• Can I get Muse to force the browser to load the page to a specific anchor point?

  IM want to make a large page and use anchor points to reach different parts of the info. But I would like the page to load in the Center. Then, the user could choose either to the right or left on the page via anchor point buttons.

  A small sub, I also is: you can tell muse to load some images before the others? On slow internet connections, it is key to make the user who loads the page and not only gliching.

  Yes! All you have to do is to put an anchor at the top of where you want the page to load, then the link that goes to this page. connect to the anchor instead of this page!

  Hello. I'm working on a file in Illustrator CS5. All of a sudden when you use the direct Selection tool - handles and anchor points are not visible without worrying whether selected or not. They are simply not their appearance. They exist however. When I click-and - drag to select an area where I know there is an anchor point and then I use the keys keys to move the anchor point - I see the path change. But I don't see the point anchor I'm moving.

  It's all the product only on a particular file. When I open a new .as file and try to reproduce the problem - everything works fine.

  Any ideas why this is happening suddenly? I guess I accidentally hit something to change a setting, but what I can't understand. I have checked the selection and display of anchor in preferences, but can't find anything different there when comparing it to a file where everything works normally.

  Select a group of anchor points, I want to drag the handful of roping and have other anchorage handles to move the same angle and length than I'm moving, I can currently do drag up the warp through the paths tool to get some sort of equal effect I want but that is not always the same ,

  I wish that all grooves (paths) to have the same length and angle of anchorage handles. Thus, they maintain their relations. But I want to do this actively by dragging one of the handles to anchor, not by a dialog with preview,

  Quite simply... You can not.

  At least not without third-party plug-ins such as XtremePath or Control Point. And even then, you must move the handles, do not drag.

  Another thing to check, it is that you don't have a different style for the 'Active' State in the States Panel.

  I'm surprised. This used to be a very frequent. I suppose that interactive reports and the inexplicable current fetish for tabular forms made it less necessary.

  As Andrew says, it can be done using an anchor element (although historically using the attribute name rather than id - where he was a named anchor ):

  However, in modern browsers a specific anchor is not required: the value of an attribute id on an element can serve as a link URL fragment identifier .

  There are 2 parts so to make this work:

  1 Add the unique id for each row in your report attributes.

  As you already have links on each line it is convenient to include the id attribute using the attributes of link property, with the PK (or all identifying unique that you use in the link) as the value of the id . Using an alphabetical prefix is recommended for compatibility with valid ID HTML inheritance rules:

  id="r-#REPORT_PK_COLUMN#"
  

  2. on the detail page, add identifier fragment required to the URL used to return to the report page.

  Assuming you are using branches to do this, change the target Type to "URL" rather than "Page in this Application" and build the URL to return to the report page. The fragment identifier is a "#", followed by the prefix of your use of the IDs, followed by the reference to substitution string to the agenda of the detail page containing the unique ID:

  I would like to be able to handle specific errors without having the th script to abort. For example, I have a form that allows users to download a file and enter the file information in a table. So when it comes actually loading the file, I can set up a string of accept say Image / * to allow only images. If the user downloads a text file, the script fails with a message. But I prefer an output message and return to the form, keeping the data entered.
  
  I can intercept application errors, but I'd really like to only focus on this error. I see embedded in the CFCATCH structure the string "$InvalidUploadTypeException". Is there a list of these exception strings? Is there a place to find it without looking through the CFCATCH structure?

  There is no list of exceptions and such a list would change with each version or patch (still would be if Adobe published the list).

  Yes, you have to dive through the taken news, as sucky as this can be. There is no other ¿legal? way to get a list of the types of exceptions and there are at least 800 exceptions (roughly) possible to the CF 7.02.
