  I'm designing a website for a gallery, and they must be able to edit their images in the browser. My problem is editing in a widget of composition. Cannot get new images to "Adjust the content proportionally" (need to complete to appear in the box paint). 4 of the 5 appear to completely different sizes! Any ideas much appreciated!

  With in the edition of browser when you replace an image, the new image is cut to fit if it has different proportions.

  For best results, Exchange images with the same dimensions.

• Is it possible to create some custom shapes in the form of buttons for the composition of ToolTip widget?

  Basically, I have a collection of triangular shapes (orange cross section), and I want each segment/triangle is a thing of button ToolTip. So if you hover over a triangle it changes color and text appears below the orange itself. But the ToolTip widget composition seems limited to a form of square/rectangle for the container of button (I can put my image of triangle inside, but not change a square container).

  Any help? Picture below shows what I'm trying to achieve, the segment is red to show the form that I want.

  Currently, it is not possible with only Muse. Should the graphics cards that are not supported. Your best plan would be to create as a composition of edge animate and then add it to the Muse.

• Help! I can't change the search engine for the Firefox widget on my home screen

  OK, so my engine failure to research on FF for Android is Duckduckgo. It is also the only one I have in my list of search engines in FF settings. I also use the search widget FF on my homescreen for quick search. It is and has always been, Duckduckgo. But, all of a sudden after the recent update (I use the FF, 36 beta something), for my search widget on my home screen, switched to Google search engine! I don't know why... I never use it. But this applies only to the search engine for the FF search on my home screen widget, not when I'm looking for something in FF itself. Does anyone else have this problem? Because I can't find a way to change the search engine in the FF widget... Looked everywhere in search widget settings and in FF itself. Thanks for the help of any body!

  I found a way to implement back to DuckDuckGo after a bit of fiddling with the default search engine in the browser.

  I think that the update should have overridden the setting somehow. What you need to do is to any other search engine default, then set DuckDuckGo returned as default. This will also update engine of the widget's default search.

• Composition widget starts on the second slide instead of the first.

  I have a 12-page publication widget. It works very well. All the triggers to display images to an appropriate target. There are two videos, one slide on 2 and the other on slide 12. What I don't understand, that's why when you click on the page with the composition, he goes to the second slide. I can't seem to find what options of when you click the arrow to the right of a trigger. They are all the same, and I can't seem to do anything to get it go select trees slide when you click on the page.

  Open the layers panel, and then select the widget to composition. Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom of the widget to locate this item in the layers panel. Now, you can select the triggers and drag them to another location. The first trigger must be the lowest.

• Help with Compositions or slide show Widgets

  I am trying to create a slide show in which I can integrate 4-5 buttons in each cell of the slide. If one of the buttons in a display cell is clicked before a cell turns during the presentation, the button would open the page linked to that special touch. The goal is to create several slides in the slide show and each cell slideshow would contain links to button 4-5 each with different destinations.

  Is this possible with the Composition of the Muse or slideshow Widgets?

• Problem with Menus in MUSE and Composition Widget

  I seem to have some sort of problem in script when my site MUSE publishing.

  I created a blank publication in MUSE to AutoPlay widget. It autoplays fine in preview mode, MUSE and in the preview in browser mode. But now that I published it online, it is not auto-jouer. In fact, even when manually click you on the slider it won't move the frames to the next. I have 8 put frameworks in place and the images are all published on my server in the pictures folder.

  I create horizontal menus and the last two have submenus. They come down and discover very well when hovered on, in the two preview modes in MUSE just fine, and after I export my HTML and my browser shows the preview of the site before online publication, as does the cursor.

  But then...

  I publish the html code in DreamWeaver and ftp to my server from there and the cursor of the composition and function of drop-down menus. I have published several other sites of the MUSE in this way so I consider that I don't know how to post them this way.

  In preview of MUSE modes the first frame of the composition appears with a trigger of color yellow because the active state is set to yellow, and then it starts just to auto play from there. But not in my browsers when published. I tried several different browsers and on a Mac and PC, and it is not auto-jouer anywhere.

  My settings in MUSE for composition are:

  Position: stacked

  See setting targets: bearing

  Hide targets: no

  Transition: discoloration

  Transition speed: 1.5

  AutoPlay: 4

  After: 3

  Play once: not clicked

  Others... not important.

  I recreated these elements and re-uploaded the whole site from scratch again and again and cleared caches and cookies and refreshed, and I don't think it's my browsers that are the problem.

