Google Wallet payment fails on OneNote upgrade

My Google Wallet payment continues to fail when I try to upgrade my OneNote.  The charges will thrues to my credit card company, but Microsoft refuses...

This is the message I get...

  • If my monthly payment fails, my apps stop at the same time?

    With the security breach, we may have to change our credit cards.  Would be - for this reason or another, a monthly payment fails, our CC applications stop working at once, or do we receive any period of grace for the payment of correct?  Anyone know this?

  • I can't google in search engine after the upgrade to 9

    I just upgraded to version 9, and now search engine (the one top-right) does not at all. I used to have google as default and the other engines available on the menu drop down. If I manage search engines, I am taken to the Add-ons page with nothing like that the choice of research, I used to have. Is this a bug or this feature is no longer available? If Firefox supports more this feature, how to return to an earlier version without losing Favorites, settings, etc.? Win xp SP3 on the desktop.

    I tried to open firefox with a new profile, and there was no change. In desperation, I copied the profile to the desktop, completely uninstalled and reinstalled firefox folder. Copied old favorites and cookies to the profile folder, then restore bookmarks of these files. It seems to work so far, at least the search bar is back and work and bookmarks are intact. I guess it was a bad installation of the origin of the problem. I still need to get a few things that still works, but not more time for that now. It has been a project all day.

    V5 is a lot more about correct configurations that v4 was, which is why some things than v4 that slide will produce an error during upgrade to v5. Obviously there is something in your time zone settings that he allowed to v4, but like v5.

    A conf "sho" on your sensor v4 and near the top of the page (just after the IP addresses), check all do in the section "timeParams". My guess is you have some parts here, but at the very least, you have not defined a DST zone name. You can set everthing correctly under here by running "setup" in the CLI, and when it asks you if you want to "Change the system clock settings" answer Yes and work your way through the guests. Then try the upgrade again and let us know how you go.

    If the error persists, please cut and paste your timeParams section and we'll see what happens.

    For the last two weeks, I started getting a "connection failed" problem with Google Maps on my BB Torch 9800.  I tried to pull the battery, reinstall Google Maps, working on a connection wi-fi-etc. but logging into Google Maps still does not work.

    The Google Maps app works fine, otherwise.  The only problem is that I'm not able to get my "favorite places" when I log in the application with gmail and my password.

  • Failed Windows 7 upgrade - now my computer does not start - what do I do?

    I tried to upgrade to Windows Vista 64 for Windows 7 64.  During installation to 75% of the last step, the computer "hung up" for hours.  I abandoned the installation to fail.  Have no idea why it does not have since I ran the compatibility test, deleted all the programs of conficting, anti-virus, etc.

    Now, I can't get the computer to boot.  I tried to go the last good start with Vista 64 and the operation failed.  I also tried a variety of corrections that are posted on several forums.  All I can get is a continuous loop of the attempts to start (for example. Windows - Vista - HP diagnoistics of screen - screen black screen prompts - and then he repeats)

    Without success, I tried to do a system restore - which also failed.  Any suggestions on how I can recover the system and try the upgrade again?

  • Win7 fails during the upgrade of a Phenom II X 2 a X 4

    I am running Windows 7 64 bit on a card mother Biostar TA790GX A3 + AM3. I have been running a Phenom II X 2 555 CPU and want to switch to a X 4 965 processor but I can't get Windows 7 to boot when I swap the processors. Both processors are supported by the motherboard and both processors work fine when they work the FRIEND bios routines or control program memory but the motherboard restart when loading Windows 7, usually just after I get my user name and press ENTER.

    The only thing I replaced is the CPU. I tried to reset using the reset ROM bios jumpers, I set the bios to the OPTIMUM setting, and I've tinkered with most of the bios settings, trying to get Windows 7 to go past the login screen.

    This is a security feature to prevent me from moving my copy of system builder OEM of Windows from one computer to another? Is there a work around? I have to call Microsoft? Is there a phone number?

    Well, after having played with a number of commands that have been listed on this website as possible solutions to get a Windows 7 system to start again, I have finally given and decided to do a new install.

    My machine had worked for two years with Windows XP and it had worked for 6 months with Windows 7 32 bit. It worked for 2 months after I upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit. Then I swapped the AMD processor 2 955 X for an AMD X processor 4 965.

