Help, my creative programs cloud will not update!

I have a little problem that I was hoping I could get answered. Since the release of CC 2015 I stopped to receive updates for the creative suite. I have realised that recently I had this problem when inDesign became completely unresponsive and began to break up minutes after startup.
I tried to uninstall programs and resettlement, are the same for the creative application of cloud and the search for updates inside the apps but it installs than the first version of the CC of 2015 applications.
This brings my work stopped, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use Mac OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5
I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.
Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.
I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.
Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.
Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...

In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.

Once done then please restart your machine and install again the creative cloud.

Why creative Cloud will not update on my laptop?
When I open the creative cloud application, I have an update message is available and have the choice of update or to immediately stop the application. So I choose the update and in the Middle, receive a message from a different version of the creative cloud is running and must be completed to continue. However, it seems according to my icons and the Task Manager, only the installer runs. Yet, when I hit retry, nothing happens, and of course when I close the installer, everything closes. If I choose do not update, the CC app leave immediately, so for the moment it is completely non-functional.

I actually have the CC desktop application installed for a while. Creative cloud will not update
I have been using creative cloud for the year. Get going to use now, it says that it needs to be updated. I can't ignore the update. When I run the update process begins as usual, but the creative cloud icon disappears from the title bar. My creative cloud will not update.

I don't want to install Acrobat DC at all, as I already have X Pro. DC moved, and my Acrobat Pro X program stops working. I don't seem to get rid of. In windows, is that the same problem was with Mac. My Pro X license number is no longer eligible. And the DC test program ended at work. I don't want to buy it.

You can uninstall trial Acrobat pro DC of your system via the control panel in windows & from applications, run the uninstaller for Acrobat pro DC.
Then you can work on your systems with Acrobat X pro. Please provide the exact error message you receive to activate Acrobat X pro.

I'm online (obviously), but I just get a pop-up that says please connect to the internet and try again.
I AM CONNECTED. I run my programs every day, I have an annual subscription, and I want to just update.

This happens when your system is not able to connect to the activation server. There may be several reasons for this such as firewall is not letting this respect to establish, or sometimes the Adobe entries in the hosts file.
You can check the hosts file and remove all the entries of her Adobe.
Location of the hosts file
Windows; - C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Mac: - window of the Open finder - click on go--> go to folder---> / etc---> press enter
Open the file with Notepad (windows), textedit (mac) hosts
