Hello. I've been locked out safari by a scam that indicates that I am in the cylinder head of an act of criminal law
I hv been locked out of Safari by a scam that says I'm in the breech of a criminal law Act Aust. To remove it from that I need 2 pay AUD $200 with good secure pay card. Other than to strip, how I remove this & access impossibility Safari pls?
It is a scam, do not respond.
Force Quit Safari, then restart Safari while holding the SHIFT key.

Please note that you can open PDF files using only the CD player. Any other format will not be supported by the software.

It's a scam. Choose force quit from the Apple menu, close Safari and then run it with the SHIFT key. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and close the tab Popup came.

Go to http://account.live.com and sign in using the same email as your watch the computer connection screen address. After you confirm that you can connect to the site, go back and reuse the same password on the PC.

I am having trouble with the help of paths and shape layers to create a solid and flat effect of "hair" in a cartoon animation.
I used a layer of shape of semicircle as the hair on the head, then a path with a stroke of the same width as the semicircle to appear throughout the hair.
Unfortunately when I move/turn the low point of the path that it causes gaps to appear higher where the race is in rotation around the point where the race is supposed to 'connect' to the semicircle.
I've included a few screen shots to turn the hair in front of ways so that you can see.

I need to know if there is a way to lock the top of page point to where she meets blond semi circle hair who will stop this part of move at all, even turning around the point.
But the background needs to move freely and obviously the part between the two points will move quite naturally.
If you can imagine how a young girl hair long hair attached to his head, he moves at all, but the background moves freely. It must be like that.
If you can provide all the assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

Locked out of Admin Access and password has been deleted or changed.
I've been locked out of my account and I can not get access to the C drive not even with the command prompt. Whenever I try to use Windows Management console it says "incorrect parameters". -What this means and how can I have access again?
Oh and I have Vista and I tried the Net User Administrator / Active: Yes and I can't access my UAC or C drive. Also, when I open command prompt and type "dir" I get access denied, even as an administrator.
How is that possible? I was told there is a way to get rid of all passwords on my computer to reset the?
