Hash mismatch

Someone knows how to fix this? It is linked to a 64-bit Windows 8 platform and seems to be quite common (see Web results for "Amd64\CNBJ2530. PBO"prncacla.inf" (). "

No apparent defect, but very slow start, especially one in the morning.
Below which appears in the journal CBS.log after several sfc/scannow (s) who say it is impossible to repair damaged files.

I tried to fix in uninstalling and reinstalling KB2769165, without any result. Any other ideas?

I was check this problem via an other Microsoft Communities (England, France, Italy). According to many experts, the problem is not significant. In addition, looks that sfc reports often false errors. My two PC (1 laptop Windows 8 Pro 64-bit and 1 8 32-bit with Media Center Windows desktop) reported the same "hash mismatch" but does not show any abnormality. No printer installed Canon! I hope that Microsoft will solve this mystery... sooner or later.

Another thing to try is to safe boot mode and download it while that started in this. Do it even if you do not plan to use the Mac in Mode safe is clumsy and slow.

It can sometimes help with installs failed, but may be worth a try.

Also, just start safe mode and restart normally will erase some system updates cached.

  • In Vista, APC Index Mismatch blue screen error

I recently started getting this error. I'm not entirely sure of what he calls, but I have some information here:

    Signature of the problem:
    Problem event name: BlueScreen
    OS version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1

    C:\Users\mdk\AppData\Local\Temp\WER7FB.tmp.version.txt

The main problem is, I restart my computer often and this is the only time where I had this happen so far. I probably reboot my computer once a month or so, sometimes more if there is no reason to restart. Between the last time I have now and the last time that I restarted, I installed a few games. GTA 4, GTA SA, SC 2, AOE 2/3, 1/2 SC and Grid. Also with some games came Steam and this thing of Rockstar club. I don't remember if or what else I installed it, I'm sure that there are more good.

I have no new hardware changes.

Off a response that I've read here, I open CMD and typed: SFC/scannow

I don't know much of what the log file, but in the CMD window, it stated that it finds corrupted files, but cannot fix them.

It would be great if someone could help me if I can avoid this problem in the future. If you need information let me know.

EDIT: I just looked through some of the file and noticed several files that were trying to be repaired.

It was only a matter of time, the system failed to start well and did a clean reinstall of the operating system. Works fine now.

  • Status of clustering and failover rises as warning - NO IP Hash offset

    Hi all

In my lab at the House, I created a distributed switch and activated the health check. I checked and found that the grouping and health status was as unknown. Screen attached.

    error 2.png

After 3 minutes, I had an alert in the VI client to the host stating vds teaming situation of incompatibility. Attached snapshot.

    error 1.png

As I turned off the alarm that teaming and health goes unknown status to the warning. NO IP Hash mismatch. Attached snapshot.

    error 3.png

I checked all the port groups and I'm not under IP Hash on any group of ports. I rebooted services.sh but no go. I did check the vmkernel.log file, but did not find something informative. I'm under esxi 5.5 U1 and VC 5.5

I'm running my VMware Workstation 11 environment

Any suggestion how to solve the NO IP Hash mismatch error.

    Thank you

    Vaibhav

Thank you for your question on my blog, sorry for the late reply.  Health check is sometimes a little weird.  VMware recommends to use to identify the problem and not constantly.  Health check is not supported with virtual load on any type of network interface cards on the platform, see:

    http://KB.VMware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalID=2034795

This includes FlexFab HP or UCS.   I assume that the virtual network adapter in my computer can also be throwing it for a loop.   I consider the following options:

    -Check your political grouping switch

-Check to each political grouping port group

-Ensure that none are set to the hash of the IP (for mac source based laboratory at home is your best bet or charge based on grouping)

-If everything's not hash IP then I would turn off and on again you might find new results

-At the end of the day the fact that you are using workstation can be the cause of the problem because ESXi hosts see a virtual network card.

    Notes on the screenshots:

-First shot is normal, that's the message while it is still testing

-Second and third are related to a real incompatibility or the grant in the above KB

It's my best guess... the truth is that I've seen all kinds of crazy what with virtual cards.   I saw a situation where the health check was running a CAM table off entries (500,000) with health check the UCS... it's really bad on UCS do not use.

    It will be useful.

    Thank you

    Joseph

  • 7.2 Skype won't start not

I am running windows 8.1 on a desktop computer, with the latest version.

Yesterday, I turned off my computer, and when I turned it on had a windows update. After update, Skype would not start. When I click the icon it happens under process, and as an icon, I see that Skype is on, but it can not be cut in the icon, and no window opens.

