop that works very well with no luck. Can anyone make a suggestion?

  Have you tried using the modem without the PCMCIA card?
  I m not 100% sure, but maybe the modem doesn't work because the router wifi and pcmcia card are enabled and connected.

  Thank you for your comments. It seems that I solved the problem of the default gateway. Time will tell if the remains of the printer connected through long periods of no use (see update below).

  It seems that the configuration of the router of the "DHCP fixed existing host" has nothing to do with the device assigned a static IP address. In fact, it seems that this setting prevents the printer through a default gateway of the router address.

  I noticed that when you give the PC a fixed IP, it connected through the router without any other configuration of router. If I reasoned that it may be applied to the printer also, so I moved the printer 10.0.0.251 and Bingo! the default gateway can be set to the IP address of the route.

  Since then I downloaded to other updates, which is supposed to correct the common problem of wireless printers, loss of the connection.

  I'll try to report in the next few weeks an update about the stability of connection network printers.

  And more of the foregoing, my router support suggested I increase a parameter "timeout" from 24 hours to 10 days. I did it more than a week. Today, the printer worked after the impression of not for about 5 days

  The TC's gear level really home / servant and I recommend routers in Enterprise for any situation of the enterprise-level.

  I have this router, but could not find updates the firmware for it on the Web from Toshiba site? Is there anything (I think it's a discontinued product)?

  The reason I ask is because the device has stopped working since my ISP changed my ADSL connection to the ADSL service BT instead of the normal ADSL Max.
  This device should work with ADSL Max? Do I need to change the settings to make it work?

  ] to this router, it seems it should be compatible with ADSL max. I couldn't find any firmware updates online, but would suggest you reset the router and let automatically pick the BT wholesale's ISP configuration. If this does not work, I would try to access the router configuration page and check the connection with your ISP settings.

  What program you receive this error message?
  Have you tried another browser, for example Firefox or Opera?

  I guess it has something to do with your wireless network card or WLAN parameters if the LAN cable is working properly. So you should try to update the WLAN driver on the Toshiba site.
  Also, try to disable the filtering of MAC addresses and use another encryption.
