help with monthly plan
I package monthly photography and its still saying buy this product? I disconnected and back and still does not work...
I try to open photoshop tells me my product license... I log tells me that I have no subscription? I connect to my account and I have the package its doing my head lol
Interesting indeed. Could you connect to adobe.com with the same user name and password and check that it shows an active subscription? Also, be sure to have the latest version of Adobe Creative installed cloud.
IF all else fails, you will need probably to contact Adobe directly, as John mentioned.

I intend to sign up to the below plan in the coming days when my trial ends. Come February 2016 (for 6 months), I'll be back to the United Kingdom in recent years.
It's regarding Adobe Creative cloud (for Photoshop and Lightroom) an amount of $9.99 per month plan.
Q1. If me sign up for a subscription to Adobe and start using Lightroom in Australia now... in 6 months when I move to the United Kingdom, what steps should I do so that things will run smoothly for me in terms of Photoshop and Lightoom? Can someone please clarify, step by step, please?
Q2. I'll LOSE all the presets and also all action I did my edited and imported images that I've done so far in my Adobe Lightroom (in Australia)?
OR I'll be able to transfer all my Australian presets and imported images published to my NEW Adobe in the United Kingdom?
Q3. I noticed there are only 2 subscriptions: Annual Plan - pay monthly & annual Plan - prepaid.
My question: is there a plan monthly - paid monthly?
So am I right in saying that: if I choose the Annual - Plan paid a monthly subscription now... .and in February 2016 (duration of 6 months)... when I cancel that subscription, I will be always deducted 6 months x $9.99 = $60 for my rest of commitment 6 months... - You can check the Change the country associated with your Adobe ID link.
- The actions presets are stored in the memory of your computer and associated subscription or adobe ID. So unless you change the computer, everything associated with applications will remain the same.

After Six months, when you will spend in the UK then:
PREPAID ANNUAL plan - you can continue the subscription without cancelling if you buy
Paid MONTHLY - ANNUAL plan, you can continue to use the subscription if you want to use the billing information, address and e-mail id of Australia you do not need to cancel
Or, you must cancel and redeem the subscription with new details

I am a new user. The trial version ch & LR were uploaded 2 days ago and just joined the monthly plan. However, when open the LR, there all the same show PS with one day left and trial version with 29 days. Please please Advisor and would like to know if other apps like bridge etc. are included in the plan. Thank you very much.

I bought a monthly plan that allows me to access all applications. I signed up with my cell phone, but he had to alternate between mobile and desktop. I read where I can use two computers, not at the same time, but I can use both. Can I find out if I had to buy the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium, but I subscribed to photography CC for only one month plans, can I unsubscribe it and use the one bought instead?
I subscribed to the creative cloud only because I did not know that my College courses will be using other software too.
I hope to unsubscribe to the creative Cloud version and use the purchased instead.
