  Using inferential holmesien and Spadian skills of inquiry, I discovered that the problem lies in a third-party filter application. I determined that since the program gave me the error message when PES 11 has begun its analysis of filter plug-ins, then the problem may lie there. I removed the filter plugins from the program's ' Plugins' directory to another folder and add back one by one until I received the error message. Of course, I have finally found the plugins defective and withdrawn. PES 11 now loads without problem.

  Sometimes the malware could have disabled the files. Try to run an online scan and see if it helps.

  I am running windows xp on a motion LE1600 tablet. I just got this computer and windows journal does not start. Whenever I try to launch it I get the message could not initialize the 0xc0000006 error journal.exe, click on ok to terminate the application. the message always appears twice in fact.

  All other programs start without a problem, including other programs that use the features of the tablet.

  I tried to run cmd journal.exe /repairnote suggestion I found on other forums, but this did nothing and error poped again the utility ran.