    I ran SFC SCANNOW and BOOTREC and I returned my system to the last known good configuration, but I couldn't get my machine to stop crashing to 7 seconds (sometimes 14) after windows login screen appears. After losing a few days I look at Windows 7 boot and planting in an endless loop, I decided to buy a new hard drive and do a fresh install. One of the best solutions is to use MSCONFIG command line program in Win7 to tell Windows to run my CPU upgrade as a processor X 2 or X 3 X 4. This seemed to solve all the problems with Win 7 crash.

    I had a copy of Windows XP for this machine on a hard drive. When I plugged in SATA cables and tried to boot Windows XP with X 4 CPU it initialized right to the top and ran for two days. So, it was not the CPU.

    After a good amount of lost time, I could not have my win7 64 bit system starts so I bought a new hard drive and installed Windows 7 64 bit from scratch. This configuration had no problem for a few days until Windows 7 has started to download UPDATES. It downloaded and installed updates 93 both and rebooted fine. A while later you download 4 updates more. I stopped the machine and started it again and it went into his routine update of files. He said that he applied for 1 of 4 updates. On the second or the third update, he got 32 percent and the judgment. It does three or four times, whenever it came with the F8 boot screen which gives you the opportunity to start with minimum windows. I chose the one with networking. As it starts in this environment, he said that updates had failed and that he would come BACK. HE arrested 3 or 4 times saying it was files back. Finally he started and gave me a login screen. I connected and made a few things, so I closed my computer to see if it would start. He repeats the four files Windows Update reboots, then I went into the minimum windows with networking, he gave me the screen back again, and then he crossed four recovery restart.

    I decided to document the process here in the forum of ANSWERS.

    Now when I pass my cursor on the START > SHUTDOWN button shows Windows 7 wants to "install updates day and then stop" just as he did the last two times. Each series of stops takes about half an hour to go through four cycles of updates and four cycles of returns.

    Now, I'm looking for a way to prevent Windows 7 to try to apply the same 4 updates that have already failed twice.

    I have not mentioned so far, but the 100 MB on my hard drive which is called RESERVE SYSTEM is also a problem, as is PROTECTION on my files. I have a directory on drive E: called IMAGES. He had thousands of photographs that have been put there under Windows 7 in the last years. Now that I can't have that Windows 7 built to start all files have a SECURITY LOCK on them. It is not a problem as a new installation of Windows 7 will allow me to break the lock, as long as I am the administrator. The problem is that I need to break the lock on each directory.   • Something (update may have failed) preventing the upgrade to 8.1

    Hi all. Looking for help with my problem!

    I have an ASUS PC with Windows 8.

    I have been automatically updated to 8.1 when it came out, but problems with her has made my laptop unusable so I handed over to 8 and weeded the updates that force the upgrade to 8.1 and prevented.

    I like go to 10, but to upgrade to 8.1 firstly, apparently.

    To do this, I was informed by the 8.1 download page to install a few missing updates. I went to the updates and everything except a properly installed update.

    The update that didn't settle was KB2920189. I searched for help and found that a lot of people had this problem, but all seemed to speak to install on servers etc. (also sounded as if it was an update from 2014, so I don't know why he didn't score himself before, I regularly check updates.) The advice given causing a dangerous boot or something and advised to not to do this unless you know what you're doing. I did not, so I didn't feel uncomfortable following this Council!

    The only thing I could think was to hide the update, I did. Download 8.1, then worked, but the installation failed. I guess it's because of the update failed, but I'm not 100% sure.

    Can someone help me understand what is happening? All I want to do is get to 10 Windows!

    Please provide a copy of your system information file. To access your information file system select the hotkey Win + R, type msinfo32 and click OK . Place the cursor on the System summary. Select file, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Click Save. Do not place the cursor in the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new information file system each time system information is available. You must allow a minute or two before the file is completely filled before exporting a copy. Please download the file to your OneDrive, to share with everyone and post a link here. Normal mode preferred report. Please say if the report was obtained in safe mode. If the report is in one language other than English, please indicate the language.

    Please download and share with everybody fresh copies of your newspaper System and Application (two files) of your event viewer on your disc one and post a link here. You can delete the earlier copy of your OneDrive records.