  I checked my folders on the server and all the folders and their content is on my server that MUSE is published in HTML format. I noticed that there are no images little pre-loader download MUSE in my pictures folder. Not sure if the submenus drop down need those too? But that should not prevent the operation of the slide show manually in any case I think!

  Regarding the scripts themselves, 11 scripts were exported from MUSE and I checked and 11 are on my server.

  I also thought maybe it was a layers deliver. But this should not stop the cursor to go into action automatically, either on the layer above or not. That could make unclickable, but do not stop it working. If it was a matter of layers too, so you should not work properly in the preview in browser mode, which these two questions very well work in. And, my menu is on the top layer, so this does not explain it is a malfunction.

  Well ~ I did a test and uploaded my site through Business Catalyst online then everything worked fine there. So, I ended up calling support MUSE.

  Support suggestion was: rather than use DreamWeaver to upload my site via FTP, I use the option just download on my server using the ' Upload FTP host"under the"File"menu."

  This fixed everything! All menus are going very well now, and my cursor to MUSE on my test page works too. Even if I have a current third-party cursor on my home page.

  She said that it seemed for some reason any DW became not all files that it needed to make my site work properly. Then maybe a new bug? Who knows?

  In any case, my site and all of its components work perfectly now ~ yay! Hope this helps someone else!

• Widget slideshow full screen with the ToolTip widget

  I'm Muse learning and building my own portfolio site to scroll down a page.

  During the portion of the cargo, I need a 100% with the slide show with the unique tips and buttons on each slide.

  I tried 2 different solutions, but none of them works:

  1. full screen slide show widget, but it is not allowed to combine with the ToolTip widget

  2. blank publication widget. It is possible to combine with the ToolTip widget, but I can't set it to 100% width and a little hard to hide thumbnails

  I'm happy to walk there is a solution for this problem. I would be happy to buy a paid so widget if this helps

  You can use the composition for this slideshow does not allow to insert elements, whose composition, you can resize the container so that it should cover the area 100% page rendering in browsers.

  Hi all

  I'm just learning the cool thing with the movement of the scroll setting in the navigation bar to have static at the top of the page.  Awesome.

  Now I tried to figure out how to get the 'triggers' in a 'Featured News' composition widget to become static just below the navigation bar.  But not having luck thinking that a person on and have had no luck find tutorials.

  Someone at - it thoughts or ideas how to achieve this effect... ??

  You cannot apply scroll only to specific elements of the composition, you must apply the scroll to any composition, including the goal.

  In order that you are trying to reach, ca you use pine where you can pin the triggers on the page.

• Problem inserting video inside the slideshow widget

  Hello

  I am trying to add a YouTube inside the Lightbox widget. I tried using the social/youbube widget and using the iFrame of the youtube video code and placing it inside the slideshow widget.

  I followed an older tutorial online, but I can't make this work using Muse CC.

  What I want to do is to create a small button, which in this case would be a small point instead of the thumbnail, and then once clicked on a video would be open.

  If anyone can help solve me this problem I would be grateful.

  1. Select the widget to the basic Composition. (see attachment)

  2. make sure that "hide all first" is checked (change other options such as contour fill etc..)

  3. Select the YouTube widget and drag it to the Inbox of basic Composition. See attachment (outline of the box will highlight in blue to indicate that the widget is inside)

  4. make sure that 'Auto Play' is checked in the options of YouTube.

  How to add alt text and titles for the Composition of images > images of widgets in white? When I control - click on the image, the shortcut menu does not include these options.

  You don't need to click on the target directly to be able to select to place the image in it. You must switch to the target area by clicking on the triggers. Check out this short video I created for you: http://screencast.com/t/dRfDtLJTavhC

  As you can see in the video, I placed the first image and then used the trigger (no target) to access the second zone target and place the image inside. Similarly, you would use the trigger third to access the third target area and place the image. I hope this clears the confusion.

• Manufacture of plaster full composition widget

  Is there a way to do a full screen of composition widget?  I used the widget empty and extended to the edge, the left and the right for the red line. However, when I saw the website, the widget does not extend the size of the browser.  Am I missing a step?  Any info, thanks

  Since the update to iOS 10, I seem not to be able to set default widgets for when I swipe down from the top of the screen. I always receive notifications, and then get hit right swipe. Any help?

  Widget now occupy a "home screen" which is their own. In the first home screen, you can drag to the right to open it (or Notifications screen, as you saw).

  On one of the panels of the home screen (you have 5), long hold. You will see a pop up with options to add 'Shortcuts', 'Widgets', 'Files' and 'Wallpapers '. Click on 'Widgets' and scroll all say, you can see the widget 'Time' it. You can add the other things also in this way. Hope that helps.