I have already tried a few solutions, but am at a total loss about how to solve this problem.

Unfortunately, the ieframe.dll module seems to be damaged and cannot be repaired.

"" Cannot repair the military record [l:22 {11}] "ieframe.dll' of Microsoft-Windows-ieframe, Version = 11.0.9600.17690, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_IA32_ON_WIN64 (10), the Culture neutral, VersionScope is 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, type neutral, TypeName neutral, neutral to the public key in the store, hash mismatch

I don't know, but the problem might have been caused by the KB3032359 Windows Update failure.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/en-us/KB/3032359

You can try to uninstall this update.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/remove-update#1TC=Windows-7

Anther option is to use the system restore from there to get back before the latest Windows updates have been installed.

  • Corrupt Windows Server system files

I have problems with IE11 crashing for a Windows Web Server 2008 R2 SP1. I determined that the problem is caused by the BONES being corrupted system files. Is there a way to repair these system without wiping files and reload the operating system? If so, how to accomplish this? A system restore may not be an option. I would also avoid just using another browser.

    Soob,

The update issue occurs because winsxs cmiv2.dll hashes do not match the actual file hash values in the servicing stack, which is located in
    Windows\System32\AdvancedInstallers.
The CBS.log newspaper shows can not repair the military file and its location,Microsoft-Windows-ServicingStack cmiv2.dll.
Which brings us to assume it refers to the file in the AdvancedInstallers subfolder.
You can replace cmiv2.dll using one of these 3 methods-

1 1 extraire extract from the Windows 7 DVD, grant Full permissions, take ownership of cmiv2.dll in the AdvancedInstallers subfolder, delete it, replace it with the copy of the extracted, repossess TrustedInstaller (owner of all system files), restart and check if the update issue is resolved.
How to extract system files missing from the DVD of Windows 7/Vista
    2. make a "in-place upgrade", alias Installation repair - repair facility
Please take note of the recommendation to temporarily disable the installed AV, in your case, it would be trend. Recommend to Configure the system to boot if you aren't 100% sure the deactivation of all processes of trends and components.
After doing the above, that the system must have all updates for Windows 7 installed that were available in the system when it started first.

    3. do a clean install of Windows 7.

  • Windows 7 update error 80246008 - qmgr.dll deleted by avast...

Hi, I have problems to download updates for Windows 7.

I have looked through the forum already answers but I am certain that badly.

I use Avast antivirus software and it picked up the qmgr.dll in 32 system as root kit folder? Since then, I read that it is called a false positive. In my naivety, I have instructed Avast to delete.  I understand this to be part of the program BITS used for the update of windows.

Is there anyway to download and install this file qmgr.dll? And how do I do it?

I tried the fix it solutions assume but these don't work because Avast has been deleted and the registry? I did the sfc and it is the report in detail below.

Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for Windows Vista SP2 issues until August 30, 2010. Availability of support chat or messaging differs depending on your location. Some questions may require that more support for which he is advanced a charge.  Go to http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?prid=13014&gprid=582034 & select appropriate category (i.e., download problem;) Installation problem; Problems after installing a service pack).

Personal data backup (which none should be considered 100% reliable at this point) then format the HARD disk and do a clean install of Windows.  Please note that a repair installation (upgrade AKA on-site) will NOT fix it!

Once installed the clean, you will have the equivalent of a "new computer" in order to take care of everything on the next page before connecting the machine to the internet or one local network (i.e. other computers) otherwise and before using a flash drive or the SD card that is not brand new, or has not been freshly formatted:

NB: No matter what Norton or McAfee free trial which is preinstalled on the computer when you bought will be reinstalled (but invalid) when Windows is reinstalled. You MUST uninstall the trial for free and download/run the removal tool before installing updates, Windows Service Packs, or updates IE and before installing your new anti-virus application.

  • NTVDM error

When I try to install one of my (10-15 years) old computer games, I get a message saying "ntvdm.exe is not working" and then the application closes without installing. I have a Vista 32 bit. Through my research, I learned that ntvdm is, just, I was not able to find a solution.

I looked to see if there were errors in the event viewer, and I do not see.

I also ran the SFC.exe, but which did not find any problem.

I will use the link provided by Dave_D, posted in the other thread using ntvdm, on the first page (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314106/ ), but it says that its for XP. Is there anything else I could do?

