  I have many reasons why I won't release of multiple sound cards at the same time. I know I'm not the only one who has this problem based on some quick searches of bing.

  Unfortunately this does happen, as it is by design,
   
  Here, a single device can be marked as default device, follow these steps below for more information.
   
  1. click on start, type Sound in the box to start the search.
  2. click on sound in the results of search at the top of the start menu.
  3. click on the tab reading notice the check mark next to the default device.
   
  As it is a design problem, there is nothing we can do from our end.

  On a different note... a friend of mine using a non-Toshiba laptop with win XP has an older version of the Realtek audio driver and select the mic and stereo mix at the same time... I downloaded this version in my laptop, but still, I can choose only one at a time...

  Check that the audio settings of Windows and don t forget in the Realtek HD audio Manager. You can find it in the control panel.

  I think that your microphone is on Mute check so this.

  What you are trying to do may not work with your touchpad.  Normally when it is best to use a mouse.  The hardware is built to be different and you might find it easier to work with.

  In the center of Action of Windows 7, Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) is enabled.  I tried to turn on Windows Defender 'manually' and get a status of "OFF"OBSOLETE"? that quickly toggles back and forth

  I'm trying to maximize my options "malicious."  I have NOT tried turning 'OFF' MSE to see if Windows Defender will be 'ON '.

  My real question is, can MSE and Windows Defender, being 'ON' at the same time or are mutually?

  A "full scan" using MSE detected the following malicious program "trojan:Win32 / Tracur.AV". I immediately deleted it. I think it's GONE!

  My "quick" weekly scans did not detect this malware. What a scare on my new laptop TOSHIBA P750.

  Now I take the time 'always' do a full scan.

  If you use Microsoft Security Essentials, there is no need to use Windows Defender. You can disable that and just let Microsoft Security Essentials run things.

  You should only use an antivirus program. using several programs at the same time will cause problems.

  I build an app using QML instrument & everything goes well except this little thing. I have created several "ImageButton" & gave them individual sounds by the command "onClicked. but I found these sounds play in a queue (click twice after the first audio button is filled & third time after 2nd and so on...) instead of playing at the same time. Y at - it a command which activates the buttons launch at the same time?

  You can create as myPlayer you want, then play them at the same time with different sound.

  The description of the problem, it looks like Windows Media Player plays 2 different songs at the same time when hover near a second file in Windows Media Player.

• Is it possible to have the audio from two different sources and routed to separate outputs at the same time?

  I currently have a string of the guitar signal electric-Rocksmith Real Tone cable - ASIO 4 all help IK Multimedia Amplitube 3.   I would like to know if I could also watch DVD with her while the implementation of the programme of Amplitube with sound.  It would be great that I use the DVD for guitar and play at the same time.   I don't have the signal of two merged as one.  In my mind, I should be able to disable the ASIO devices and use them with DirectX as usual.  I could send the ampitube signal to the headphones and use external speakers for the guitar signal, and use the lessons of speakers for the DVD (or maybe YouTube) laptop on board.

  Yes.  For example, I have my Skype phone calls go to my helmet (normal just plugged in the headset) while my media player plays my speakers.  You can choose your default communication or multimedia devices with a right click on the volume control icon and choosing "playback devices".

  Other programs can also be built to be "to the output current" and allow you to choose the output too.

• Flash Player playing multiple tones at the same time... even when the browser is closed

  I recently updated my Flash drive to 11.3 (latest version). When I go to a site that uses Flash (YouTube, for example), I'll start the video and then 10 seconds later, I get multiple tones at the same time. They all look like advertising, or TV stations. Even when I close my browser, the sound continues. When I opened my sound mixer, it is a "program" listed in "winrscmde", who plays both audio channels. When I go to the Task Manager, "winrscmde" presents itself as a svchost.exe * 32. When I stop this service the sound stops. It will resume again when I access a flash site. When I uninstall Flash Player 11.3, it stops.

  I am running Windows 7-64 bit with latest updates. THAT IS TO SAY 9.0.8112.16421

  On the second post down, the poster recommended download killer TDS winrscmde.exe is disquised as svchhost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder (you click on 'Properties', then the 'Détails' tab and check the original file name... If it is false, it will say winrscmde.exe under the original name).

  I also ran the program aswMBR as well as FixTDSS (http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/global/removal_tool/threat_writeups/FixTDSS.exe).

  That seems to fix the problem. Just reinstalled Flash and do not get the same questions. The svchost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder is legitimate!

  Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.

  You have probably chosen the worst pair when it comes to play nice together.  Strictly from a stability standpoint IOBIT has experienced problems with win 7.

  This seems OK, like it would be simple, but I can't make it work. I have 2 flv must play at the same time: one is a teacher in front of an electron microscope and the other is the actual flow of the microscope - so I need them to be able to be controlled by a set of components.   Scope - the microscope FLV
  TH - FLV talking head
  
  Both my Flv have an instance name of "myVideo" and when I test the swf file, only the last layer plays and is controlled (if the talking head is in the last layer that will play and vice versa).
  
  I can't understand, or find anything, anywhere on how to control both these FLV files with a single comonent.

• How to hide a control and change a background image at the same TIME

  I made a slideshow on LabView VI, who also monitors data in real time to a data logger.

  The program works like this: -.

  Start/Page 1:-bottom pane displays a nice screenshot. A set of indicators displays the data in real time. Switches to Page 2 after 20 seconds.

  Page 2:-background to an another screenshot. Hide indicators in real time and a set of three graphs appear, displaying historical data. Switches after 20 years.

  Page 3 etc:-hide charts and indicators, a 'slide show' appears by changing the history pane. Back to page 1 after the sequence.

  Everything works fine, except for one thing: I can't hide indicators and background to change at once, resulting in a clumsy "discrepancy" between the two.

  I did one VI example to illustrate this. Simply select two separate images to the façade, run the VI and toggle the Boolean control to see what I mean.

  Any idea how to get indicators and background of change at the same time?

  have you tried to "DeferPanelUpdates" when you power on? This is a property of the component...

  So David value = TRUE, do all the switching, to redefine Defer to FALSE!

• How to set up and use two video cards at the same time.

  I have HP Pavilion a6150d desktop under Windows XP SP3 PC. My goal is to be able to use the integrated video card and GeForce 220 video card I just buy at the same time.

  The integrated video card and GeForce video card (connected to the PCI-E) are installed and usable, but the problem is that I think that my computer cannot detect a video at a time card, so I can't use 2 monitors at the same time.  The video only card detects my computer is what I chose as a primer in the BIOS. When you go to the Device Manager display adaptors I can only find an available video card and that's regardless of Setup as primary in the BIOS.

  My GeForce 220 have VGA, DVI and HDMI display connectors, but I don't have that VGA cables. So my only option at the moment is to use my video card GeForce with band single VGA connector and integrated everyone to use my two monitors.

  I hope someone can help me without spending more money...

  Thanks Frank, this already answered my question, you help me already by saving my time searching for the fix (since there is NO solution), although it won't save my money I like always your quick response and your support. My monitor is HPw1907 with a DVI connector, so I'll just buy a DVI cable. My other monitor LCD SHARP that have a HDMI and VGA connector so I'll just use the VGA cable in this one.

  So I guess that my simple goal is not achievable using HP Pavilion a6150d. I love HP more than Dell, but it's doable in Dell, so I hope that HP will have way on how to make this thing work in the future.