    To access the system, log, select the hotkey Win + R, type eventvwr.msc and press the key. In the list on the left side of the window, select system and Windows logs. Place the cursor on the system, select the Action in the Menu and record all events like (the evtx default file type) and give a name to the file. Do the same for the application log. Do not offer not filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting the Action from the menu. Do not clear the logs so that you have a persistent problem.

  • Inability to Adobe to help with the payment failed

    I pay my subscription via PayPal, everything was fine until my payment in July that failed, there was no explanation or reason. I have not contacted Adobe 4 times via their cat because they don't offer phone support for questions of payment? !!!

    Every moment I was told to wait 24 hours and everything will be fine. It is never so I contact them again. They tried to put it down to PayPal with a problem when all my other PayPal payments and subscriptions do not have issues and have PayPal confirm that Adobe have not even tried to take a payment for July.

    I reinstated billing details and implement new agreements of PayPal 8 times, whenever he says it is up to date, but then I don't see the "Oh no!" problem of payment message. I would never give my money so much and Adobe do not seem to consider, or admit that they need to fix something on their end.

    I get given the option of closing my account together and having to create a new account with a different email, how is - this practice or even acceptable? How Adobe can expect from me that loose access to all my files and have to re - download all to use their software when and not even attempt to try to solve this problem?

    Sorry for the mug shot, but does anyone else have any dealing with Adobe on this? How did you fix it?

  • payment failed while I have no problem with my credit card

    Adobe sent me a message where they say that my payment has failed for this month. They ask me to pay with one card of another check with my Bank because they do not recognize the information of my credit card. I checked with my Bank and there is no problem with my credit card or my bank account. This disorder has happened twice, month last month. Last month I paid with one card of another but this month here I don't want to pay with another again, because my credit card works great! Is there anyone in this situation? If not, I would call Adobe, but I have not found the opportunity to call for this specific problem.

  • vCenter Storage Monitoring Service Service initialization failed after the upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5

    I recently upgraded from vCenter 5.1 to 5.5. After the upgrade, I started getting health warnings for the VMware vCenter monitoring of Storage Service that say "failed to initialize the Service." I restarted the vCenter server and restart services several times and who has not deleted the question. When I look in the SMS. LOG file there is no activity in it since I did the upgrade (a week or more there). All prior activity in the SMS. JOURNAL seems to be well upward until the upgrade took place though. I found at least half a dozen KB articles that describe the various reasons why this error may occur, but they all relate to older versions of vCenter. Just to be complete, although I saw the symptoms in the articles and none of them really seem to be the same as what I see. My hypothesis is that perhaps the SMS did not get properly re-installed upgrading because I don't see any SMS subdirectory in the directory \Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat\webapps but I do not know if this directory must exist on a 5.5 installation.

    If you would be grateful if anyone has any advice for troubleshooting for this type of error.

    Change the credentials of the service account for VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage Service to those used to start the VMware vCenter Server service and the service of VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices. By default, the account used Local System.

    Restart the service, the change was made, and then check.

  • Update failed, unable to upgrade to 4.1

    I tried to install pre-upgrade-from-ESX4.0-to-4.1.0-0.0.260247-release.zip, but the update failed because / var/log being full. After a reboot and clean/var/log, I tried to reinstall pre-upgrade-from-ESX4.0-to-4.1.0-0.0.260247-release.zip

    I get

    Host was not been updated, no change not required.

    Jump newsletter ESX410-GA-esxupdate; It is installed or outdated.

    But when I try to apply the upgrade, I get the following error:

    Message - two copies of the bulletin ESX410-GA-esxupdate definitions with

    Errno - 5

    Description - the format of the metadata is invalid.

    Summer research a bit in these forums and found a suggestion to rename bulletins.zip, but that has not worked for me.

    Any other suggestions?

    As mentioned Sukumar, you can solve this problem by renaming bulletis.zip. Here are the steps to rename the file etc/vmware/esxupdate/bulletins.zip on the ESX host:

    1. Run/etc/vmware/esxupdate cd.

    2. Run bulletins.old bulletins.zip mv.

    3. Apply the upgrade package by running:

    now to proceed with the upgrade by using the "upgrade-from-ESX4.0-to-4.1.0-0.0.260247-release.zip" bundle upgrade