I also have problems to install an old program.  The program is Civilization II by Microprose.  It autoplays as an audio CD, so I went to the computer, open the drive, and got an error message, "NTVDM.exe does not work."

I ran the scan sfc as you instruct above and got a very long log file.  The log file name was not sfcdetails.txt; I had to look a few lines above to find the name of the file (it was something like C:\windir\cbs\cbslog.log I don't remember exactly, but I enter Notepad and saved on my desktop.)  He said there was some corruption, that he could not fix.

I paste many lines of the log here:

  • Corrupted files. Are related to unsuccessful attempts to download SP2?

Hello! I tried to download SP2 without success. I ran the SFC scan and, including the results for you to see. There are several corrupted files that could not be repaired, and I don't know what to do next. Any suggestions? These files are associated with the failure of the SP2 download?

  • Can I fix CRYPTSVC just manually. DLL?

Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 - McAfee running from the first day.

I had a problem for a while where some Windows updates work, but not all. I ran SFC and found the following:

"... Cannot repair the military record [l:24 {12}] "cryptsvc.dll" Microsoft-Windows-cryptsvc-dll, Version = 6.0.6002.18643, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), the Culture neutral, VersionScope is 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35} ", type neutral, TypeName neutral, neutral to the public key in the store, hash mismatch '"

The file in Windows\system32 has length zero and a modification date of 01/06/2012, which is long before the issue of the update begins.  In a restore partition supplied with the computer, I found a copy of cryptsvc.dll, but this is the version 6.0.6000.16386. I have a zero another copy of length and a file manifest in also dated Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-cryptsvc-dll_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6002.18643_none_77bddd9098134535 from 01/06/2012. I have several other copies with the last version 6.002.22869 in C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-cryptsvc-dll_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6002.22869_none_7837de25b13bb212 in date from 02/06/2012.

It is an old computer and I'd rather not start from scratch, if I can just copy the original or most recent file in windows\system32 and perhaps to reregister but I had problems in the past trying to patch manually a single dll without also replacing a bunch of DLLs associated with those of the same vintage. I do not know what dll associated may be involved, and I see at least 3 that changed the same day that so-called cryptsvc became corrupt.

So, what should I do to make this correction "simple"?

    Thank you.

So it's probably too late for the OP, but I had a similar problem with cryptsvc.dll on machine windows server 2008 R2, preventing windows updates running, among other things. I suspect that in our case it was a residual problem with removing antivirus (such as a problem with this time and I know that we had serious problems remove Avast!)

I just copied the dll and a good registry settings, the same system of work

    c:\windows\system32\cryptsvc.dll

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\CryptSvc

So in regedit, right click on the key cryptsvc, and then export. Copy the .reg file that is saved on the wrong server as well as the .dll file

And then double-click the .reg file to import, and then save the file .dll to an elevated command prompt window.

    Regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\cryptdlg.dll

(NB: also use the command line rather than explore to copy the dll)

The failed service, then started immediately and in my case (Server 2008 r2) I was able to then start appidsvc (service application identity).

  • Error code 80070490 in Windows Update (5 important updates failed)

I am very close to give up because I tried to solve this problem for days now :( I get an error every time in Windows Update (error Code 80070490) and I tried so many times to install these updates, but the exact same error happens every time. I tried to delete all the files in the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and start again, but it happens again and again.

5 updates failed are as follows:

    Update for Windows Vista KB2756822

Update security for Windows Vista KB2705219

Update security for Windows Vista KB2731847

    Update for Windows Vista KB2661254

    Update for Windows Vista KB2749655

My Windows/OS is Vista, and it's a real version enabled.

    Please help will highly appreciated!

Your operating system is corrupted. To eliminate the problems on your computer, you need to restore factory settings and rebuild your computer system.

A recovery of the system partition contains a copy of the operating system as it was when the computer was purchased new. Using the copy of Vista, you can restore the computer to factory settings. Of course you must back up your data files to an external before restoring support as the process reformats the disk thus clearing all existing files before writing new files.

Please read Chapter 13 (page 33) Manual:
    5738 http://global-download.Acer.com/GDFiles/document/generic%20UG/generic%20UG_Acer_1.0_A_A.zip?acerid=633967123940952836&STEP1=notebook&Step2=aspire&step3=aspire & OS = ALL & LC = en & BC = ACER & SC = EMEA_27

The manual suggests that you have an option to restore the operating system and retain user data that I've not seen in a manual before. It is worth trying because it reduces the work involved but I would again as a precaution, back up your data files on external safety precaution if things go wrong.
